I visited the salt cave for the first time and I am so pleased with the experience. I was so relaxed that I dozed off a few times. The soft glow of the lights and cozy feeling of the room was a nice getaway from the busyness of the world.

My session at The Orchard Salt Cave was very interesting! I didnt know what to expect but was pleased to find the setting comfortable and relaxing and cozy. I sat in one of four comfortable lounge chairs in the semi-dark room and visited quietly with my sister since we were the only ones in there. Additional air was being piped into the room to circulate the medicinal properties of the salt air. As much as I enjoyed the experience itself, the feeling of squeaky clean airways was a great surprise! That didnt come on till later in the evening but I felt a marked difference in my breathing. I dont have particular breathing issues, but if you do, I strongly suggest giving this a try.

Nothing like this. I have had acupuncture there, done yoga, with Willow, received a massage from the owner, Marissa, and another therapist, and sat or lied down in the Salt Cave as Erin Doty took us to the highest part of our being through Yoga Nidra. They dont have acupuncture since they reopened after covid 19 stopped us all in our tracks, and she is still working things out. I am appreciative for Marissas tenacity to keep this center open even after losing several people who did business there. From the moment I first stepped in there many years ago, I felt the anxiety in my body just relax, knowing I am getting healing from so many talented people. Whatever ails you, the solution is here.

The salt cave is awesome. Perfect thing for a grey winter day - or anytime you want to have a little vacation at the beach. The staff is friendly, helpful and so amazing!
