Id give 0 stars if I could.. it took my new doctor ONE TEST TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!! They will charge you the most expensive diagnostic tests then send you away when they cant find anything wrong. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time, no explanation no apology. Dr clearly had never even looked at my chart to know what was going on. Worst office etiquette, never got calls back when calling for test results. The receptionists say well all we can di us send messages back, like too bad so sad they do what they want. Worst department I have ever been too.. being sick for 4 months so compassion and empathy would be nice

I have been billed for services that should have been covered by my insurance company. The billing department never tried to bill my insurance and plus insurance company and myself have tried several time of contacting them and unsuccessfully. Very unprofessional.
