My mother lived at the Heritage about five years ago. They treated her like family. My father is currently a resident there. The people that work there are AMAZING! I visit dad everyday ( for the past 6 months).They care for their residents extremely well. But, they also are extremely loving and caring! Money can’t buy the level of care my dad receives. I’m so very glad that they are here when we need them.

Staff is very helpful and concerned. Nothing but love for Heritage. My mother was at heritage for several months before she passed away. The staff there treated her and our family with dignity and compassion.

My Mother has been at Heritage Home for more than 2 years. While no place is perfect she is happy, well cared for and considers it home. We are grateful for the staff of Heritage Home.

I will say that there are some good people who work here and some who shouldnt be here. Your business is NEVER private when its a serious and important situation or not. People have their picks and some lie to get what they want. But if the head people knew what really goes on then maybe they can do something about the old staff. I was a newcomer never missed work always picked up multiple shifts and had a serious situation going on 1 day and needed to be out. I come back to work to hear about my personal business and decided to give a two week notice and was told by a supervisor I dont need to give a notice just go ahead and leave so that is what I did. But she told people I quit. Unjust dont prosper and I truly pray for her especially because of the lies she told. But Ive been at peace since I left. Just a word of advice what all trust none because they all for each other

This facility has completely changed from excellent to near disaster. Investigate thoroughly before leaving your loved one here.

My grandmother died within 24 hours of being at this place. She went into a diabetic coma because no one was monitoring her blood sugar. I wish I could give this place less than a star and then burn it down. Thats the only way things would be fair. But thats wishful thinking.

Pleasant Facility to work !!!!

This place have big rats on one of the wings. I noticed some pictures in my wife phone of and asked what where they pictures of and she told me. She literally witnessed the rats eating bird food from the bird feeder. This is unsafe and unsanitary
