I rarely write reviews but in this case, I must inform the public of how simply amazing Fort Collins Chiropractic at Scott Family Health is. The minute you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel comfortable, inviting and are extremely friendly. I do appreciate the kindness the front desk staff provides once you arrive. They truly do care for their patients to ensure their quality of life improves from the very first appointment. Every session I have recevied from Dr. Scott Hessler regarding my back and neck problems have truly improved my functionality and treatment towards the pain I have had in the past from the military. He is a very friendly doctor who treats you as if you are family and wants to help in any way possible. I have also been receiving acupuncture from Brenna Galves here and that combined with the chiropractic work has been phenomenal. Brenna also provides a very relaxed atmosphere and ensures her patients are comfortable to the highest degree. Her knowledge of how to heal the body through acupuncture and proper techniques is wonderful. I truly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a professional yet caring and understanding staff that is ready to get you back to enjoying your life to the fullest. I visit the Fort Collins Office for acupuncture with Brenna. She is amazing. I have experienced pain from an injury for over 18 months, after just three treatments I experienced substantial relief. Her technique is the amazing. I recommend Brenna to everyone! Thank you

Getting into this program is such a great idea! Especially with health insurance deductibles increasing significantly as well as co-pays. The one on one care you receive here is second to none. No clinic can even compare. The follow-up with patients is exemplary. Its nice to have care that actually CARES. Well worth the small monthly fee!

At Integrative Health Care my family’s health is in good hands. I especially appreciate the communication among staff team members across the many modalities offered to treat each individual as a whole. At IHC I feel truly cared for. Their tenacity to see positive results has been successful for each of my family members, and for that I feel blessed to have found them. I highly recommend Integrative Health Care.

Wont ever return because you are all a bunch of morons! The chiropractor was very nice and seemed to knowledgeable but the staff are a bunch of morons. A bunch of liars as well. Wasted my time and I feel like I should send you a bill for making me wait the ER for for a hour and a half for a x-ray request that you never sent over and was requested several times. Again a bunch of morons really I will never return.

So so so happy with the packages they offer!! I am in love with their massage therapist!! They are great! Ive been to massage envy and they do not compare.

If you have not had a massage from Nicole Flores at Integrative Health Fort Collins,, you are missing out. She has the most amazing hands. When the massage is over, I can hardly get off the table, but when I do, I am rejuvenated and ready to kick butt on the day! Thanks Nicole!

Theyre life savers there. I dont mind driving 60 miles both there and back home for the treatments I get there. Im not sure what Im going to do when the VA Administration stops helping me for the pain theyd caused from damage from treatments for cancer I received from them

A wonderful office with very friendly and helpful staff. I had my very first appointment yesterday and I can not say enough great things about Integrative Health. I was not feeling well at all and they got me right in and I didnt have to wait. My insurance is useless for non-catastrophic healthcare. I have a high deductible HSA account and this is the answer I was searching for. I signed up immediately. Why pay $400-500 out of pocket when you can pay a small monthly membership and be seen when you need to be seen! Perfect answer! Im so excited about this Im telling everyone who will listen.

My son was in a very traumatic boating accident back in 2015. When our insurance quit paying for PT, we needed another solution. A friend referred us to Integrative Health and we have been with them ever since. My son has received regular PT, acupuncture, massage and chiropractic care from Integrative Health for three years now. He absolutely adores the staff who make him feel like family and he is always happy when he gets to visit. The staff at IH has always been extremely kind and compassionate when caring for my son and treating his injuries. I also love how they work together as a team and they come up with a treatment plan based on my sons needs. I am so thankful for IH. There is no way we could afford to pay for all of the treatments he receives if we had to piece it together ourselves from different providers.My husband and I also joined IH. I know we are healthier because we take better care of our bodies through the regular treatments included in our membership.I would not hesitate to recommend Integrative Health for your medical and physical needs.

Dr. Hessler spent around 15 minutes talking at me with clinical jargon and less than 5 minutes adjusting me. What he did made virtually no noticeable improvement. Tessa, his assistant, helped me more than he did and was far more warm and caring. I am used to my other chiropractor who always took his time addressing the muscular and skeletal needs of each area of my body for at least 20 minutes. With Dr. Hessler, I felt like one of many numbered cattle and that he was only willing to do the bare minimum to get me out of his office.Dr. Hessler also continually called me Kiddo which felt very condescending and a poor excuse to not remember my name. I was told to come in 20-30 minutes early to my 2pm appointment to fill out paperwork, which I did. However, when I arrived, all the doors were locked and I was left to hang out in the dermatologist office for half an hour to keep from freezing in the 30 degree weather while I waited for the workers to return from lunch. When I was finally admitted into the office and filled out all the extensive paperwork, I was then running almost 20 minutes late to my appointment. After my rushed adjustment, I was then charged - on top of what my insurance paid - 5 times what my other chiropractor charges. I have never been so disappointed in a chiropractor and will never recommend this center to anyone.

I injured my shoulder a few months ago and found integrative health and couldn’t be more pleased! They offer the full spectrum of healing from an in house doctor who examined me to physical therapy, great chiropractic care, intensive massage and incredible acupuncture my shoulder is nearly as good as new! I was worried I would have to have surgery but joining the iH health membership plan for a very reasonable rate I was able to have unlimited chiro and doctors visits, 4 physical therapy treatments, 2 massage and 2 acupuncture treatments a month all for less than the cost of 2 physical therapy sessions somewhere else! This place is incredible! I can’t recommend it more! Every phacisian is amazing, knowledageable, and down to earth. They sit and discuss your health problem and concerns and address the matter wholistically and educate you in the process. You can tell they genuinely care about the patient and want to heal your ailments in the best way possible. I feel like family when I walk in. If you suffer from any sort of chronic pain or have been recently injured I encourage you to check them out! You won’t regret it! I know it sounds cheesy and as a paying customer it’s incredibly unusual for me to write any reviews let alone a shining one but that’s how much I believe in their mission.

Ive had a great experience with the care takers at IHC. Ive had some shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand pain that has seen significant improvement under the care of Dr. Hessler, Catherine, and Richard.

You will not find better chiropractors in Fort Collins! I have been a client for about a year. Casey and Eric are extremely personable and family oriented. They care very much about finding the root of the problems, whats causing the pain and discomfort, and even suggesting specific stretching exercises to help. If you are like me, someone who travels a lot, uses the computer quite a bit, you will be very thankful you went to see Casey and Eric. Its not all just about your back and neck, if you type a lot... ask them about strengthening your wrists! And Kaci, their patient relations specialist is always wonderful and welcoming on the phone and in the office. Trust me, you will NOT find better chiropractors in Fort Collins!

I went to Scott Family Health for chiropractic care because I could not move my head without wincing in pain. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, and helpful on the phone. I asked if they had any appointments for the same day, and even though they didnt have a spot for a new patient, she still accommodated me, and squeezed me in! I was able to complete the new patient intake information online, and when I showed up for my appointment at their Fort Collins location, it turns out it was really supposed to be at their Loveland location, and I had misunderstood. There were no additional appointments available for the day, but they still insisted on seeing me there at the Fort Collins location -even though I told them I didnt want them to have to do that, and even though they were supposed to be leaving soon! Not only did they still get me in, but Scott Hessler took his time, explained everything in great detail, and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Scott Family Health for anyone in need of chiropractic care! (And they have awesome massage chairs in the waiting room as well...)
