Aspen Dental is by far the best place to go in fond du lac wisconsin. I recently became a new patient here and the entire staff is amazing, they made me feel so comfortable as a patient unlike most dental offices Ive been to here in fond du lac. I’ve always had bad dentists throughout the years but I was very pleased with my visit today! Staff was helpful and came up with a dental plan for my work needed to be done. I liked the environment and staff all around an would highly recommend. Also got me in super fast for my tooth pain and got me started on fixing it. Extremely helpful caring people and it’s very much appreciated. I will be a life long client for life. Keep it up.

Vanessa (x-ray tech: the quickest x-rays Ive ever had in my life), Miranda (hygienist: assessed my current dental situation, explained very thoroughly through diagrams the methods well use to improve, created a plan of action to get me back on track to a better smile) and Lauren (manager: made this process hassle-free, showed me the breakdown: the total cost, what insurance covers and what Ill pay out of pocket & advised me on different options of payment) they all were exceptional from start to finish. And with this kind of customer service I am definitely a lifelong customer as well as willing to refer all friends and family to Aspen Dental. Thx

I HATE anything dental related, but let me say after coming here today for an emergency extraction, I can honestly say, they earned the BEST of my hateful dental history list! The Fond Du Lac office with the temp dentist, Dr Debra H, and her assistant Vanessa and the front desk were very clear, understanding of my anxiety, and helped make the best of a very stressful situation for me.I am now scheduled for a new patient visit, so to me, that says it all. 5 stars!

I am disabled and instead of following what my insurance covered they had me see d 2 doctors that were out of my network and is trying to make me pay for it when Im not supposed to even get charged a co-pay. They push me into a finance to destroy my credit when Im not supposed to get any charges at all. Its supposed to be covered by my government issued insurance that is deducted out of my social security check.

If I could make ZERO stars, I would. Rudest service I’ve ever seen. They double booked my appointment ON Purpose because I had to reschedule one previous appointment. My second appointment, my son and I came to on time, and had to wait an Hour to get seen. After his appointment was done, I asked the dentist if it was my turn for care, and she directed me to the front for scheduling. My appointment had been canceled due to wait time. They then told me I can NO longer schedule an appointment due to two missed appointments, though I was there at the time of my appointment and am only allowed walk-in service (that day if available). Bad service. Stay AWAY!

There willing to explain everything and they dont just yell at you for not doing this or that. Everyone was really nice. The place is clean. Just overall a great visit. In the long run I found out my dental insurance doesnt cover them, but I was able to pay for one thing I needed the xrays and exam was free. Ive changed my insurance so I can keep going to them this coming year.

Excellent and fast service! Candice did an amazing job taking my and my childrens x-rays! She made us all feel at ease from the moment we walked in! You can definitely tell she cares about the comfort of all The patients the come through those doors! The hygienist did a great job cleaning my and childrens teeth. The doctor was extremely personable, friendly, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. We really felt well taken care of. All my questions were answered, the kids cant wait to go back (which says a lot in itself) Will be recommending this office for sure!

My older 73 year old sister went for a simple infected tooth. They didn’t even look inside her mouth but instead told her to go to an oral surgeon. She is on SSI and cannot afford this. She has had numerous teeth pulled before and needs dentures. She simply cannot afford them. She has chosen which is her right, to have infected teeth pulled when necessary. They made an appointment for her a week from now at another location. What sense does that make? Now she sits in pain not able to eat for another week because they without even have her open her mouth, decided that they wouldn’t be bothered with helping her! This is inexcusable and cruel. Horrible place, shame on you Fond du lac office!

I have no complaints, but have lots of work to get done so far. I really appreciate the friendly staff and understanding I got. I had the same dentist since 1969, and he retired so I had to look for another. I believe that Dr. A has given me the same peace of mind about his care that my former dentist was able to extend to me. I would recommend this particular Aspen Dental in Fond du Lac for sure.

