We dealt with this agency for almost two years. The home health aide that came during the week was great, but the weekend person would never show up to work. It would be a no call, no show. I didnt even get calls from the office or management. I complained and complained and complained. I even ended up calling corporate office. They pretended to understand my concern, but still like every other weekend I would have no call, no shows. I was always told that it was because no one wanted to work on weekends. This is crazy to me. My mom has the same schedule every week, one person on Sundays, so the weekend person knows they have to work on that day. What job do you know of that lets you opt out of your schedule just because you dont want to work on the weekend? I found out that the Florence office manager, Samantha, would lie and say that no one was home so that she wouldnt get in trouble with corporate. Guess what? When I told them she was lying, they did nothing about this. Everyone still got to keep their jobs although they werent doing their jobs. The only reason I stayed with this agency as long as I did is because my mom LOVED the woman that came during weekdays. If it wasnt for that, I would have left the agency a long time ago. Unless you get Marcy or Rebecca as your home health aide from them, I would not recommend this agency at all. At least not the Florence branch. Even if you get Marcy or Rebecca, the manager Samantha is a horrible liar and really bad at her job. Do yourself a favor and choose another agency.
