If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would! Decided to try it once more (after previous failures and horrible service) and it was yet another epic failure. My doctor called in my prescriptions and told me to give it about 40 minutes before I pick them up. I went there an hour later to pick them up and they hadn’t even started them. I was told by the pharmacy tech to give it another 20 to 25 minutes. I gave them 30 minutes while I walked around the store. Came back to get my prescriptions and yet again they STILL hadn’t even started them. Here we are the next day and only 3 of my 5 are ready and no communication on the other two. Horrible customer service and just a giant mess of a pharmacy!!! Never again!!!

Curbside pick up has saved my views on this pharmacy. Initially I gave a review of 2 stars based on my experience in store at the pharmacy, because there is usually a line that takes forever to get through, and even though I have been on these medications for years they still have me go and wait (longer than I already have) to be counseled by the pharmacist. I just want to take my meds and leave. But curbside is awesome - I call, give my details, don’t have to deal with all the other nonsense, and no unnecessary consultations.

My prescriptions are never filled on time. I’ve even called ahead to make sure they are filled and when I get there to pick them up they still need to be processed and packaged. Poor customer service.

Text alerts are nice

Very poor handling of an insurance Claim.Made the customer call the insurance company herself to get an override on a discount card.When I (a pharmacy technician for 30 years) called to help my sister out, the girl there (Jessica/Jessi) was very rude and condescending to me. Told me she didn’t like my tone several times, never did I once raise my voice or be rude to her. She was just upset I knew how to do her job better than her and actually helped the customer. She is now calling to get an override for my sisters prescription that is needed for surgery in two day! Walmart needs to start taking care of their customers and stop worrying about immunizations and bottom line!

Very nice service

I have never been judged so poorly by a group of so called “Professionals” in my life. This pharmacy didn’t just give bad services they made me feel less then human. First pharmacy I’ve visited that was proud to be prejudice. Down right disgraceful.

Sadly 2 useless, lazy, rude employees, to whom I have extended my most profound level of tolerance, time after time. They consistently act as if it is beneath their dignity to help anyone from customers to coworkers, with anything. I wont name names here as much as I would like to. Sad 2 employees can ruin it for everyone else!

Cheaper than walgreens to pick up prescriptions and text alerts work nicely

Only once was the servocs I received adequate for my needs. All other times have been exceptionally negative experiences. From seeing a pharmacy tech be rude to a woman upset that she couldnt afford a medication to calling in a prescription for 3 hours later and still javiha to wait another 30 minutes in the store to asking for a 3 month prescription broken into monthly prescriptions, to have to have the pharmacy tech to fix it again.I get it, theres only one walmaWa in FDL, so you dont have competition, but try to be better. Not everyone else has the means to go to another city to ise their Walmart pharmacy.

Very slow and not in concern of resolving problem. Tranfered scripts from other Pharmacy and everyone was playing pass the buck when there was errrors.
