First off, Dr Amidon is AMAZING! Very good at the exam, thorough, and answers all your questions! The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful! The building is very clean and well kept. The entire process is smooth and easy and the overall piece is fantastic! Id definitely recommend and will be back

Best pair of prescription safety glasses Ive ever owned.

My wife and I had our first appointments together at Wisconsin vision. We were both very happy with the way the eye exam went and we are doing well with the new prescriptions we both received. There were many great options to pick from for a new frame and it was so nice how they worked with us while we never felt rushed. Our new glasses were ready for us in just 4 days and we are pleased with the wider view of vision in our progressive lenses. They have been very kind and patient as we came in several times for adjustments. We highly recommend Wisconsin Vision in Fond du lac.

Ruth and Edie at Wisconsin Vision are the absolute best! They are so helpful with everything from picking out frames, adjusting to fit, figuring out insurance and the list goes on! I stopped in to see what I could do with a pair of broken frames. They were able to match up lenses with another frame. I didnt have a appointment but was in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks Erin.

First time exam there was given wrong prescription. After 3 months of headaches went for second exam. New prescription. Waited over 3 weeks for glasses. Plus charged extra to measure pupilary distance. Staff was friendly.....thanks for letting me know that someone would be reaching out . Been weeks..still waiting. UPDATE...still waiting for that reach out from manager. Months.

Had a great experience buying glasses here. The lady who helped me was so wonderful at laying out all the pricing options. She really seemed like she wanted to find what was best for me rather than up-selling me. I have not seen an eye doctor here, but my husband has and had a great experience as well. Before going to WI Vision I went to Lens Crafters. I spent all of 10 minutes there before walking out because they were so rude.Thanks for the great experience Wisconsin Vision. Ill be back.

Ive been a patient for over 4 years. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The Doctors that have conducted my eye exams have been very thorough and receptive to my needs as well.Ive brought my 4 and 5 year old boys in for exams starting last year. The entire staff from top to bottom have been receptive and great working with my kids.The prices for some of the more quality products are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.The Customer service staff at the front t desk are very thorough as well when facilitating insurance claims and/or investigating eligibility for certain insurance claims.Id definitely recommend this office for full service regular long term family needs from my experience.

The doctor and entire staff have always gone above and beyond to help, answer questions, and give opinions. My glasses and contacts have always arrived sooner than expected and looking great. I would recommend this company, and especially this store for a spec-tacular experience.

Ordered 2 pairs of saftey glasses for work from here, when they came in and I tried them on and explained they were different then the trial pair and obscured my vision, I was told nothing could be done. So I tried to wear them for two shifts at work but couldn’t see. I stopped at the store again today to express these issues and was told that’s how they all are, we can’t help you. I’d highly advise against this place. I will not return and will inform my employer and all co-workers to do the same.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are amazing when it comes to getting you the best deal ( figuring out insurance, rebates, oromotions,coupons, etc)atmI have a bad astigmatism so it is hard fir me to find contacts. They are great at informing me of new brands, etc that may work well for me. Dr.

I brought in my glasses to have the temples replaced and while they held on to them the lenses were damage beyond use. I now have a think layer of scratches that now make everything foggy. They offered 25% off new lenses but I ask why would I reward them with my money if theyre the ones that caused me to spend it in the 1st place. I will no longer be going to this establishment unless a better resolution is offered.

Wow, I had an exam, got a trial pair of contacts and used them. Called to order a years supply of the demo and was told because I didnt formalize the prescription, I needed to have another exam. Even though I had an exam in December that was good for a year. Horrible customer service and terrible explanation of that prior to me agreeing to have a demo pair. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews and saved myself the time. Definitely DO NOT suggest going here.

Staff is racist and unprofessional. They dont verify HIPPA i walked in and asked for my perscription they didnt ID me just handed medical info to some one who could havw been anyone. Doc had my address on it. Awful.

Great customer service. The ladies there are very helpful and patient when you have dumb questions.
