Molly is so sweet, smart, wonderful, always friendly! She takes her time, doesnt rush you or her. She answers all of your questions, makes sure even if you have any questions later, you can always call back and get your answers! Wonderful doctor, all doctors should be more like Molly! I was referred to Dr. Webb in 2000 and have been given excellent care. Everyone that works there is great.

The Dr. and Nurses are extremely friendly and helpful when your there but the administrative staff is why its not a 5/5.

My husband has been here 2 times. The NP was great! She was very compassionate and listened to what we had to say and told us what was wrong with him & gave him meds. When she was finished she even wanted to know if we had any questions at the end of his visit and did not rush us out. On the other hand, the short dark haired receptionist at the front door gets a 0 for personality and professionalism! The first visit we both entered with a mask and checked in. She told me in a very rude way that I had to wait in the car that the lobby was for patients only. She never gave me a chance to tell her that I was handicapped & it was difficult for me to walk. The 2nd time we went she was on duty once again. We went straight in to his appt. no wait. When we came back out we asked to use the restroom because we live over 2 hours away. She told us it was closed although I saw someone go in & out a few minutes earlier. We have to go back in 6 months. I wonder what she will say then?????

I Went Here Yesterday 3/14/2018 To Doctor Webb Hes Great , All The Staff Here Is Great ! I Had Cancer Removed From My Right Hand Yesterday And It Was A Virtually Painless Procedure And Very Thorough ! (Hurts Afterwards But Thats Normal ) , One Of The Nurses Actually Called Yesterday Afternoon To Check And See How I Was Doing ! Im Very Impressed With This Medical Facility And The Great Caring People Working There ! I Have Already Been Recommending Them To My Family And Friends ! My daughter waited 3 weeks for an appointment at this place. The doctor was very rude to her. He would not listen to the problem she was having. He did all the talking. These people work for us but they think they are a couple of notches above us. I wouldnt take my dog there if I had a dog.

First of all, to make an appointment at this office you have to leave a message. They might call you back. Secondly, if you do not have insurance, the wait is on. They give you a red folder that gets overlooked by every nurse that come to the front desk to call a patient back. The straw that broke the camels back...when a mother and daughter walked in appointments were at 3:20 and 3:50. Their paperwork not complete, they were called back within 5 minutes. Insurance talks at this place and if you dont have it they will blatantly pass you over. Would I reccomend, not at all. This place does not even deserve the one star Google makes me enter just to write this. REDICULOUS!!!!

Dr Hanson was great. Though long waits.

They are okay. They are always short-handed and there is always a long wait! Not once have I been called back on time or even within 15 minutes! That is not a way to run an office. I can see if it happened occasionally but it always happens! (Ive been there at least 10 times) They are at least consistent with that! If you have time to waste go for it! Bring a charged phone and a good game to pass the time! Other than that the docs and staff are good!

Had to call multiple times to even get a call back for an appointment. Waited almost 2 months for my appointment. I made it very clear that I wanted to get everything done in one appointment because of me living 1-1/2 hours away. Dr Hanson literally was in the exam room two minutes before saying well we will have to schedule another visit. Complete waste of my time and my money. This place is a joke.

I just needed to change an existing appointment and was told my appointment would have to be rescheduled for over a month and a half later. I was going to be out of town then and was just told that they would cancel the appointment and I should try again later. I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for many years and think much of him. But, the office policies and staff are making me rethink this.

Dr. Thomas is an awesome doc I would recommend this office to anyone.

I guess because Tennessee River Dermatology is the only game in town one of their doctors feels he can kick his patients under the bus if they happen to disagree his something he says.If I have to Ill drive to Huntsville before I set foot in this clinic again.

They have been great to me,I had a cancer took out of my neck Dr thomas was great not a long wait at all they have been very polite and I would recommend this place and Dr thomas to anyone !!! Great dematologist!!!!

I have carried both my children here, one several times, when you go to check out they tell you they will file and bill you. Of coarse, on the next visits I would pay the remaining balance that insurance did not. When I called to schedule a follow-up visit for my children they would not schedule one of them because I owed $39 on a previous visit. I told them I would pay it when we got there, I live an hour away and could not just run up there. I had done this every other time and didnot see a problem with it. However, they still would not give one of them an appointment. I cannot believe they are willing to lose two patients over $39, which I told them I would pay the day we came for a follow-up. I thought maybe the doctor did not know they were doing this, so I called and left a message for them telling them and no return call. So obviously they did, but still cannot get over them treating us this way, especially over $39!!!
