My coworker recommended this place and I called and Got an appointment in a timely manner (less than 2 weeks). They were able to schedule me in the afternoon which was great for my work schedule. The staff was Helpful and very kind. Did not have to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment. I was able to bring my old frames in and save some money. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful! I went in several years ago with severe migraines/eye strain and ended up needing glasses. The staff was extremely patient, explained everything thoroughly and made the experience a very easy and pleasant one. I went back again yesterday for an eye exam and new glasses and was again, very pleased with my service. Same great staff, was in and out quickly, they let me know in advance their covid procedures, explained clearly what I was paying for and when to expect my glasses to be ready. I went in with no education about anything having to do with my eyes, and everyone there is so knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. From my eye exam, to picking out my new glasses everyone was so helpful and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their eye-care needs.

I had a great time at Eyecare of Florence. The staff are very friendly, chill, and are great at making me feel very comfortable with my eyecare experience. My glasses got damaged while cleaning up after Hurricane Michael. I called and asked if they could order me replacements. I got a text saying my new glasses were in and I can see again. Eyecare of Florence has the BEST customer service in the Florence area.
