Sat in the waiting area from 9:50 till 1230 waiting to be seen. People that came in after me got seen while I ask the lady whats going on and with attitude she kept telling me im next. O and I forgot to mention I had a 10:00 appointment with good insurance Smh.

Was here last Tuesday and was a little skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. But I have to say I had a great experience. The Dr was nice and thorough. And the staff was awesome. I would go back and recommend them to anyone.

It was my first time here and I loved it. Very friendly staff. Dr. Hedian is down to earth and tell it like it is. I love it. Can’t wait for my next visit.❤️

Dr. Heiden is a very down-to-earth dentist who will tell it like it is and really cares about his patients. He spent more time with me than any other dentist Ive ever been to see. His staff was very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job as well.

Short wait time. I went in to have a new crown made and put on as my previous dentist made my last one too thick and it hurt to bite and it eventually broke broke. Not only did he make my new one perfect but he also gave me great advice on caring for my teeth that I never would have thought of.

The wait time was a little long but it was worth it. The staff and Dr.Heiden were very helpful. Doc answered all my questions. Every one was so friendly and i could not be more pleased.

I know what some have said, but it may have been an off day. This is the most awesome staff. I had a tooth pulled and they were concerned and called me back and checked up on me and took good care of me. The dentist isnt rough he is fast at what he does.

Thank you for the free tooth brush and kids toy for my son and prompt service. Much better than the experience I had down the street at the other office.

DR Larry is the best around and wouldnt go any where else! The staff are super fast and get you in and out and also set you up for your next APT ASAP and if you need emergency assist there always there thanks!

Great friendly staff! And Dr. Heiden is excellent! My family has gone here for years and I wouldn’t take my children or myself anywhere else!

Dr. Larry Heiden is rude. Why continue to practice if you can’t bring yourself to be a little friendlier to your patients? I read the bad reviews but, still gave the benefit of doubt, turns out they where true. The front desk workers could be a lot nicer as well.

After two terrible experiences with this office, I decided to change. I went to the office to sign paperwork for release of my information and x-rays to be sent to a new dentist - however, they said it would take 30-45 business days for this to happen. Which is beyond me as to why I have to go to a new location to fix a filling that wasnt done correctly, and wait this long for my information to be sent. Eventually I was told that they could send my x-ray to an email, to which the new office never received. This was my second filling that was not done correctly. Im giving two stars because Dr. Heiden did fix the first one some, it still feels rough, and did not charge me. However, his attitude is not the best and he is very rough while working in your mouth. The staff at the front desk also needs to take on better personalities and smile more. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here, and I wish I would have never gone to begin with.

Receptionists were very unprofessional, rude and needs customer service training!!!! I suggest that the office manger trained those two ladies. Extreme long wait time is horrible even with an appointment. Would definitely not recommend this dental office to anyone or return for another appointment.

The worst experience I have had with any medical professional in my life. Nurses were great, but Dr. Heiden was the rudest dentist I have ever met. I went to get my teeth fixed-- his opinions on my tattoos were unnecessary as was his answering personal phone calls while consulting with me. Also, was oh so happy to hear youre no miss America, but you should still have a pretty smile. Overall, a jerk. Would rather have my teeth rot out than ever go back there again.

Not a long wait time. Dr. and hygentist take time to talk, give and receive info, answer and explain any questions, findings and decisions. Dr. doesnt sugarcoat info and Im okay with that when it pertains to my health.👍

Great staff however the Dr seems little rough.

This is a very rude staff. I have taken my sons there for some time now and each interaction with this staff whether on the phone or face to face is less than professional. They are so curt and rude. I have taken my sons there still as I dont like changing a care provider for them for MY interactions with the staff, but as I work with the public I just think this staff is ridiculous. Just not what one would want or expect from a establishment such as this. Time to change.

Staff seemed friendly, however... The wait time (for certain patients) is horrible! My Appt was for 12pm and I waited an hour (+) before I was even seen. Several patients with appts scheduled AFTER mine were in and out while I STILL WAITED in the lobby to be seen! I counted 4 different patients that walked in and got seen and were done before I even got called back to a room! They have a sign at the counter that says if you have a longer than 30min wait please inquire at front desk that doesnt help at ALL as I still Sat PREGNANT (8.5 MONTHS) FOR 45 MORE MINS!

First time patient, was treated cordially and with respect.
