Homewatch CareGivers were incredible caregivers to my father-in-law. Not only did they give top notch quality care to him, but were lovely to speak with when we needed support as well. They treated us like family. It’s rare to find such personal touches in this line of work. Stacey was dedicated and knowledgeable, and Megan was so dependable in our time of need. I highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers as they make you feel like they are caring for one of their own loved ones rather than a patient.

We have used Homewatch CareGivers for my wife twice during the last few months following lumbar back surgery and then a total knee replacement. Both times the service they provided was excellent. We had four different ladies. They were all well qualified to provide the degree of care required but went far beyond our expectations. In addition to tending to her medical needs and assisting in her daily activities, they did light housework without that being expected. We consider them our new friends, Their care and companionship boosted Peggys morale and confidence. I will forever be grateful to Homewatch CareGivers and would encourage any one who needs home healthcare or eldercare to call them.

After having gone thru several agencies and their ineptitude, I thought I would never be able to get the help my dad needed. Then I was lucky enough to find HomeWatch. From the initial interview, to meeting my dad and setting up his care, everything was handled with professionalism. Each caregiver was introduced to my dad at the beginning of each shift or change. Rules were explained and schedules were adhered to so as to give my dad a sense of normalcy.What impressed me most was that administrators were quick to pitch in and tend to my dad if there was an unexpected change in schedules.My dad was not only safe, he was cared for by kind, able staff who saw him as an individual not as a “patient”.And during my dad’s last moments, their tenderness and support for me meant the world. I can’t say enough about this amazing agency and its staff.

I started working for Homewatch Caregivers this year and i love it! Stacey, the owner, really has a heart and a passion for the senior community, and goes out of her way to connect her Caregivers and clients. As an employee, i feel 100% supported by her, and her office staff. They are always available, if i need them, when I am working. I recently enlisted the help of Homewatch CareGivers of Northern Kentucky to help care for my mom once she left her rehab facility. Using Stacey and her team was such a great decision. This was all taking place during the holidays which made things hectic, but the caregivers were great. They were compassionate and caring and it gave me peace of mind to be able to leave her in the care of people who really enjoyed being with her! Homewatch Care Givers was a god-send to our family! When my father in law had a fall we needed someone to be wtih him. Homewatch was so accommodating and professional. We were assigned Catie who was absolutely amazing. She treated my father in law like family and was so kind and loving with him.
