Dr Hone and her staff were wonderful. She is very professional while still being personable. I appreciated how she walked me through what she was looking for during my exam. She did find a spot which she removed immediately and sent off for biopsy. I would highly recommend this office as well as Dr. Hone

Just had my biannual checkup with Dr. Hone and her assistant Nikki. They are outstanding. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hone for a little over a year now. I’ve had two biopsies along with a removal and several freezing procedures. I highly recommend her and their staff.

Dr. Hone and her staff are one of the very best offices in Northern Ky. They are personable yet professional. I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Hone.

I was pleasantly surprised as my experience with St. E hasnt been altogether good. Dr. Hone was extremely thorough in her exam. She explained everything so that I could understand. She even offered advice for things I hadnt gone to see her about. The wait time for my appointment was minimal. All in all very pleased with this St. E practice.

Dr. Natalie Hone and her assistant are both excellent. The doctor is an extremely smart and courteous person, who performs a very thorough examination. She will give details of your situation that are easy to understand. You will definitely have a pleasant visit.

Love this office. Dr. Ahern is the best she takes time to listen and treats whats going on. If you need a dermatologist she is the best.

This was a perfect visit. It ran on time! The care I received from the Patient Service Representative and Medical Assistant was warm and friendly. Dr. Ahern is the best! My primary care physician recommended that I call them for something that needs urgent attention. Since I am not a patient of theirs they gave me an appointment for April. So much for st Elizabeth I care commercials..

I walk in for my appointment and the lady that check me in was very friendly and helpful .I didnt have to wait long and was taken back to a room and then it wasnt long and the doctor came in and she check me over thoroughly my appointment took about 20 minutes and when she check me over she explain everything i really like while she explain things she looked me in the eye so i understood her very friendly and nice visit

So grateful for Dr. Christina Alexander at the St. Elizabeth Florence KY Dermatology office. I went in for a melanoma check - good news, no melanoma! However, Dr. Alexander asked to take biopsies of 3 other sites that could be potential issues. Low and behold, she was spot-on. At my follow-up visit she began treatment for an autoimmune condition.Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Alexander for giving me a fighting chance to retard the progression of this skin disorder and lessen the symptoms.Youre a gem. Kudos!

Dr. Ahern made an uncomfortable situation very comfortable. She put me at ease and was asking me questions about myself. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

The doctors are excellent with what they do kristen ahern is a excellent doctor but the receptionists are very rude when you call to ask something they sound angry and its like they are in a rush to get off the phone and when you go to your appointment they whisper alot and giggle while looking at you and when you ask something then yes again feel uncomfortable its almost like im afriad to ask infomation im looking for so i usually wait til i see my doctor i fugured i should feel welcome from the time i enter the office til the time i walk out i guess i have to deal with it :(

I am a patient and today 10-30-19 they gave me an appointment for March 5th 2020

Have been at the clinic twice and was made to wait more than an half an hour on each visit despite an appointment. Dr Hone mentioned she went to a wrong room and assisted the other patient without anyone having courtesy to fill me in the whole time. Not really worth the time and money.
