Sending your loved ones here should be considered elder abuse. Rooms are falling apart, poor management, overall a sad excuse for a nursing home. I wouldn’t put my dog in there. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would

My grandma hates it here. She said that they leave her in number ones and twos . When the bring her food she eats by her potty chair with number 2s in it. She calls me crying every night. She dont get help when she needs it. She loves very few of the stuff. Theynever pick up the phone when I call to try and get her help. I dont thing they know but I do have pictures. Im trying to find help to move her.

The therapy department is great. I love Adam and his whole team. I enjoy getting to go down an exercise on the therapy machines. It gives me an outlet to do this and to talk with the therapists. They really listen to me.

My father was in bridgepoint for 6 weeks for therapy after a fall, and I loved the care he received. I have read all the bad reviews on here and that was not the same experience we had. They have new management that really care about the facility. And all healthcare facilities have staffing issues, and if it was 2 or 4 aides on the hall. They do their best to help in anyway they can. Please do not let these reviews make a decision for you to send your love one here. Check it out for yourself, I would definitely send my dad back if he needed to go..we had no issues

The facility has come a long way. The quality of food has greatly improved and they now offer a greater variety of alternate meals. The staff on the long term unit are friendly and do a fine job. There are some things that still need tweaking, but for the most part it is a good place.

My Mom has only been there for TWO DAYS and already had to leave and get out of there! The staff and administration is very rude and they hung up on me just because I asked for a transfer to another Nursing Home! I wouldn’t take my cat here! DO NOT trust these people with your loving family members as they will NOT treat them even with respect and they ignore calls for help‼️

I have nothing but good to say about this facility and the workers. From the time I walked in for a tour until the day my father passed away they showed him love, respect and such compassion. My father felt safer there than any place he had been previously including the hospital. The workers would greet him daily, sit and talk with him, bring him little things to make his last days so fulfilled. I needed this in my life and they were nothing but an extended family. I still stay in contact with the facility. I know everyone has an opinion but the negativity here does not reflect this facility at all. I knew my father was sick but I did not expect him to pass away. But thank you Jesus for putting these angels in my life!!! My father loved them and felt like he was with family before he passed. I commend everyone of you for the job you do! none of this could be easy. I thank each and everyone of you for coming into my families life and my fathers especially. These times were rough and I am glad I choose Bridge Point for my fathers finally road trip.... THANK YOU ALL!!!

I work at this facility - almost a year and a half now. Its my second home. Im here sometimes more than I am at home it seems. Theres been quite a bit of negative reviews. Im here to say its improving every day, and its improved tremendously in the past 12 months. No single person, nor facility is perfect. But I promise, this current staff is doing their best to make the residents feel at home.Id rate it 5 stars, then I couldnt say how truly I know the potential and where this place is headed.Positive reviews will start rolling in soon. 😉

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.I had a family member who had to be placed here after a stroke made it impractical to live alone. From that very first night she came to Bridge Point, I knew this was not the place for her to spend her last years. Ive been to many nursing homes before and since, but this is the absolute worst. The staff, for the most part, are very apathetic and unprofessional. The place reeks of urine and feces, the stench of which is enough to make you forgo food for the rest of the day. My relative was always covered in bed sores, and was depressed. On numerous occasions she pleaded to go somewhere else, didnt matter where. When she died in 2014, I was relieved, not of her death, but that she didnt have to return to this human zoo. I have heard similar stories by people who had friends and relatives here, and all are very sad. I wouldnt recommend Bridge Point Center for a kennel.

I have no issues with this nursing home. They really helped my family out when we were in a bind. No other nursing home would take my uncle because he didnt have Medicaid. They are even helping my aunt with applying. I came there last week. I didnt see anything concerning.

This place should be zero stars. Charging almost 10,000 for a room that is falling apart literally. If you love someone do not put them there. The facilities are gross nasty filthy dirty unsanitary. It stinks so bad. Prisoners and dog shelters are more sanitary clean. Hope and pray that those forced to stay there are able to find an advocate. 1000 percent unacceptable living conditions.Nobody should have to spend the remainder of their lives in such living conditions.

Bridge Point is a blessing. I was unable to walk from my recent hospitalization from a heart problem and pneumonia. After working with their therapy, I am now going home with my son and his family walking unassisted. This is my second stay at Bridge Point. I would recommend them, and would return again.

This place is horrible. Do not take your loved ones here. They dont care about your loved ones. My sister died because of this place because neglect of wound care. Sinks. CNAs only care about partying. The good nurses could not sit at their desk to do their work because of the aides. The aides have no respect for the residents

My Sister in Law (was) there but the treatment if you want to say she received any was intolerable. She was always being taken to the Hospital for neglect of treatment for bed sores. If I were to recommend Bridgepoint to anyone I wouldnt . Florence Park is just as bad. If should be a priority to care for the elderly as these places are here for that reason and cant even do that. It hurts me to see our elderly being MISTREATED like this.

This is a horrible place. The staff is snooty and act like helping you is a favor instead of their job. The food is terrible. It is near impossible to get the answers to even basic questions, unless you accept, I dont know as a viable answer. If you care even the slightest for your loved ones, DO NOT send them here. It is comparable to a jail with less supervision.

This place is an absolute elder abuse facility! My Mother was unfortunately placed at this God awful place by my brother and myself. 12 hrs later we got her the hell out of there. The conditions were unsanitary(the poor lady who she shared the room with apparently had some bowel probs.)This lady left a horrible mess in the bathroom in the evening and the mess was still there @ 7:45 the next morning! I have time stamped photos of this. Also have photos of the cold, poultry food served to my Mother. I have a good friend who is a State Senator and is now aware of these conditions and we are going to work to bring this elder abuse mill into the current standards expected and mandated by the State. They called me today asking about payment. LOL. See you in court!!! # This place sucks!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTLEY hands down the place EVER!!!!! Do they have issues? Of course they do, but guess what you haters, NOONE will ever take care of your mom, dad or loved ones the way that you can, get over it.........if you can do better or HATE that place, then take them somewhere else!!!!How stupid can you be? You say you hate it, but you leave her there? Wow, what a great daughter you are!!!!! They see these patients more than there own damn family does!!! The love and compassion and care that I have seen there is amazing. My father was treated wonderful, did I overhear conversations about the staffs weekends or events in their lives? Of course I did, who cares......they are human. The 100 unit CNAs, nurses and nurse manager deserve awards for what they do and especially dealing with haters like you all on here. Bottom line, the place is great, BUT not perfect, very loving and caring people. I would send all my family there when needed. STOP bitching and take them somewhere else, or take them HOME!!!!WE LOVE BRIDGEPOINT AND THE 100 STAFF THAT LOVED US AND OUR DAD!!!
