Been going to them since elementary school Im 40 and still going never had a problem Just went about 2 weeks ago got me some new Coach glasses

I have gotten excellent service and glasses for the last several years going here. Because you were booked up with eye exam appointments and another eyeglass wear business was closer during my busy tax season, I went elsewhere this time. Boy was that ever a mistake! While your business got my glasses perfect the first time, I just paid over $500, your normal price for transitional progressive lens for a new pair elsewhere, and I cant see out of them nor do they fit! So the real convenience has become nonexistent as I will have AT LEAST two trips back to get them adjusted!

Ive been going here for almost 4 yrs now, Ive never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone is very nice and helpful, Ive never had to wait long for appts, contacts etc, and theyre cheaper than any other place around here.

Dr. is very thorough, compassionate and explains everything to you. The whole staff is amazing and very helpful! As far as people saying theyre outdated its mainly the interior designs and that means nothing when youre getting great care!

Told me i had 2 weeks to change anything with my glasses so i went back they said they would give me 20 percent off instead of fixing my problem wanted me to buy new ones do not go here im out 800 dollars i still cant see with theses glasses they all about the money no customer service Do. NOT GO Here! You will be sorry if you do Warning liers theifs

Poor Service. My daughter was prescribed wrong glasses, and was having eye pain. When I called to try and get them to see her, the receptionist tells I have to wait a year. For preventive services (routine exam) its once a year. When you mess up you fix it. I will never visit there again. Out dated and only care about money.

Eye doctor is very hateful acting. Needs to learn some manners.

I’m only leaving a review in regards to a phone call I made about glasses. Because of the phone call I choose to go elsewhere...first impressions and how you speak to people are everything! Very rude, cutting off my questions and upon me saying okay thank you, her response was “ummmmhum”.

Horrible customer service DO NOT buy your glasses from them!!! They are a bunch of liars of thieves!! 😠😠

Not impressed at all with the staff. Very long wait times, and when a couple months later my sons glasses fell apart they wanted me to fork over more money to replace their defective product. Were finding​ a new optometrist.Two thumbs down!

Been going since I was 10 yrs old. Will continue going.