This place was great, until I actually had some work done. I had 3 teeth filled in the very front of my mouth. I was warned ahead of time that one of them may need a root canal, which is fair. They decided to fill my tooth instead of doing the root canal (which I definitely needed) so now I have to pay AGAIN for that tooth to get fixed. The other two NEVER had any sensitivity whatsoever, but after they were filled they hurt all the time. I cant drink anything cold OR hot unless I use a straw.Im so incredibly disappointed that Im going to pay twice as much to have everything corrected by a different dentist. This place only gets 2 stars because the place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Otherwise, I would never trust them again with my teeth.

Broke one of the teeth off of my lower denture. And they wouldnt even see me without an exam. And since I travel for work they wouldnt even see if they can fix it quick. Completely ridiculous. I paid 7k for my dentures from Aspen Dental.. I expect a little better care and concern than that. Dont go here. Also still waiting on a refund for my son for an over payment.

Went in today with some tooth pain. I didnt originally have an appointment today but they got me in right away. Everyone I met was very nice. The dentist, Chad Schulz did a good job at explaining what was going on and my options to help the pain. I ended up having the tooth pulled and both him and his assistant were very gental in the process. I would recommend!

Appointment was scheduled for the first appointment of the day but waited 45+ minutes to get called in back to be seen. Then still waited for the doctor over 20 minutes for him to come talk to me. Friendly staff and what needed to be done was done but not in a timely manner which they told me it would be quick.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. I woke up on Sunday 12/21 with what I thought was just a kanker sore on my gums, and by 12/24 I realized something else was really wrong. On 12/26 I called 14 dentists in 3 different cities trying to get help, none were open....except Aspen Dental. The lady on the phone immediately got me in that day and it was discovered I have a fully impacted sideways wisdom tooth that has a bad infection. Now I can get this taken care of and get my mouth feeling MUCH better. Thank you for getting me in so quickly, I am so grateful!

My visit with Aspen was very good. The assistants were wonderful although I did not care for the office manager Kim but she is no longer there. Dr. A was very attentive and gave me all the information I needed to help me. Although I can not afford it right now I will be continuing care with Aspen. The current staff there is awesome. Dont change a thing they are all very helpful and caring. Love the new OM she is very helpful and will listen and tries everything in her power to give you every option available. Definitely recommend the Fond du Lac, WI office to anyone looking for quality care.

This WOULD have been my first time with Aspen Dental, I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance, got my email confirmation, had it all set up and ready to go, a week before the appointment I get another email to again confirm that I was, in fact, going to be there. I responded to the email, confirming I was to show up and be ready to fill out paperwork and have my insurance information. The day comes that I’m scheduled to go in and I get a voicemail, they cancel my appointment. I am so beyond displeased. I have been waiting weeks to have my teeth fixed, and now I have to find another dentist to take me in last minute because of Aspens poor scheduling. I wasted a vacation day for this.... Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I can’t say I know exactly what happened on their end (in the voicemail stated it was due to management training) yet you would think that to be something that gets scheduled ahead of time and you would make those appointment times unavailable. If I would have canceled last minute like this I probably still would have been sent a bill. Not even worth the effort to give this place another try.

I gave my insurance information to 2 different ladies and had to call back to find out what the insurance is covering. It has been 2 weeks and still do not have a figure. However, I keep getting emails wanting me to review them and asking how I like their office. I cant tell you because I have not be able to get any work done on my mouth. I am beginning to think I need to find another dentist.

The people I saw were friendly and professional. Explained what work I needed done. But were unable to give me any estimates of my cost because my insurance information was not entered into the system yet. Also I was not given any timeline as to when the work would possibly start. I know that the work will be done at the Aspen Dental in Oshkosh. I dont know if the Oshkosh office will be contacting me to set up the appointment for the surgery or if Fond du Lac will coordinate the appointments.

I went in for tooth pain. They tookxrays and asked how long my tooth hurt. Dentist gave me a treatment plan for about $6500 and made me another appointment. Still did not care about the pain I was in. Finally a month later was sitting in chair getting ready for extraction of 7 teeth. I told him I needed a script for pain before he got started and he said he dont write scripts and that I would have no pain when he was done. I got up and left. Place was a waste of my time.

