Didnt fix my water problem.

The painting was above done very well and by professional people. They went above and beyond the scope of work agreed upon. I requested they paint the interior side of the external doors nd was told that this was not part if the contracted work, but they did it for me anyway. They fix the refrigerator as well which meant thet they changed the pipe and ended up changing the on/off valve under the house because it had seized up. They also painted the hood thing over the window which I guess was not part of the original quote. Also showed me where previous painters had painted over electrical outlets throughout the house, so I purchased new ones and they installed them for me. Also in the bathroom the previous painters did not remove the fixtures leaving it looking bad so they removed the layers of old wall paper and filled the holes and now I ncan put the fixtures back and they will look clean, crisp and a more professional job. Again thanks the house looks great.They also repaired my roof and did an excellent and thorough job (replaced molded drywall, wet insulation, etc.)This team was a pleasure to work with and communicated very well with any necessary changes and/or suggestions. Pricing was competitive. Save yourself time and money and give these people a call

Scheduled for 12-1pm on my lunch break and they didnt show. I just needed an outdoor spigot leak fixed. Also they only use text messaging. They apparently scheduled the appt. for 1-2pm. I had to screen shot their own text to them and they said it was a mistake. Fine but not a company Ill do business with. I give contractors 1 chance. They showed up at 1:20pm and I had already called another company. Make your own judgements.

The service was performed quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable rate.

We can only text with business. They will not call back. They will text some but not all the time. I paid to have their help. Less than a week went by and problem is back. He said it was the in the city line. Then through text they said it was back up at my house again which contradicts original visit. I have had other plumbers out to do the same thing for $110 cheaper. I cannot get a response to have them come back to help.

Very good service from time I called til the time they pulled out finished with a break in my water line coming from my meter was about 2 hours. Thats with them having to run to lowes to get a part to fix it. Extremely good will refer these guys to anyone needing some plumbing work done. Very well priced as well.

An emergent call to Affordable Plumbing and Electric in Florence, SC on 11/27/2017 for a plumbing issue that required my turning off the main water valve to my home was taken care of promptly even though it required them to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Their Technician, Scottie, was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The problem was solved expeditiously. They are now my go to company for all my plumbing issues.

As a maintenance guy. some jobs are to big for me to handle and I can Personally and professionally say these guys are awesome, very professional, very courteous, very friendly and willing to work with you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and honest plumber.

After reading the reviews for Affordable Plumbing. We called! Scotty came the same day we called for a leak under the kitchen sink. We got great service and fast professional service. The next morning I found water under the sink when putting the cleaning supplies back. Called and got the office manager (not sure of her name). She assured me she would contact Scotty immediately. Scotty called back and assured us he would be by to take care of the problem that day. Well Louis and Markus came as Scotty was tied up with another customer. Charged me $500 to find and stop leak in house I am rehabbing. Once water was turned on, it was immediately apparent that the leak was still active. When I called the owner to return, he said he would but only if I paid an additional $200. Unacceptable! Will never use again!

This is the worst company ever he charged me 740 to fix my toilet 2 months ago an its still leaking. They keep making promises to come redo it but never show up. Stay away from this company at all cost.

We had a clogged shower drain and had a plumber come out through another company to give us a quote and then once we told him to go ahead and fix it we never heard back, we called Affordable Plumbing and they came out within 20 min to look at it and fixed it right then, also for a cheaper price then the previous plumber, very impressed, will definitely use again

Wow! If you need plumbing or electrical work done, HIRE THESE GUYS!! Dont even bother calling around to other places for quotes. These guys are the absolute best you will find around here. Do the entire South Carolina economy a favor, and dont overpay other local idiots numbskulls to do what this company can do MUCH MUCH BETTER. Their outstanding reviews speak for themselves, and I can personally vouch for their services. They have earned every one of those 5 star reviews! :D

Called and got estimate for water heater replacement. After I agreed on a price on the phone, I received an invoice for higher price than quoted. I canceled my order.

I had a drain problem and a electrical problem, I had a good idea of what I needed. I called Affordable for a diagnosis and a price estimate. Scotty showed up within the hour window I was told. He confirmed what I had thought and told the proper way to fix both problems and gave me a price. I negotiated a little and I agreed to the little bit lower price. Scotty gave me a day they could come and a time window. They were late that day but not the fault of the crew that showed up. Scotty and his crew of 1 did a great job fixing both problems ( replaced 40 of drain line and installed ground wire in breaker box ). Terrible experience! These people sent an electrician to my property to do a plumbing job and he damaged the part that I purchased. The owner replaced the part but it has been hell trying to get Scottie to come to my property to reinstall it. There is always an excuse or sob story. Its not my job to be responsible for your problems. I am the customer. I work at business with 20,000 plus employees and I will make sure no one goes here! Go elsewhere and seek a business that will send competent individuals who are qualified to do a job.

Affordable Plumbing and Electric came to my house and fixed everything that was wrong with my panel box. I also had a massive amount of plumbing problems they told me not to worry about it and they would take care of it, and thats exactly what they did. This was a lot of work and I was so worried about the bill and they told me if it was to much I could go into their payment plan but as soon as I seen the bill I was so siprised it was literally half of what I thought it was going be so I would just like to let anyone know that if they are planning on getting any pluumbing and electrical work done or light Hvac this is the company to call day or night they will take care of all of thr customers and give the the best prices.
