Ive been there 3 times in the last few months. Im disabled with multiple chronic illnesses and have a fainting disorder, so naturally, I need assistance and my husband accompanies me on every appointment. According to the ADA, all reasonable requests for disability assistance are the right of every individual, no explanations needed or questions asked. Instead, the front desk clerk, a thin woman with long, stringy, dark red hair starts throwing a fit and demanding he leave, both times. I explained that I do require assistance and she demanded to know WHY. I put up with it the first time and stood my ground. The second time, there was a different woman who did exactly as she should by proceeding with my paperwork and appointment. Not so lucky the 3rd time, the gatekeeper was back and again, was extremely rude. I was done arguing, so I told my husband to go to the car. Then I sat there and thought about how theyd cost me thousands in emergency medical bills fir absolutely nothing if I pass out. So, I told her to cancel my appointment and walked out. By denying my request for assistance, they are denying my legally mandated human rights. Its their job as a business to ensure their staff is properly trained. It is not. In addition to this, the ophthalmologist I saw made all kinds of assumptions about the cause of my condition and was attempting to give me medical advice on it, when he has no idea what hes talking about .If you care about your health and want to be treated with dignity, this is not the practice you seek. I will not be wasting anymore time on them.

You guys were amazing. It was a scary experience 2 days before Christmas with the damage the wood did to my eye. The whole time the staff and Drs were understanding and went out of their way to help me and ensure i was doing ok. The past 7 months were tough but you all made it so much easier and gave me the feeling of hope for my vision.

Im 62 yrs old. Had Dc. Patel . Best thing ive done in a long time. 2020 vision now. I havent seen this well in 20yrs. Thanks Bennett and Bloom. Excellent work.

Dr. Adeniran is the gold standard for doctors. She is certainly an expert in her field, but is also quite humble and treats her patients like gold. The health care industry needs more doctors like her.

I saw Fraser McKay for the first time and could not have been more pleased. He has the knowledge and skills I expect from a provider but his chair side manner is above all the rest. After my eye exam he stayed close by and looked at me as he patiently answered all my questions. He gave me his full attention which made me feel important and respected. Other competitors Ive seen were not as caring. Just wish I had found him sooner. However, after posting my review I later found out this facility does not offer prescriptions for glasses. How disappointing! I will have to see another provider for that. Still like Fraser McKay but I will return to my previous eye doctor where I can get all services including eyeglasses.

The ophthalmologists and optometrists at Bennett and Bloom, as well as their staff are the best. Very knowledgeable, professional and care for their patients and their sight.

This place is full with con artist that just want to take your money. Dont make the mistake I made. STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

They were very quick to schedule an appointment and I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and while the appointment was fast and to the point it was still rather thorough. I felt like all of my questions were answered and my problem resolved. Highly recommend!

My dad couldnt see. We went to his regular eye doctor and he recommended we go to Bennett & Bloom Eye Institute. They scheduled the appointment within a week. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We have another appointment in a month.

Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable in their work there. If I had a question they would explain it to me in terms I could understand. I am waiting to be scheduled so I can see everything perfectly in 2020.

Dr. Patel is wonderful! I had Multifocal lens implants November 2019 and I love them.

They made me feel like my eyesight was as important to them as it is to me.

They were able to get me in same day and it was easy getting in for a follow-up. Both appointments I barely had time to settle in the waiting room before getting called back. Dr. McKay and the staff have been wonderful!

Awesome experience. better than expected. everyone i dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel in particular was superb.

Bennett and Blooms front office is poorly managed. We have had my moms surgery cancelled twice -contacting us with very short notice. I have taken mult vacation days for nothing. We are having trouble trying to schedule a third time. We are stuck because to go else where would cost another evaluation - which her insurance will not pay. The billing office has made mult mistakes calling with wrong amounts or after my mom had already paid. We are so sorry we were referred here. We should have gone to CEI. We would not recommend!!!

The staff at Florence office are Great, knowledgeable, friendly,reachable. Just had my first cataract surgery with implant and Dr. Tenkman is fantastic. One day post I see better than I have in years. Cant wait to have other eye done! Glad to have Bennett&Bloom in Northern Kentucky.

I was nearly scammed on there pricing. More than double the cost o anyone else in the area. Refused to accommodate my needs of only needing surgery in one eye. I would Urge you to go ANYWHERE else.
