They did such a good job of deep cleaning and subsequently scheduling me to have a free grind and polish of my front teeth that had a chip out of one of them for years. Deep cleaning was pretty uncomfortable but I’ll take it as they did SUCH a good a job of removing plaque. I saw Dr. Ehimeakhe for the grind/polish and she was fast, kind, no-nonsense and my front teeth are even and chip free finally. Would go back.

My children were very excited to go to the dentist! The hygienist Andra did a fantastic job! She was friendly and full of knowledge. I would definitely recommend Andra!

Normally they are a 4 out of 5 but because they went behind my back and canceled my sons filling and crowns appointments for January with out my consent or calling me to reschedule them they are getting 3 out of 5. They only called me to reschedule his February 6 month check up appointment and told me that the Dr that he was seeing would no longer be there at that time but failed to tell me that shed actually not be there in January as well and instead just canceled his January appointment all together. Um some of us actually have jobs and have to make arrangements in advance to take off days so that we can come to these appointments that were scheduled months in advance. Having to reschedule throws off the arrangements and throws everything through a loop and is not fair to anyone.

I came in for a cleaning, it was my first visit at the clinic my hygienist was Tammy. She was very good, she asked numerous times as to my comfort. My teeth feel great, I rescheduled for 6 months out with her.

My hygienist was very knowledgeable and thorough with my cleaning and gave me specific information to improve my dental health.

They were very professional. I would recommend dental associates to anyone they have a great group of staff members that work there very friendly very kind and very cheery. Overall ahead of really good experience today

Horrible they only care about money not the patient. If you need anything other than a cleaning dont go here. Have some what of an urgent dental issue in may they cant get me in until end of August that is wrong and the staff dont care you are just a number.

Dental associates sent my bill to collections without notifying me even once. I had simply made a mistake on the amount I wront the check for. Now a simple $100 transaction that could have been fixed by a phone call is affecting my credit score. I will choose a different dental care provider.

Tammy is the best. Ive been going to her for about 15 years. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I’d have to agree with the statement below no empathy lack of caring for comfort. I told them my situation and my passed experiences they seem to neglect hearing you and yet when I did have my last procedure they didn’t even do the correct tooth. Tell you to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. I went here thinking I’d relieve pain however 4 weeks later I’m still in pain. The saddest thing is because they don’t do there job correctly I can’t do mine!

Front desk staff were friendly. I have alot of rough past experiences with dentists and get anxiety while at the office. I feel as though the staff had no idea how to put a patient at ease and bringing up an issue with tolerances to anesthetics seemed to be pushed aside. While they noted it, it seemed not to be taken seriously. This along with what appeared to be a general lack of empathy has made me extremely nervous to continue with this office though insurance gives me no other option.

The cleaning of my teeth was not enjoyable for me OR the hygienist, but they did a great job! It is my own fault because I have not taken care of my teeth as I should have. I will moving forward, that is for sure. I know I have much more work to be done but this is a start.

I love my Tammy B/hygienist. I will stick with her, no matter the Dr. She knows my mouth, is gentle, conscience, caring, and appreciated my humor.I believe in my Dr. and his quality of work. My previous dentist left Dental Associates. They set me up with a different dentist. After having several problems with a temporary crown, I had a permanent crown put on a tooth I previously had crowned for 9 years. It came off after a month and a half. I called several times over a 5 hour period, without the scheduler picking up, and left a message trying to get an appointment to have it put on with a different dentist. After calling back to the main desk and having her physically go get the scheduler to talk to for the first time, she explained she needed to talk to a manager to see what she could do for me. After explaining I work 3rd shift and I would be in bed, she called back an hour later and left a message saying she set me up WITH THE SAME DENTIST. These people dont care about you or your teeth, dont waste your money.

We LOVE our hygienist!! The wait however, is always tooooo long. If your late or miss an appointment you bet a nastygram from Dental Associates and a possible fine, so when theyre late shouldnt we get a discount?

I saw Peggy today for a cleaning. She is amazing! I love going to her because not only does she do a thorough job but she is very gentle on my gums. She is awesome👍🏼😊

As usual, everyone was so very nice. And as usual, I got a new dentist because my dentist left. It happens every year or so. I never, ever know who my dentist actually is because of the turnover. So today when I met my new dentist...he seemed nice. But didn’t bother to close out the appointment. Not even a “have a good day”. He just left immediately after poking at my teeth for about three minutes!