I was very grateful that I was able to be squeezed into a slot because I was experiencing so much pain. The doctor gave his input but in the end I made the choice. The day was long but that expected because he had other clients waiting. Everyone was courteous and funny. The staff gave me a break down of finances which was extremely awesome. Had minor misunderstanding s which hopefully will be resolved by the end of the day.

Ill start with the bad first, I would havent given 5 🌟 s if the receptionist wasnt such a witch. I need a filling, I am pregnant so I inquired about skipping x-rays until after I deliver. She was so, so rude and almost combative of my request. She kept very adamantly stating that the dentist would not see me under any circumstance without x-rays. When I went into the exam room he said it was fine to skip the x-rays because I was pregnant.Now, the good! The Hygienist is super great! Shes friendly and explains everything well! The dentist was also friendly. He gave me the options, and happily let me skip x-ray. Lastly, the finance guy was great! Gave me all of the numbers, explained the finance options and helped me pick the best option for me.Ill keep going back, assuming the witchy receptionist loses poor her attitude.

It was amazing! I went in and I wasnt happy at first, not at all. My regular dentist didnt want to deal w my issues. And Because I didnt really believe they would help me w my problem on my first visit, so yes I did have an attitude. A bad attitude. But after talking to the hygienists and calming down a bit I agreed to let Dr Schultz just look in my mouth and then I would just leave never to go back. But, he came in, looked in my mouth, and talked w me, explained his plan so I understood what he wanted to do, gave me enough time to decide, and helped me that day. But what I liked most is he didnt give me even a hint of inferiority because of my bad teeth and just was so compassionate and friendly! No more painful, painful issues now! Im so happy, Ive never had a kinder dentist. I would go back for problems again and again because I could trust what he said and did. He even called me later that evening to ask how I was doing!!

The staff were all very polite, and the experience was fine. However, I have had some trouble with my fillings and getting in contact with them to schedule another appointment is getting fruatrating. I called on a Thursday before 5pm, a day they are supposed to be open until 7pm and got an answering machine saying they were closed for the day. But okay. So I left a voicemail explaining my situation, and didnt hear back until Monday morning. As I was busy this past weekend, it wasnt a big deal. Then when I tried calling back that afternoon, I sat on the line for a while before getting another answering machine. Since I am bad at answering my phone, I decided to try again later instead of leaving another voicemail. Then this morning, Tuesday, I try calling at 7:30 since they open at 7:00 and sit on the phone for over 10 minutes without even getting a voicemail, nonetheless an actual person to answer the phone. I believe this needs to be addressed. Someone needs to man the desk during open hours, hours need to be updated online, or the phone system itself needs to be updated.

Everyone was friendly enough,but it was like organized chaos. Someone would start something then stop because they forgot something so they would have to start over. Also my second appointment which was scheduled, the dental hygienist left during the middle. I was literally sitting for over 10 minutes doing nothing but staring at the wall. Biggest downfall of the place they tell everything that needs to be done, don’t ask if it’s something you want done, and give you costs for everything instead of waiting to hear what you would like to do. I would recommend you go for initial appointment and go elsewhere if you need any work done.

I am sort of ambivalent on my opinion about this Aspen Dental. It had some pros and cons of how my experience was. First of all I want to say that the staff was incredibly friendly and I was treated very well, but I had to wait for about 2 months to get my denture. Part of the reason was that my husband and I are truckers so it was hard to schedule appointments to get in. When I was available, they werent and vice versa. They did have a pipe burst in the lab area so that was part of the problem. It put me 2 weeks out. They should hire an additional lab technician to help with all of the dentures. This office is very busy obviouslyThey have issues with scheduling patients also. My husband tried to get in 2 times and the dental office canceled them both. So he never got in to be seen. I am guessing not enough staff? Anyway, the dentist nice and did a great job on my denture. Bottom line is that I believe that they should hire more help at this office. Otherwise they did a great job.I had to go back and re-rate to 4 stars instead of 3 because because being a truckers wife, its hard to get in anywhere with being out of town a lot.

Absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional reception lady I have come across. I was exactly 15 minutes early for my 6pm appointment. The very first thing after telling her my name she replied, ...um, youre 45 minutes late for your appointment . I withdrew my cell phone and showed her the text that confirmed my appointment at 6:00pm . Earlier in the day this lady called and asked if I could move my appointment time earlier to 11am or 3pm. I told her I scheduled later because I work until 5pm. Her response was, oh.....hmmm...well I just wanted to make sure everyone was here then, which made absolutely no sense to me.Back at the desk during my check-in she notified me that a cleaning would not be taking place today because I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork. I had specifically set the appointment for a cleaning- this should not have been a surprise to them as I confirmed my appointment days in advance. There is no reason why they should not have been able to do an exam and clean my teeth the same day.I am extremely dissatisfied by the receptionists attitude and the rudeness in telling me that I wasnt getting what I came for that day. I work 58 hrs a week and have little time for outside appointments. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental.

This is the most awful dentist/office Ive ever been to.They do not care about building any kind of reporwith their clients. Making them pay before services are even rendered. The dentist I saw was arrogant and was more interested in watching Roseann on tv then what he was doing in my mouth. I told him he was hurting me and he laughed and said ya, Im sorry.I had to go back after my extraction because I was in so much pain. When I asked if he could do something for the pain he said no, he really doesnt like to. I was in agonizing pain for 5 weeks until I could find another dentist. The new dentist removed a ton of bone fragments from the extraction site, and even asked who did this to me. When I told them it was Aspen Dental in Fond Du Lac the dentist and the hygienist just looked at each other. Then when I asked them to transfer my xrays to my new dentist it took months of phone calls before they finally transferred them.I am 56 years old, and Ive been seeing the dentist all of my life. Never have I been treated with such disrespect and disregard in my entire life.I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

It wouldn’t let me rate it with zero stars but that’s what I would give this place and experience! I hate this office! I went for my 6 month check up and cleaning and there wasn’t even a Dentist there! I expect to have my teeth checked over by a dentist after every cleaning! This is an expectation that shouldn’t even be outside of the normal to have! I also was having tooth pain and wanted the dentist to look over this issue but couldn’t since there was no dentist in office! I was told I could wait up to 40 minutes until he got in! We plan our appointments around life and I had a job to get to. They never should of made my appointment without a dentist scheduled in clinic! I had a dental hygienist take a drill to my teeth that were filled 6 months ago! I am sorry but I am an RN and we don’t preform doctors procedures and I believe the same goes for a hygienist!Looking for a new dentist ASAP. I will never be back. Customer service was terrible. The issues I was having was not fully addressed. The focus was more on my gum disease and the big ticket cost for control measures. I was in severe pain due to a broken tooth and exposed nerve. The financial consult person was not equipped to answer questions or prioritize my needs as a client. I was able to have my needs met the very next day by a competitor. And for a fraction of the cost. The competitors staff was friendly, understanding, and was able to prioritize my needs as a client.

Do not recommend going here, staff seemed not to care, incompetent enough to make these mistakes several times, and their doctor rushed and did not prescribe appropriate medication after I refused their drug reps offer.

I had a cleaning done today with Amanda the hygienist. She was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to explain what was going on in my mouth. She took her time and made me feel comfortable in her chair. Dr. Chanana came in and also was concerned for my well being. My previous dentist didnt take the time or really care about my well being. It was in and out and didnt explain anything. Didnt let me know I had anything wrong. Im glad I have such a great team in the Fond du lac office that actually cares.

Not having been to a dentist in years I was extremely leery about going now. The staff at Aspen Dental was very friendly which helped ease my tension. I saw a different dentist the week before with dental pain, they did limited X-Rays and a limited exam. They sent me home and had me make an appt for 2 months out for a root canal. (During the appt they told me I had 3 infected teeth.) The next afternoon I couldnt stand it anymore. I called Aspen dental and they got me in immediately. They did full X-Rays and a full exam, put me on an antibiotic and had me come back the very next morning for extractions. The doctor was new but was very good dealing with the sensitivity and was compassionate the entire time. No judgement. Highly recommended!

