They literally offer no help. I was only talked to, I was never even examined. They don’t care about you or your health. They only care about getting to the next patient and cashing checks. When asked to be referred to a specialist I was denied. “There’s nothing we can do” yet the only thing he did was touch me with the stethoscope. My man listened to me breathe but he didn’t address or even seem to care about my issue. I’m not one to go to the doctor unless I need to. If you care about addressing your health go somewhere else.

So far so good, although I rarely ever have problems with the appointments. A little early to ask about the experience, accounts/billing hasnt even taken place yet, thats where any issues I have usually arise. Ask me again after the insurance/bills have settled. The only down point I have so far is that I have already been asked through text and email multiple times to rate performance multiple times. I am only responding at this point to make the spam go away.

Dr. Hartman and his staff are great. The very first time I have visited that office they welcome you as a family member.

Dottie is amazing provider and she always listens. She makes going to the doctors office enjoyable.

As a patient of Christina Weiland at Union 42 Primary Care, I have always had great experiences. She is very kind and compassionate about her patients. The office staff is wonderful and thee office is clean and well organized.

I have been going to this office and my Dr for a couple of years. My health condition is decent so I dont require much medical care. When I require treatment, I have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, my Dr is personable and very experienced and doesnt push meds as a sole solution. I would recommend this office and my Dr to others.

20 + years in St. Eves practice, first with Dr. Belisle, now retired, and Dr. Hartman. I had to cancel an appointment on a Sunday for a Monday appt within the 24 hr cancellation period. MyChart would not allow on line cancellation, referring me to the office phone number, on a Sunday! I was unable to make the appointment and was billed for the appointment and sent a letter threatening my discharge from the practice, after 20+ years. Not happy!

As always, Dr. Barth and his entire staff provide superior patient service!

My records were transferred more than 30 days from my previous physician, however when i went to my first Visit, no information of mine was actually updated in the system. If this is true, then why did they force me to transfer records without which i was told no appointments can be made. This is ridiculous

So, their favorite thing to do is put you on hold and leave you on hold until you just hang up in defeat. They dont WANT to see you in their office.

Dr Jennings is a caring and interested doctor. He is laser focused on me during my appointments and never rushes me. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

I visited Dr. Jennings on short notice. He (and staff) always provides care that is prompt and is spot-on. Excellent physician.....

I saw Dr Hartman after my primary retired last month. I read the reviews and it seemed promising. It was a total waste of time!!!! He’s crazy!! Does NOT listen to anything you suggest or express that has happened over the past 10 years of my medical history. He came into the room with HIS plan. I’m not doing Chinese medicine and putting gold studs in my ears! He didn’t help with my blood pressure medicine except to bad mouth my previous doctor who I adored and listened to. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place! Go to Christ Hospital! This is why I cross the bridge for all of my other health care and hospital needs. Was hoping I could get lucky and find a primary closer. The whole experience was disturbing!!!!

My wait to see Dr. Bowlin this month was the shortest ever. The red-haired lady who checked me in and took my co-pay was so bubbly and friendly. She made me feel welcome.

It was very pleasant. I was given a Covid19 test. I learned I did not have the virus.

We love our doctors here very thorough and very straight forward and honest

I have been going to this office for many years. Even before they moved to this location. My interaction with the staff has been decent. The doctors have always been phenomenal. My experience with prescriptions has been absolutely awful. They do not contact you directly when something is needed like an appointment. And even when you are due for an appointment and have one scheduled my prescription refills have still been denied because an appointment is needed... They simply do not check before they deny. I have called them directly to schedule a renewal and my pharmacy never receives it. Over the years theyve told me the reason for delay: had staff shortages or power outages or system issues and the department was behind in approving medication refills, but I have never been contacted to prepare for the delay. Ive requested multiple medication refills and only one sent to the pharmacy. Ive gone days without pills several times over the years. Even though I love my Docor this most recent situation of waiting over 2 weeks for a refill has me considering a new office.

Dr. Jennings and Nurse Jessica were wonderful! I really felt like they cared about my health and they took all the time I needed to discuss my healthcare. The convenient location along with the ease of the lab in the same building is a big plus. I would highly recommend Dr. Jennings and Jessica!

Ive been coming to the office for a few years now after not having a primary doctor. Ive seen Doctor Gray and Dottie several times since then. The office staff is always very helpful and gets my appointment as soon as possible. Even calling me back one day when they had a cancellation so I could come in immediately. The nurses are great when taking my information/vitals. We normally end up joking around, which helps when Im not feeling well for whatever reason. And I only have great things to say about Dr. Gray and Dottie!!! They listen, understand, help and follow up!! Plus, they both have great personalities, so they also joke around with me and make me feel comfortable when there. Going to the doctor is never fun, but when it is necessary, Im very thankful to have this office to turn to.

Dr. Barth is absolutely the best doctor in the world. He is very caring, listens intently to your health concerns, clearly explains his diagnosis and ensures you fully understand your health challenges and the course of treatment recommended. Friends I have referred to this location who had the opportunity to select another physician are equally pleased with their care. His office staff are great at getting you through the check-in process. I have yet to sit in the waiting area long enough to warm a seat! As the facilitys Administrator, his patient care, service and leadership obviously equates to excellent care and service.

Dr. Bowlin is great. He listens attentively, and wants to be sure you’re being well taken care of. It seems as though he is very busy, yet he does take his time with each patient.

Dr. Scott Jones is prejudice and his staff that was at the front desk 08/21/2018 was rude. He has no COMPASSION. I believe he does this for the money. He is not there for your health benefit. Its 2018 and its sad to see this behavior still goes on with professionals for your HEALTH SCARY. Just because you are in predominantly Caucasian area does not mean that other races does not want to be seen the same. I can not explain my frustration. God bless him and his nurse. He would probably let my child die just because of the color of our skin.

Another waisted trip to St Elisabeth Physicians. I came in for a quick review of my prescriptions with Dr Jones . I was told that they would renew them. When I went to pick them up at the pharmacy, I was told they hadn’t received the new prescriptions from St E. I called the Union office 4 times and never received a returned call or a renewal of my prescriptions. My insurance billed me for $95 the useless visit.

Dr. Gray and the entire staff are absolutely the best around. Dr. Gray is always very thorough and professional, wouldnt go anywhere else.

The office is very nice and Mary Ann Bowlin is extremely kind and very helpful.

I have been going there for years and while my Dr retired I still see other Doctors there they are able to get you in last minute so I think they deserve a 5 star ⭐️ rating .

Dr. Jennings is the best doctor. He always has time to talk to me and my husband.

After my first visit there I had to schedule a second visit because my situation worsened badly but they charged me for a full visit for the second visit and said I had extra discussed stuff filed for that visit which were actually consequences of my unsuccessful first visit

Honestly, I wouldnt go back to St E. Physicians if I were dying. They are rude, they make up stuff to put on your chart (like vitals, instead of actually taking them, or put the wrong information down), call in the wrong medication to the pharmacy, misdiagnose common illnesses, and the wait time to get in is ridiculous. Stay away from this Northern Kentucky monopoly.
