I love this dental clinic! The Doctors and staff are friendly and make me laugh everytime! I dont have a fear of dentistry, but I do have severe anxiety and I feel comfortable there. 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you for your help! You guys are awesome. Dr Bhatt is super nice and funny and the hygienists are great. They are really knowledgeable and make sure you have all the info you need to make informed decisions on your dental health and after care. They worked really hard to get me in asap to get my issue fixed. The morning front desk lady knows her stuff and is really nice Had an issue with a late afternoon front desk lady not knowing her billing info. Didnt try to explain anything. I think shes the same one I spoke with over the phone and she didnt have any info for me about billing...Just kept telling me to figure it out online...like thats an answer. Other than that I had a seemless visit. Recommend for sure.

So grateful for the staff at the FDL Midwest Dental! They are all so kind and really care about their patients. I had some small teeth in the very front and they were very noticeable. Dr. Baht fixed them in a way that it looks completely natural and now I can smile confidently! Definitely recommend the FDL Midwest Dental!

I couldnt be happier with the results of my appointment at Midwest Dental. Dr Bhatt and staff were friendly and courteous as always. I had a lengthy appointment and Dr Bhatt was very quick and efficient as well as informative and considerate. When I looked at the dental work that was done, it is barely noticeable! How wonderful!!! A very skilled Dentist! I highly recommend!

I was a new patient from another state I had them talk to my old dentist to transfer everything they needed so I wouldnt get denied from my insurance. I called my insurance to double check on what their office told me would be done, exam, xrays. I made it quite clear on $1300 a month I could not afford anything not covered by insurance. So after all was said and done I got a bill for $83. To find out they did a comprehensive exam which was not covered instead of an oral exam. ( didnt know there was 2 types of exams) When I complained she said that was their policy is for new patients. I would have to pay. I asked if they could help me out by reducing the bill as non insurance patrons get a 50% discount and new patients get a special. Absolutely NOT. I would have to make payments. They also charge $12 per visit for disinfecting due to covid( they dont tell you this until you arrive) Which being a dental office they should have been disinfecting before covid. Thats probably like $200 a day from all the patients. Also had a cleaning and they dont tell you until your in the middle of your cleaning they arent doing the polishing part due to covid. Strange how the fee didnt change on that when only part of the work is preformed. I was disappointed in the whole communicating on fees. I will not return to this office for any future treatments.

Midwest Dental has always exceeded our expectations! During appointments they are comforting, informative, and efficient. They always explain costs/insurance coverage ahead of time. All staff has been friendly and very accommodating of my children. My older children ENJOY going to the dentist and staff has gone so far as to push my baby in her stroller during my visit. I cant say enough!

Midwest in Fond du Lac has been servicing me and my four children for twenty years. The service is timely, easy to make and cancel appointments; billing is accurate, We have had three or four different hygienists over the years who perform good work and are helpful with ideas for maintaining a healthy mouth. Dental work has been well done over the years. Were all still smiling!

I went to Midwest Dental yesterday for two crowns and the service I received was some of the best I have ever received anywhere. Dr. Bhatt was very professional and his bedside manner is amazing. I felt that both Dr. Bhatt and his assistant cared for me as if I was family. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

VERY bad experience for me went there with suspected tooth infection, severe pain, headaches, after x-ray Dr. Machi says no infection take Tylenol and go see TMJ sorry! Maybe there lighting is bad maybe there x-ray is outdated. TMJ is 3 weeks out, horrible pain, told no infection....5 doctor visits including urgent care, expensive MRI (brain scan) way to many prescriptions, missed work, racked up medical bills and unbelievable pain and agony. Finally get x-ray results from TMJ.....take a guest!.....tooth infection. Dont risk it, I absolutely do not recommend

I love my hygienist she is a great person and does a terrific job is always friendly and sensitive to your particular need,her name is Lisa and she makes going t o the dentist ..easy Dr Pike is always friendly and happy as well. you feel comfortable going there.

I had Dr. Jadin and he was outstanding. Explained everything as he went along in the procedure. I had to have an extraction that didnt go as smoothly as planned, and they were quick to get me in and handle it. I hate going to the dentist, but the friendly staff and good music make it a good experience.

The office staff got me in to see Dr. Jadin on very short notice over the holidays when I was having problems with a bridge which was put in by my regular dentist who was not available. Dr. Jadin quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Thanks to all at Midwest Dental for their assistance.

I sheduled an appointment to be seen as a new patient. I waited a week for their soonest appointment and when I got there they told me my appointment never saved and someone else was already scheduled for it. I have a broken molar and that just wasted a week of getting it fixed
