Weaver Farms is a good place to live. Everyone is friendly and every time you need them, they are there quickly. I would recommend these apartments!!!!

I have not moved in over 13 years, I was nervous about going through with my decision to find an apartment, The team at Weaver Farms made everything so easy and walked me through it all. I love my apartment, I could not be any happier.

Office and maintenance staff are wonderful.I love my view of the trees in the back. Very piecefull. Very close to shopping and restaurants but not too close that it is a disturbance. Love it here.

I would like to thank Weaver Farm for giving me a chance that no one was willing to give me I’m a single mother and my first visit that I had with the management was amazing made me feel like I belong the staff is so nice and understanding I have been living here for almost 7 months any issues I have had they have resolved it right away. My neighbors are great we look out for one another and it’s not loud or anything, our complex looks so beautiful the apartments are stunning now that they have been remodeled and they still continue to find ways to improve this place. I’m beyond grateful that Weaver Farm gave me a chance and saw me as me and not just another money bag.

These apartments are nice and well put together. The staff members are very respectful and helpful. I never had a problem living here for almost a year. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment. Also the maintenance crew are helpful and consistent.

Great office staff. They try to be as accomodating as possible. I havent had many issues in the 7 years that Ive lived here, but the few Ive had have been resolved quickly.The maintenance guys do a great job of repairing things and keeping the property tidy.Location is great. Just a few minutes from 71/75. You can be on Mall Rd. in 5 minutes or out in the country in 10.

Don’t fix anything have rude office staff

I recently signed my 11th lease with Weaver Farm! This is by far one of the best communities to live in. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, friendly and fantastic at each of their positions! Very few issues have come up over the years and the ones that have were handled quickly and professionally. Im disabled and both the office staff and maintenance crew have gone out of their way to assist me over the years. You cannot ask for a better community!

I am new to apartment living and i have found Weaver Farms to be a very nice place to live. The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in and it has been a pleasure interacting with the staff in the office.

Do not waste your time here. In the 7 months we’ve lived here, we have tried several times voicing concerns to the complex, with 0 resolutions or attempts from them to fix the issues. My car got hit so hard in the parking lot, it’s going to need a new bumper. (People smoke pot in their cars behind our building, and of course there is no cameras or security here). I have made management aware, and of course nothing. People are selling drugs out of my building, and it always smells like weed. Today maintenance entered my apartment, without the required 24 hour notice. I called and asked who was in here, and they said it was a mistake and it was supposed to be the building next to us ??? This is the most unorganized business. In my opinion, they will violate your lease, your privacy, public safety and ignore your concerns.

The landladies have been super nice and really helpful and they are great at listening to what their tenants have to say

Ive never lived anywhere where the management truly is part of the community as well. The vibe is great and the energy out here is fantastic. It beats Newport by along shot... If your looking to move here, you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED...

Very quiet neighborhood and the apartments are beautiful

Just moved here from Florida they were very helpful at helping me get set up in a time effectively manner. Community is quite and relaxed. Definitely a great place to stay. The club house gym is good to go to may not be much just what you need to stay in shape.

It is the best apartment complex Ive been at personally. They make sure your well accomidated, There are also great at communications and they are quite understanding.

We have been here as of April 2016 and this place has become a second home for us apart from our parents house. The location is just perfect with a kid going to either Elementary or Middle school, with all the near by day to day shopping just few miles away. A friendly neighborhood quite calm and the Staff is wonderful. Always ready to help and most important listen to our questions and concerns.

It is a wonderful place to live, management is very friendly and understanding, maintenance is on top of repairs, and the living environment is very top notch!

Living here since 2012 and have never had an issue with anything here. Great place to live. Peaceful especially in the summer time. Nice and quiet. Especially in the summertime where you can hear the crickets and frogs in the distance like youre living in the country. Ive called Weaver Farm home for the past 15 months, the front office staff has always been excellent and makes sure any issues are dealt with quickly. As well as the maintenance team. Its a great little community, with friendly staff and tenants... and the grounds are always kept in beautiful shape. Couldnt be happier with my time here!

I have very much enjoyed living at Weaver Farms. I moved to the Florence area for an internship and the staff has been very helpful. I have never had a problem with the maintenance crew and the neighbors generally keep to themselves. The apartments are well kept and up to date. This apartment complex is very close to Mall Road and US 42 so I am close to everything I need. The staff is also very engaging and try to get the community involved in events like Bingo, raffles, and other activities. Weaver Farms also does short term leasing which has been especially helpful for me. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody.

