The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Moore explained everything thoroughly to ensure that I understood each test as well as covering the results of the images and testing. I did not have any wait time and was called back for my appointment as soon as I finished my paperwork. Although the office was busy, no one made me feel rushed. The optician, Mr. Roberson, took his time explaining all the detailed options which I greatly appreciated, as this was my first time to ever need prescription glasses. The receptionist was very warm and friendly as well. The overall engaging atmosphere of the business is to be commended. I was nervous because I had only ever had one eye exam in my life twenty eight years prior, but Dr. Moore and his entire team made my visit as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic experience! My daughter had never been to the eye Dr. before & the staff took the time to walk her through every step showing her & telling her what they were going to do & taking the time to make sure she understood every step. The Dr. took extra time to explain to her how everything worked & show her what caused the problems she was having with her eyes. It was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Check in was easy, lobby is set up extremely appealing with lots of displays, some seating and decor is super pretty! Optometrist was friendly and informative as was the optical salesperson. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I want to see how long it takes to get the glasses I ordered and how that visit will go.

Courteous staff, short wait time, and competent physician. Dr Moore took the time to listen to and address all my concerns. He gave me a complete and thorough eye examination. He took the time to explain my eye issues and his proposed treatment plan. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Great staff, optometrists, and selection of glasses. Very patient and will work with you to find the glasses that fit your face the best. The front staff also did a good job at navigating the messy waters of my weird insurance company. I am so pleased with this place and tell all my friends and family to go here! I really liked going here! The doctor was very thorough in the examination and involved me in the process of getting my new prescription. (They also don’t do the thing that blows air into your eye which is really nice.) The only complaint that I have is that there didn’t seem to be much selection at all for frames under $150, or at least the nurse didn’t show me them besides the selection on the table. It made me feel confined to just one space or I had to pick frames that were way out of my price range. Besides that, I had a great experience!

Renaissance Eye Care has the BEST staff from start to finish. They take such good care of their patients and keep everything so clean. I actually look forward to going to my eye exam and I don’t think I’ve ever felt that way. Dr. Moore is very thorough and I have full confidence in him every time I go!

Renaissance Eye Care is a professional, yet friendly environment for eye care. The staff is knowledgeable and able to explain technical concepts in a way the average person can understand. Dr. Moore does a great job of moving the examination along efficiently while taking the time to add a personal touch to his care. I highly recommend Renaissance for their amazing staff, but their selection of eye wear is also a plus.

My 1st time visiting Renaissance Eye Care but I was very pleased with the service I received. I also like that I was able to look at and try on frames BEFORE the exam. I could actually see how they looked since my eyes had not yet been dilated.

This was the only place that could fit me in last minute after my dogs chewed up my glasses. And right before I had to give birth. They were fast and friendly and accommodating and helped get me in a pair the same day!

This was my first visit to Renaissance Eye Care. I wanted to try contacts for the first time. They were really great about walking me through the process and teaching how to use the contacts. They sent me home with a trial pair to see if that was going to work for me. I have been putting it off for quite some time but I am glad I chose them.

Love Renaissance! Me and my 3 children use them and they have always treated us well! I finally got a detailed explanation of what is wrong with my eyes why i cant see very well at all. My Wife and I have been customers of of Dr Warner and Renaissance for approximately 15 year and have alway has very good care and service. I work out of town and they have always on top of our needs. The 3 stars are for this last visit and is many because of the front staff does not seam to know what’s going on. I had new lenses ordered and never received a call, my wife calls and is told they have the lenses and to come on it and they will install them, I go down and I’m told the person is on break...ok I’ll come back as I have another thing to do. I get a call telling me they can’t put my new lenses in my frames because that person is not working today..... I’m leave town Saturday for work. What the heck, I will only be home once a month and it will be a weekend so there is no way Renaissance will be able to install my new lenses . Major fail on communication, why was I told to come in, why was I not called/text and told my lenses were ready as you have always done. Very disappointed and probably we won’t be coming back after all these years. I can’t have failures like this with me working out of town.

I enjoyed my first visit here, immensely. I was greeted, checked in, and waited for only a few minutes to get started with an exam. The amount of time spent with the doctor was appropriate and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands, and understood my options. Their selection of glasses is high-quality and varied, and I plan on going back soon to fill my order.

My dad is an optometrist and retired earlier this year. Dr. Moore is the first optometrist I’ve seen besides my dad and he is great! You pay a little more than the big box vision centers but the personal attention and professionalism is worth it. I am proud to promote and support this local small business.

Friendly staff but the lab printed my lenses wrong 4x Oct to Feb ..no glasses ! ..REFUNDED ! .....in the meantime WENT TO AMERICAS BEST took 5 days & had perfect glasses in 6 days at half the price . They use their own lab. YIPEE !!
