The staff were amazing. Super informative and caring. They actually talked to me about everything that I had going on and gave me advice on taking care of it the most cost effective way. Never once did they make me feel uncomfortable about my teeth. I recommend.

This office helped someone today that I love very much. He was upset and completely panicked about his dental emergency. I have been a dental assistant for 20 years and hear horror stories all of the time about people being treated poorly for the condition of their mouth. However, Dr. Andrew Smith in Florence, SC was kind, and helpful, as was his staff. I’m writing this review on behalf of the patient to say it was a truly encouraging experience. And on my behalf, thank you....you are appreciated beyond measure for your impeccable service.

I cant say enough about the quality of the staff and the service I recieved. I was in town for 2 days for a funeral and had an accident resulting in knocking out one of my front teeth. They were able to take me in immediately. Wendy at the front desk was extremely helpful and got me processed and in the chair within 10 minutes.The dental assistant was very reassuring and made me feel better about my options for same day service. Dr. Smith came in and confirmed the work could be done quickly and at a very fair price. After the procedure was completed he took the time to go over my x-rays and explained my options going forward.The hospitality and professionalism was 2nd to none. They may be 4.5 hours away from my home but they will get my business when its time for a more permanent solution.10 out of 5 stars!!! Thank you all so much!

I am so happy that I chose Shealy Dental Clinic when I broke my dentures and needed help quickly. The staff is amazing!! Im pretty particular, but when I had a few concerns they were addressed immediately and just the way I wanted.Thank you Dr. Smith and staff. I couldnt be happier with the results of my visit and the care I was given in your office!

My mother went in last Thursday to simply have a tooth pulled. I recommended she go back there, as Jim had done all if her work. Dr Smith broke her tooth off while trying to extract and had to drill her tooth out. She woke up Friday morning with a huge bruise on her face and gums swollen and not able to put her teeth in to eat. She returned Friday, only to find the office closed. This continued over the eeekend and she returned Monday to find the office closed again. So finally Tuesday she returns with the office open and Dr Smith proceeds to let her know this is “normal”. My mother is 80 and has not been able to eat anything but yogurt or grits for a week now. Her face is still severely bruised. I called the emergency number a bit ago and spoke to Dr Smith, he could not have been ruder!! He let me know that this was an emergency number and basically my 80 year old mother with this huge bruise on her face and not able to eat for over a week was non emergent before he hung up on on me! Horrible!!!!

Dr Smith was amazing and his staff are excellent and very friendly and attentive to your needs.dr Smith was excellent and very proficient in his field he repaired all my needs in Day and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dr Jim Shuster is wonderful, highly skilled, personable, and attentive. 5 stars if he accepted insurance. His untimely death is heart breaking to all that knew Jim.. His death is a great loss to all.

Horrible. If you want long winded lecture this is the place. I will NEVER go to this office again, nor would I EVER recommend this dentist to my worst enemy.Stay clear away from here unless you want to be charged for over metaphorical, long winded talk & zero help whatsoever. Im irritated that I had to give this review ANY stars.
