I think I can speak for my mother and myself as well although my mother has passed away now. She had an ulcer in her eye from severe dry eye it was a holiday weekend and I was very impressed that Dr.. Lee was so concerned about my mother that he come in the very next day while he was out of town on vacation with his family he still came in the next day to check on my mother to make sure it had not gotten any worse.
