I entered the office and from the get go it was negative vibes there. I got hit by a person who ran a light. I’m not 100%. The receptionist was rude and seemed aggravated with me. The nurse was great. Dr Kirby seems to me to be a unhappy person. Didn’t shake my hand . Never smiled. Talked fast ( keep in mind she is a Dr and I have a head injury) and seemed very annoyed that I had to ask her more than once to repeat herself. And never made eye contact. I felt I was a inconvenience.......which I’m not! They are just not joyful people minded individuals. And obviously it starts from the top!

I absolutely LOVE Dr Kirby! She takes time with me, makes sure I have enough of my meds, tries to find the root of my migraines. She wants me to be as comfortable I as can with chronic migraines. Ive never had a bad experience with her. Now, Kristen (I know I spelled that incorrectly), they could put a dog in her position and It would at least be excited to see you and lick you. She acts like she had dead lice falling off of her.But anywho, the stars are for Dr Kirby and Danetta!!! They make a great team! Thanks for taking care of me, ladies!

She was very through. Asked a lot of questions and took her time with me. I felt like I was her only patient and she had the time to help me figure out the answers to my frequent headaches. She was very professional and first class. Glad I found her today.

This is one of the rudest, most unprofessional doctors with a God complex that I have EVER run into. She didn’t introduce herself, just sat down and we handed her the MRI disc we had been asked to give her. Then, she started fussing about that. When looking at my medications she asked why different doctors (in their specialties) prescribed certain meds, like she knew better than them. She proceeded to say they would do a 20 minute EEG in there and if necessary have a 24 hour one, which could be scheduled that day. Well, we were tol to just go home, she doesn’t look at her own EEGs, she has another doctor read them. There were weird brain waves on mine so when I called today about the results, I was told by an assistant that I would need the 24 hour one. She was in the background yelling, “I told them that yesterday.”Her staff is very professional and extremely pleasant. It’s just too bad I can’t say that about their boss.