I came to dental associates for my braces. Had them on for over two years! When told I was only going have them for 16 monthd.There was my front tooth that I really hated (crooked) I feel like everytime I went in to get adjustments they were adjusted wrong. At the end when I got my braces off my one tooth was still not how I liked it. The dentist kept telling me it was because my tooth was chipped. Basically they didnt wanna fix it, because I had another opinon from somewhere else and they told me that yes it is tilted and should be fixed. Went and got my retainers and they said come back in 3 weeks. I ended up going somewhere else because I knew it wasnt going get fixed the way i wanted. Within 3 weeks at this other dentist my tooth is completely straight I will never go back to them again nor will I suggest people to go here. Terrible experience.im not the only one who has had bad experience with the ortho department there I have a few friends who go and have several issues.

I have always loved how pleasant and truly kind everyone is, from the dentists to the assistants to the receptionists. I have gone to Dental Associates for over 30 yrs because of this. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars

Not sure what to say, I mean it’s the dentist. Place is clean and I’m never left wasting time in the waiting room. I love that they always send a reminder post card a few weeks before the appointment and a call a day or two before. And the free tooth brush with every cleaning is also a plus.

My appointment was last week and they scheduled me with a hygienist that was off that day.?i waited in the office 45 minutes because no one realized it. When I went to the desk they finally realized it and I had to reschedule my appointment for today. Today the appointment went pretty good. The dentist said I had two cavities and needed other work done. My wife left dental associates after going here 15 years because every dentist she got told her she needed different work done. She now has a new dentist and he said she doesn’t need any dental work. I think this place is going down hill and I too might be leaving.

I dont think anybody likes to go to the dentist , but I do trust my doctor and assistant. that makes the visit nicer

June 25th I had a tooth break, called The office in Fond du Lac. They said the could get me in on July 2nd at 4:30. Much to my suprise I was seeing a childrens dentist, and no work was going to be performed. They did xrays and an exam, and said we cant do anything about your broken tooth, we will have to schedule another appointment. This was not mentioned on the phone call on June 25th. What a horrible way to run a business, I sit here two weeks after my tooth broke, now with the filling starting to fall out and more pain to come with no end in sight. If I could do zero stars I would!

Dr. Taqvi was very kind, compassionate, and informative with everything I had done. He also did an amazing job with the shots. I have never had shots that weren’t agonizingly painful but I barely even felt the shots he did. Also did a great job with my fillings. 10/10

Have been a long time patient of dental associates until my last visit. First they messed up my insurance billing. I had new insurance and gave them the new information on the insurance and they said they would get it in the system before my appointment. I made my appointment two weeks out.I made an appointment because a filling had fallen out. I went to the appointment and sat in the chair and the dentist and assistant didnt even know why i was there. The assistant took xrays of the tooth in question. When the dentist came in he asked why i was there, i told him why, he looked in my mouth and said he didnt see anything. Obviously he didnt bother to look at the xrays (that i had to pay for). I had to physically put my finger on the tooth before he noticed that the filling was missing. He used some tool just to clean up the tooth a little, no suction , debris falling down my throat. Then packs the tooth with new filling material, picks away at the filling material as it starts to harden and again debris falling all over my mouth and down my throat.Now comes the time to pay the bill, now I’m told that the insurance was some sort of supplemental plan ( no it wasn’t) since the insurance was messed up im paying out of pocket ( that would have been nice to know beforehand, they had two weeks to inform me) You tend to pay attention when you pay yourself. They didnt know why i was there, they didnt use the xrays, they didnt have to freeze me, they didnt have to drill the tooth out, basically just refill the tooth again. I thought WOW that much just to repack a tooth.So, after that wonderful experience i decided to seek a new dentist. I relayed my experience to them along with what i was charged and they also thought the charges were out of line for that procedure. I think they charged me for a complete cavity fix.Before i decided to post this publically i gave dental associates a chance to respond. They send out a questionaire after a visit and i responded in the same manner to that. Its been awhile since that visit so they have had plenty of time to contact me before i decided to leave a negative response for everyone to see.

I can only speak for the call at this time, but I ended up calling with tooth/jaw problems (possibly an infection), it is a week before my wedding. I called every local dental associates for help and was blown off including my own clinic. They were unsympathetic and were very quick to just try to get me off the line. This one was the exception. The women I talked to was very kind, reassuring and provided me with lots of advice to manage my pain until I could get in. I need a place that will be there in an emeregency and they were. I am still working out some immediate kinks but they can definetly be expecting my buissness.

All they want is money....dont go there..
