My grandmother was a rehab patient multiple times and always recieved great care from the nursing staff and rehab. She enjoyed the food and snacks. Her room was always clean and smelled nice. She liked that the facility offered lots of great activities to keep the patients and residents happy. The cases managers on rehab were very helpful in getting her transitioned back home.

Our dad was at Mitchell Hollingsworth for 7 months before he passed. The nurses and staff and Dr Anjum were so caring and compassionate to him. He last few months were harder with him having dementia. They were always so kind to him and our family during these difficult times. The care he received was greatly appreciated.

Mitchell Hollingsworth is a very nice clean spacious facility. They staff members have always been so friendly and polite to us. They have an exellent rehab department. The wound care nurse does an amazing job. The food they have at mitchell Hollingsworth really good.

My great aunt lives on the Alzheimers and dementia unit and they take wonderful care of her.. The activities department are very involved in keeping the residents busy with various and fun activities.

I wish I could give zero stars. My grandmother was there and staff left her on toilet for 2 hours. Very neglectful. Grandmother would push call button and it would be three hours before someone came to see what she needed. We didn’t wait for her to be released, we went and checked her out ourselves. Would not send my worse enemy to this place.

The food is good. They have a snack room, a cafeteria, a beauty shop. A computer room, a rehabilitation center. A friendly staff. I have been to the rehabilitation section and the staff was wonderful. Mitchell has one special staff member that is outstanding. That is Miss Annie, who is always cheerful and something loving to say and sings like an Angel.

Someone is going into patient rooms and removing patients things that they like. They know these patients can’t move or unconscious and they are taking advantage of this. Please take care of your family!

My husband was in here the worst place ever. Never received meds on time. He is insulin dependent visited one day and at 110:30 am still hadnt received morning meds or insulin. He sugar was 385 from not receiving his insulin. I am afraid what would have happened if I had not got him out of there. Three days later he was back in the hospital for a week. Terrible dirty place room was never cleaned. Dont use this place if you dont want to get well.

I have been to rehab at Mitchell-Hollingsworth after two surgeries and received Excellent care Both times. The staff is Very Caring and Really Great! The rooms are clean and cozy..... I would recommend a stay there to anybody!

My terminally ill mother was in and out of Mitchell over a few year period while battling terminal cancer. They provided outstanding wound care, rehabilitation, and long term care. The staff was outstanding from the Administrator, to the nurses and CNAs. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for care. It is a gorgeous, clean facility on a beautiful property. Meals were balanced & tasty. Any issues that did come up were resolved in a timely & satisfactory fashion. I highly recommend Mitchell Hollingsworth. It is by far the most superior care facility in the area. They also provide family education which is crucial when bringing a loved one home from Rehab.

This place is terrible!!!! Please do not send your loved ones here! All I can say is we sent her there to recover from the hospital and we ended up having to send her back because she was treated so bad. The nurses were extremely rude. Please do not send your loved ones here. You would be doing them a huge favor.

The nursing staff were so kind to my brother, Rodney David Herston. he was terminally ill, when he arrived. He was given excellent care and encouragement which he and his family so greatly appreciate,

Well I am here for a while
