She prejudice even though black people go there which her & others feel the need to put us down like were not humans denying black people treatment i never ask for pain pills i went in for her to be my primary care doctor so she can referral me too pain Management but she acted like no doctors aint accepting new patients because Im black!!🤔 shouldnt be doctors in Florence that isnt taking new patients white bias people like her think shes getting away with it i cant hurt you no more than you already hurting yourself please share & repost so people like her dont need to be in the medical field or any other business venture

My experience with my blood results have been very disappointing this past office visit. It has been going on two weeks and nobody has called me back with results. I have made several attempts to reach out to Nurse Practitioner and front office staff continues to tell me that they relay message and they get back to me . After today’s call , I was told call back in the morning! As with the staff and doctors , my time and money are valuable to me as well. I don’t like writing reviews of negativity , but I feel the need . This may prevent further unprofessionalizm to potential patients .

Would have rated lower ifPossible !!I have been going now for hi bp and in the two years that Ive been going they have failed miserably in being able to keep my billing straight !!!!I am self pay (no insurance )So I pay in full at the time of visit and low and behold two weeks later I RECEIVE A BILL ( I payed in full ) if you have no insurance there is a +or - 40But it seems that the billing department gos and trys to collect the 40 persent by billing you again a few weeks later !!!!!( I payed it the first time not knowing and had to going and get my money back )HOW ARE THEY RIPPING OFF ?? THE PEOPLE AND OR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ???
