They weighed me with a regular bathroom scale that you can buy at Walmart, and the blood pressure machine looks like it came from the same place. Needless to say I just walked out. If insurance and copay aren’t paying for quality equipment then you’re probably not going to eat great care. Great care = doing, being, and having the best for patients.

I recently called back and asked to speak to the practitioner whom had seen me to ask a few questions. I didn’t get them, but a nurse which seemed liked she didn’t know my situation. She spoke very rudely and was very short with me. She didn’t answer any of my questions and quickly redirected me to another place to call. It felt as though I wasn’t their problem.