Out of the three appointments made with this office, 2 of the 3 were cancelled by the office because of not having a hygienist or Dr in the office. I will not be going back to them after they repair my tooth and get my cleaning that I already paid for.After not having my call answered during office hours and not even getting a chance to leave a message on an answering service, I decided that this office is not well managed. They are more focused on making dentures than having dental patients. I will not be going back and have asked for a refund of the bill that they insisted on having paid before the work was done. They have since told me that my HSA credit card would be refunded. I then got paperwork in the mail saying I needed to request a refund on paper.

The staff was friendly and the dentist explained his findings on the xrays as well as discussing the next step for fixing a couple dental issues.On the negative side, numerous xrays were repeated due to problems with clarity. Also, I was told the person that schedules the next visit was sick that day, but that I would be contacted for my next appointment. Four days later, I have yet to hear from her or anyone at Aspen.

Appointment was only 3 days out. First appointment was free, and free is good. They were very thorough in the xrays and examination. My inquiry was for a two-tooth bottom bridge. By the time all of the peripheral elements were added, the estimate was as much as two implants. Be careful of the peripherals, they can get expensive. Otherwise, very professional.

Very unhappy they rush you the dentist has changed 4 times in a year dentures dont fit even though I bought the top of the line wont go back unless my plate brakes because its support to have a 7 year warranty but we will see they over changed me an my husband very unhappy and very uncomfortable dentures they dont care if they fix it for you pretty much told me they fit me an I will have to deal with them they are not redoing them at all

Finally! A dental team that sees things my way! Considering all that needs to be done, they also seem to be willing to work within my budget. It will take longer to get the work done, which is the only downside, however, when its all over things will be fixed properly and I can SMILE again!!

The staff were nice and helpful but for a normal exam, I was there for two hours, making me late for work. Once I finally saw the dentist, he was very passive, unfriendly and demanding of the work I needed to get done. I also needed some paperwork filled out for me to be able to serve my country in the Peace Corps and when it came down to filling out the paperwork, he acted very offended and inconvenienced. I felt good about my experience until I saw the dentist. I left feeling very attacked and uncomfortable. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Most the staff was awesome, helpful but the hygienist was very rude, made me feel like a inconvenience, I was embarrassed because I have some gum issue but thats why I was there. I sent a email to their customer service but never heard back. Im trying a different dentist, not going back. The rest of rhe staff would get 4 stars for sure

Waited over an hour to see the oral surgeon, was a consult and was then charged for the consultation. I have never been charged for a consult at any other place. When I asked why, was told it was how it was coded for insurance. If I had been told prior to my consultation that I would be charged, I would have hard passed on even considering seeing them.

After getting my dentures, I went back more times than I want to remember because, my bottoms did not fit, they could never get them right, so I ended up wearing the temporary ones I had gotten when first having my teeth pulled. I am still wearing the temporary bottoms even though they have broken. I was very disappointed with the service.

As of July 24, 2012 I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental. The staff is very friendly. Make you feel very comfortable about your situation. The dentist is very kind and shows real concern for his patients. As for the Operations Manager Greg Nieman, he was very helpful and really does his job 100%. Great Job Aspen Dental in Fondulac, WI. !!!

They did get me in on an emergency basis , very friendly staff. Dentist was not very sympathetic to the broken tooth . I left with another app. Almost a week away with a lot of pain. So if you want more personable service this is not the place for you. I will finish out here this time . I will be looking for a dentist that I can get to know.

I have an abscessed tooth, cant afford to get it pulled, and they wouldnt even give me something for the pain. They said pain meds dont even touch tooth pain. That may be true, but its better than advil, and at least Id be able to sleep tonight. That appointment accomplished nothing. It was free, so I guess you get what you pay for...
