When I walked in, my first impression was it was a very nice place. The front desk ladies helped me get situated very nice. They were nice and welcomed me. The hygienist was so sweet she talked to me and was very personable with me. Turned on music to make me feel better. The Oral Surgeon was very nice had me in and out. Will be going back again for any of my dental/oral needs!!

The staff was so nice! The place was clean! Everything was explained with detail. We had a very positive experience!

Ive had two procedures done at the Florence location and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Morris and his staff are exceptional. They make the whole process so simple and painless. I would highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed!

So far everything has been great. Everyone has been very nice and professional. I have another appointment next week. If I encounter anything negative at that time I will repost.Also, pertaining to the person that left the negative reviews about the staff being unfriendly and only caring about privileged white people. That is not true. They have forms there to fill out if you need credit. This isnt a color thing. Blacks and whites both are tired of hearing color mentioned every time you think you are not treated special. Grow up and act like you have a brain dummy.

As far as the surgery went, it was great. However, the billing department was unorganized and took over two months to straighten my account out.

This facility worked with me on very short notice after a sudden referral from my dentist. They displayed excellency and professionalism in exracting my wisdom teeth rather quickly. I was in and out within an hour. Friendly and courteous staff, and Dr. Morris is an amazing doctor! He even gave me a call the evening of the surgery to personally check on me. Thank you for everything!

The main dentist guy was actually nice but its the fact that if you have no dental insurance this place is very pricey! Even just to get one tooth pulled is like $500+ and its sad that they looked disgusted when you asked if they take payments, sorry I dont have a privileged life like you working at a front desk.

Smh how dare you say that)Anyway to my review:They only take referrals so if you don’t have another expensive dentist to tell you to go to this expensive exclusive place then you’re out of luck.I asked the lady at the desk if they take payments and she looked disgusted like “why are you asking”. I’m sorry not everyone is privileged like you girl. And she said no. To get all 4 wisdom teeth out without insurance is over $1,000+ and they told me I can get out 1 tooth at a time, why would anyone do that?! Is that even safe to offer.I felt really out of place there. It’s like middle and lower class aren’t welcomed. It was a waste of $50+ co pay to just sit there and talk. But the Dentist himself was nice.

I just wasted $50 to find out that I cant afford to pay for my wisdom teeth removal, they do not take any form of payment options, they take it up front, every penny and not everyone walks around with $1,000+ and the staff there needs to be more friendly and smile and not be so uptight and serious, I didnt feel welcomed.

The only review from this place is from a lady that claims racism or evil white people from every review she has posted. I like that they dont except payments because it keeps their building in excellent condition because they dont have to worry about people paying them. I wouldnt say its 5 stars but for the most part they take care of their patients and do their job especially since they deal with most people at critical tooth pain. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They dont accept payments on your surgery like most places do, so its very disappointing, this place is for the white rich privelege, if you dont have a lot of money, youre not welcome here, its a waste of time! and they dont smile, its very negative energy.
