Great caregivers at this place. Dont know how we could have done it when my dad was sick. Danielle is the best aide I have ever dealt with. As matter of fact everyone that came to work with us were amazing.

The hospice team in Florence, AL provided excellent care for my dad and went beyond what was expected. From the nurses calling after hours and checking in on us to the bath aides always making my dad feel comfortable while preserving his dignity. He always looked forward to the chaplain visits which provided extra companionship and someone to just listen to him. As a nurse, it was a difficult to identify and accept what was going on before my very eyes but this team helped me and my brother along the way. EVERYONE was so compassionate to my dad and our family. They became part of our family & I will forever be grateful.

Great team of clinicians that are so compassionate during the most delicate times for families and their loved ones. Thomas Spence is excellent in guiding this team and being such a true advocate for families in our area. He and his staff are always a phone call away when higher level of care is needed during end of life. Highly recommend this group of clinicians.

Compassus was there for us as my family went through losing my father. Every day the team there not only took care of my dad, but was there every step of the way with my mom. It really felt that it wasnt a job for them, but rather a calling for them. The amount of time that everyone from the director to the nursing staff took to just sit with us as a family was amazing for us. I would recommend this group to anyone and everyone going through what we went through. At one point, they dropped off a ton of snacks and water for us to eat. It was totally great that they cared enough to think about the familys needs as we didnt want to leave the room. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism, caring, & empathy that they have.

All the staff including the nurses, CNAs and administrator are very compassionate and caring individuals. They take the time needed to ensure their patients get what they need. Our community is fortunate to have these individuals in place to care for those who need hospice care.

As the primary caregiver for a Compassus patient, I am overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown, not only for my husband, but also for me, personally. The staff is so kind and helpful, I cant thank them enough. They go above and beyond to be of service in any way they can. Management, nursing staff, CNAs, they are all just amazing. Talk about going the extra mile, they wrote the book! I highly recommend them.
