We love Kindra Davis!! She is very compassionate and understanding with her patients!! Ive lived in the area for 20 years and she is by far my favorite healthcare provider!!She takes the time and truly listened to my concerns! I recommend her to everyone!

100% agree on the prior comments re client care and who pays the high bills. On the phone trying to get some degree of help and assistance and advice on dealing with a residual cough and before they respond we completely understand that they run scared of legal actions but come on......runaround, no calls back despite being promised and simply useless. Im in business and if my teams operated like this they would at best be retrained and even better fired. Very unhappy with this level of health support.

Ive seen dozens of Doctors in my life but Kinda Davis, NP is the best of the best and it all starts with caring and then knowledge. Hope to keep her until the end.

I have been to this clinic recently and the experience was second to none. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment quickly. Being nice to the staff goes a long way. First off, the facility itself was neat and orderly. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and showed complete mastery of the system. The doctor I saw for my appointment was on time. The examination was efficient and thorough. The medication I was prescribed was called in to my pharmacy and available within 10 minutes of walking out the front door. I will be returning to this clinic if I am unfortunate enough to need medical services in the future. Thank you Banner Health Fossil Clinic!

My entire family moved from AFM to this Banner Clinic on Colland. We love our NP Kindra Davis, Front and Back Office staff. Amazing professional and caring staff.

I must say that my visit at Banner Health in Loveland was a pleasant one.The staff was very friendly and caring including the Doctor. I have been a Banner Health patient in the past and my experience with Banner Health...Absolutely wonderful. I give Banner Health a 5 Star.

The most recent visit went like this:Me: My husband has been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Is this something you can treat or do we need a podiatrist?Them: We can treat that! Come in!Appointment results: Heres a flier on what Plantar Fasciitis is. Go to a podiatrist. Were charging you for a full exam.

If you are looking for a provider at the facility, please reconsider and find another one. The experience I have received the last couple of months has been horrendous. The front office staff, for one, is very unprofessional. On two occasions, my appointment had to be cancelled. Both times, when I arrived to my appointment, the receptionist told me she called my home number. When I got home, there was no missed call nor voice mail. If you need to reschedule the appointment, good luck! These last few months, I’ve been having issues they cannot seem to help me with. I’ve been placed on numerous different medications but symptoms keep coming back. The first time, it took a nearly a month and a half to get put on a medication that helped. This included multiple trips back to the clinic. One of the nurses informed me that the lab lost my sample. I honestly think the clinic forgot to send it. I haven’t been able to see my own doctor for about a year. She’s either out of the office for the week or out that day. If you call on a Wednesday, don’t plan on getting an appointment that day! I don’t believe any of the doctors work on Wednesdays. Other excuses come with the other doctors as well…had to leave town, etc. I realize that life gets in there, but don’t lie to your patients. My time is as valuable, if not more, than yours! This last issue, I took a sample in on a Monday and waited for 2 days to get lab results. When I called on Wednesday, they told me I couldn’t have it read by a doctor until Thursday. I pushed to get on something and fortunately one of the doctors on call authorized a med. On that same day, I scheduled an appointment with a specialist and signed up as a new patient at another clinic, with another doctor…something I regret not doing months ago!

Called new patient line to find out if a particular doctor was scheduling appointments within 1-2 weeks. They didnt know. Called the office where doctor is located. Turns out the information online is incorrect, and no new patients are being accepted at this location. The only explanation for the inaccurate information is that they cannot keep up, as the information changes frequently. Very disappointing for a facility associated with Banner Health.

First of all, the phone number listed here in Google is incorrect. The last four digits are 3031 not 8031. Secondly, bumping a patient from their scheduled Monday appointment time on a Friday 10 minutes before you close and advising to call back to reschedule on Monday is cowardly, especially when the reason you provide for not being able to see the doctor is because Ive never seen them before?!? Outrageous!! I spent my moving schedule around to make this work and for what?!
