I’m nearing 60 years old and have seen many urologist over the years and my first visit with Dr. Pritchard was outstanding!!!! No judgment! No embarrassment, friendly and very thorough throughout the entire visit!!! He preformed the complete exam and I wasn’t rushed through like cattle in a sale barn. He took his time, he listened to everything I had to say, and for some reason I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a doctor. I felt totally at ease!! So I’m just saying guys don’t put off seeing a doctor and keeping a check on your health!!! With Dr. Pritchard, it’s so simple!!! With the medication he prescribed I finally feel normal again!!!Dr. Pritchard, I can’t thank you and all your staff for a making me feel welcome and at ease with my visit!!! I had a heart attack and open heart surgery in Dec 2010. I sought medical treatment ECM Hospital in Florence, AL. Dr. Prichard was my Urologist. I am a 100 % service contacted veteran. Since there were no nearby VA Hospital I went to ECM.. I instructed ECM OF my Medical coverage the VA. And all my Drs. They have 90 days to submit to VA for coverage. Dr pritchard office was told about this as well on my followup visit after I was released from hospital after 8 days. The bill was like $182. After numerous attempts to remedy this Dr Pritchard keeps selling my bill to collections since Dec 2010. Disgusting. Way to treat a Navy Female Veteran. All of my hospital bills from the heart surgery and everything while staying in the hosp. for 8 days was paid my the VA. If Dr Pritchard office followed protocol and submitted to VA withing 90 days instead of over 6 months he to would have been paid. A copy of this will be sent to the Alabama Atty General. This is affecting my credit even though I have been disputing this for over 6 yrs.

Ive been under his care for years. He is patient, takes plenty of time to explain the issues, and quite competent and professional.

Dr. Pritchard is the best around hands down.
