Ive injured my back a number of times in my life and its usually a 3-month recovery. This time, I saw Dr. Scott and his team and Im feeling great, just 2 weeks out from my injury. His combination of chiropractic, acupuncture, x-rays and steroids have made all the difference. I am so impressed that hes examined the injury from multiple perspectives and hasnt just cracked my neck. In fact, hes not even adjusted my neck which is not how chiropractors normally approach things. Ive often felt like chiropractors have one answer for all problems...its your neck, lets adjust it every week for months and you should feel better. Dr. Scotts approach is more methodical and he realizes that his patients can see a much faster recovery with a combination of tactics. What a wonderful relief! Thanks for all youve done.

The receptionist is possibly the best administrative professional Ive ever had the pleasure of working with and the doctor has been very personable and professional. I feel confident in my care. I had an appointment at the Loveland back in April as a new patient, once I got there (after driving from another town) I was told they couldnt see me because I was a new patient. When I asked them why they would make a new patient appointment if they knew they couldnt take in new patients, they became rude and told me to reschedule for another time and tried to get me to come back in 2 days. I refused and told them, I wouldnt be back and the gentleman replied that Im good with that. The doctor came out to my car as I was leaving and asked what he could do to make it right and claimed that the staff offered me a coupon and told him that I didnt have an appointment. (both assertions are untrue)Fast forward to today, I am a disabled veteran and the VA referred me to them for 3 different kinds of treatment and they called me to inform me that they are going to decline treatment because our last interaction wasnt a good one.This company is rude, unprofessional and their office staff is inept and spiteful. They obviously dont support disabled veterans (at least not this one).

The whole team at Scott’s Family Health provides such a great experience every time I’m in. The receptionists have phenomenal customer service skills and are very personable. ( Chris being a favorite, he’s hilarious!) Massage therapist Katherine has provided me more healing and relaxing massage than most masseuses I’ve been seen by. This review is for a massage therapist at Scott Family Health, her name is Ruby. If you want a massage that will change your life go to Ruby. I had never had a massage where movement was involved (very subtle movement) while on the table. This allowed for Ruby to access muscle tention I didnt even know I had that was causing a lot of pain in other parts of my body. It is incredible. Also I have had trouble feeling relaxed and safe in many massage enviornments, with Ruby I feel calm, relaxed, and am always leaving wanting more!

Dr. Hessler is seriously amazing! I’ve had back pain for quite some time and was always hesitant to see a chiropractor but he totally exceeded my expectations! Everyone in the office is super friendly, would absolutely recommend!

This review is regarding Dr. Hessler. I am new to the area and have spent the last 5 years with a chiropracter who I trust in Califonia. Coming out here I was nervoius I wouldnt find someone as good. Well Dr. Hessler has been AMAZING. I struggle with rib, shoulder, and neck pain and spasims from an old injury. He has been able to get me through some of the toughest spasms I have experienced in years in only 2 sessions. He looks at the entire body not just the location of pain which sets me up to feel better longer. I am very grateful and would recommed him to anyone.

Dr. Hessler and his team are truly awesome! I did some wicked damage to my neck, and Dr. Hessler took a very conservative approach, and Im so grateful for how thoughtful he was with my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office/team!
