Chantel was professional and her personal cleaning technique is gentle while thorough. She is the best hygienist I have had in along time. She is sweet and very personable. My new female dentist was also thorough in her exam and answered all my questions. It was a great appointment!

I had a relatively simple filling done. The results were satisfactory, but while I was in the chair, after local anesthetic had been administered, the dentist excused himself and left me and the assistant alone for what turned out to be 15-20 minutes. Upon return, he said that he had to attend to post-cleaning exams, and suggested that scheduling of cleanings might be too tight. In addition, while the dentist was working on my filling, he and the assistant discussed lunch plans at some length. Maybe Im being a little picky, but thats the first time Ive ever been in the chair and felt like my procedure was the second-most important subject on his mind.

My cleaning and exam were both done professionally and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and explained the answers to my questions.

Locum tenens dental hygienist(from Mississippi) and dentist(retired from a Wisconsin practice of 40 years) were both excellent! I am a physician and have been a patient at this practice site for 30 years with three previous dentists, two of whom, the most recent, only stayed 2-3 years each.

I went in with reservations due to horrific experiences at past dental offices. I was met with very warm receptionists and my hygienist, Shantel, was absolutely amazing! We struggled a bit with the x-rays as I have a very small/shallow lower jaw area but she talked me through it and kept me calm and laughing. The dentist was awesome too and made sure I didnt feel anxious or embarrassed. Literally the best dental experience I have had in my lifetime.

My experience at Midwest Dental has been phenomenal. I love the personal feel I get when I am there. Ive only been to a handful of visits, as this is a new dentist for me, but the hygienists (Carol & Amanda) and dentist ask about my children and remember details about me. It is an inviting environment and peaceful atmosphere. I have recommended Midwest Dental to my friends and coworkers.

What a great experience! This was the first visit for both of our girls. The receptionists were professional and down-to-earth. Katie made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. The new dentist is very personable and seems to know his job well. However, the staff is amazing. All are so friendly and welcoming. They are really good at calming someone like me who does not like going to the dentist.

After finishing my initial visit, I am happy to write a glowing review of my experience! The staff was great! I havent been to the dentist in a long time, and figured it was about time to get my teeth checked out. I hate dentists, and was a bit nervous coming in for the first time. However, everyone was extremely nice. The receptionist knew who I was the second I walked in, and the wait was only about 5 minutes. The experience cleaning my teeth was great (as great as getting your teeth cleaning can be!), and everything was explained to me. As a plus, I received a hand-written card in the mail a few days after my appointment, thanking me for coming in, and referencing what we had discussed in my appointment. I will be coming back!

I brought my elderly father in and the all the staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your wonderful service and making him as comfortable as possible. It doesnt get any better!

I chipped a tooth and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was thrilled with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and I would recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Midwest Dental East billed my insurance for services I did not receive for a May 22, 2017 visit. I discovered the error in April 2018 when I was denied a claim through another provider because the insurance believed I had already had these services through Midwest Dental East. I alerted both Midwest Dental East and my insurance of the error, but it took seven months for a corrected claim to be submitted because there was some dispute over the “proper paperwork” between the two entities. Finally, my insurance informed me that they billed Midwest Dental for a refund on the claim they paid on my behalf for the services billed in error. At the same time, I got a bill from Midwest Dental that said that I owed them the refund?????? I was told by Midwest Dental East it wasn’t really their problem because I had to take it up with the main office in Mondovi, WI. Excuse me? It sure is your problem. Contact with the main office revealed that there was confusion as to why the insurance needed a refund because Midwest Dental East in Fond du Lac failed to apply the correction to the account ON THEIR END which generated a billing error from the main office in Mondovi, WI. So, the original error and the current billing error were both the cause of Midwest Dental East in Fond du Lac, and it was like pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get them to clean up the mess they created. In the meantime, I was left holding the bag for the services that were denied through the other provider. My insurance will not correct this claim until they receive the refund from Midwest Dental. I do not recommend Midwest Dental, or at least advise you to really scrutinize your claim for billing errors. Throughout this whole ordeal, I was not impressed with the attitude of the Midwest Dental East office staff except for Sarah who offered to help when the other person I usually dealt with refused to do so.

I am a new patient. My Dentist had retired and I had to find a new Dental Clinic. Because of a coupon I found online I began to come to Midwest Dental and have been so happy with the experience. Everyone is very nice there and even having had work done on my teeth, painless.

Called about a possibly life threatening abscess and was told I need to be an established patient and get a tooth cleaning first. A tooth cleaning. I am sure the dentist is fine but their customer service is awful.

Dr. Senger is the best dentist I have ever been to! He is gentle, patient, and very caring. When my husband had an emergency situation--on Mothers Day!-- Dr. Senger came into the office to do an extraction. His integrity and knowledge are unsurpassed. We are very sad to hear of his retirement. Of course, we are happy for him! He deserves a rest from years of dedicated service. We will miss him more than words can say. God bless you, Dr. Senger!

Used to be my favorite dentist. They recently went through some staff changes and are now ranking a 1 instead of a 5 in my book. I had an appt. today - showed up for it and while in the waiting room was told they canceled and rescheduled the appt for me. Yes, I had a missed call last week, but I wish I could replay it for all of you to see it was just a bunch of static. A good receptionist would have continued to call to ensure the message was heard - and also to ensure the patients rescheduled date worked for them. Now I missed a day of work and didnt get to have my teeth cleaned. When I went to reschedule to a date that would actually work for me, I also found out my favorite hygienist moved....so Ill be going to that dentist from now on.
