I too had my home warranty company send this company out for an unspecified electrical issue. They found the problem, didnt fix it and then reported to the home warranty company that the work was completed. I called them and reopened the request. The service tech was fully aware of the next steps necessary complete the service request and... the ticket was closed again without the work being completed. I dont know what kind of work they do outside of working with warranty companies but once they get paid, dont expect much.

I called my home warranty company and they sent these guys out 6 months ago. I paid them the service call fee when service was done. 6 months later these guys tell the home warranty company I didnt pay the service fees and try to recharge me. Spent an hour going back through my checking accounts to find the check which I did find! Idiots need to stop trying to rip people off!
