I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Lanting is extremely thorough and pleasant. He knows more about my health than my primary - cant seem to find a decent one in this town. Reception is always nice as well and I always receive great service every time I have to go in for allergy shots. I have not been disappointed.

Three years ago I went to see this doc and it was very promising. He gave me the right tests etc., and for a bit we had a good thing going, but then suddenly, their phone didnt work, they were not returning my calls timely, and the staff had turn over upon turn over or new positions. The new staff, specifically at the front desk was uncaring, unkind and downright rude. A good front office person remembers you, how you schedule etc., but not here. They kept canceling my appointments. This after scheduling me for six or more weeks out. And making up bogus excuses why they had to. It became too much. Additionally they billed my insurance for a procedure they never did, and the excuse they gave was, well it is okay because your insurance did not pay for it... ah, oh oh. Anyway, you get the idea, one red flag after another. Then, when I finally fired them, I asked for my records and they were not even forthright with when they sent them, making sure I did not get them timely. All of which amounts to such a shame for a good doc surrounded by really bad front office and management staff.

Very rude staff and receptionists.Extremely unprofessional across the board.Desperately need new receptionists. I would not recommend going here, unless you enjoy being treated porely.

Dr. Lanting is a very through man who cares very much for his patients and doesnt leave any thing to chance. I am so glad I was referred to him!
