I was completely disappointed in this office. They do not accept ALL insurances and I have Blue Cross. They wanted me to pay 1100 out of pocket. Seriously who has that to drop like that telling me my insurance will reimburse you no they wont because Im not paying that. I was so upset because I was in so much pain the older lady at the desk literally had no compassion she and like I was looked at me like I was nothing. Very rude to me

What an awesome practice. I got in for a root canal in a week. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The endodontist was top notch. I am a traveling worker from Wisconsin and am so greatful for the prompt and friendly treatment i recieved. I highly recomend them. Thank you to the entire staff.

Rude , unprofessional, not honest.Would not recommend. Asked to pay me up to $1500 out of pocket. On my question about my payment option, lady on the phone told me that I can always pull the tooth out. Dr Smith is a ninja level endo ROCK STAR! Referred with a tricky, extremely painful infection deep within my extensive crowns. Not only did he masterfully correct and cure my issues, he saved all my extensive prior work.Cant express enough appreciation for this professional, caring dental artist.

Just so you know I am not fond of going to the dentist and really dreaded going in for a root canal, but let me tell you they are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Carol Smith did my root canal and she was excellent along with the office staff. They were very friendly along with being very professional. I would highly recommend them.