Weve been here since March of 2019, the front office people have been great & understanding! There was one lady who was kinda rude at times and just seemed unfriendly. The maintenance have been great & pretty fast! They work hard at keeping the grounds clean! They are in a great location & pet friendly! I give 3 stars because rent is outrageous for only 800 sq.ft. of apartment space. Not ideal for a family of 3 plus a dog!

We just recently moved and we absolutely love it. We have a newborn baby and a dog who barks but everyone in our building seems very understanding to him getting adjusted to the new move. Will recommend to anyone looking for a comfy new home!

Great place to live! I have been living here for 3 years now! The leasing office people are so nice and if you have a situation they will understand! They are also on point with maintenance if you have any problem! I definitely would recommend living here!

I stayed close to three years here and it was a pleasant stay. Property is well maintained and the maintenance staff and those in leasing office are friendly. It does misses a childrens park and swimming pool but then again thats not something which you wont know of while moving-in. Its super close to the Mall Rd which is a plus. Only drawback - kitchen are very tiny.

Weaver Farms apartments is a nice and safe environment to live in. They are in the process of redoing the siding, windows and gutters.. they just finished my building and it looks amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!

Maintenance is right there when u need them & Heather the manager is very nice & does whatever she can to help you. Maintenance stays on top of keeping the property clean & well maintained. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need.

If I could give the place 0 stars I would. Everyone in the management team is a joke. The ladies in the office are beyond rude. If you arent one of the favorites they pretty much dont care about you. The only amazing thing about this place is how great the ground crew is. They really try to keep the place looking good. Oh yeah and how could you forget you have to pay for an outrageous water bill every month that they make you pay regardless of the amount of water that you actually use. For an extra 100 dollars a month you can get a house thats almost twice the size of this apartment.

I moved into Weaver Farm apartments 14 months ago with the intentions of only living here one year. I have never met such amazing people managing a community. Very understanding and will do everything they can to make sure your taken care of. The apartments are nice and I have never been bothered by neighbors. I have been here for over a year with no issues.

Unfortunately I am leaving Weaver Farm Apartments due to needing another bedroom (making it 3) However, I cannot leave without making sure that anyone looking to rent a 2 bedroom or a 2 bedroom with a nook (small room), needs to check out Weaver Farms. The apartments are very nice, and clean. The maintenance crew takes care of all needs within a decent time frame and the Manager, Heather, is awesome. She was friendly to talk to as well as her staff. I highly recommend these apartments especially for young adults moving out and into the world for the first time on their own or anyone that needs a safe and clean environment to live. OH and also, the office provide games via Facebook, bingo, live treasure hunting which I thought was very fun and creative and a great way to get the community involved. And last but not least, I recently discovered I have a new found appreciation with how Weaver Farms takes care of the fresh paint and carpet in the hallways. TRUST me this is a PLUS. Thank you Weaver Farms for a great 4 years!!!!

I just looked at this property and I really like what I saw. The 2 bedroom apartment I looked at was very spacious and I am pleased with the lay out. The office staff is extremely helpful! I will definitely be going back once my lease is up at my current place.

We have lived here almost two years and absolutely love it. Nicole and Angie are wonderful. They always greet us with a smile, ask about the family, and have been overall very understanding. We have not needed maintenance to come out but maybe two or three times and it has always been for minor things but they have always come rather quickly and gotten the job done. The neighborhood is quite with little to no problems and good people to live around. If there ever is a problem with a neighbor it is always taken care of in a very professional and quick manor. It is also in the center of a lot so there is easy access to many things in the area. What more can I say we love it here and plan to spend quite a few years with this great community.

Weaver Farms is a great place to live. I just moved in at the beginning of June and have loved every minute of it. The staff in the office is great and are always very prompt and attentive to any minor issues that Ive had come up. I am glad that I chose Weaver Farms as my living community.

Hey there everybody! Alright this place is hands down the best apartment Ive ever lived in. Theyre very welcoming and inviting. My family and I have lived here for going on 2 months and between the community, the staff and things staff do to make it better here is amazing. Theyve literally saved my family from a horrible living situation. If you move in by November 30th you can save somebody who lives here already $200 off their rent!.if you dont know anybody refer me. 😊

This has been an amazing place to live. We moved here early this year and the staff is always polite and professional, they take care of issues quickly and efficiently, and the complex is kept clean and updated.

Leasing agents are very understanding and willing to work with you no matter the circumstances.

Great place friendly staff spacious affordable apartment would recommend to anyone

Very small apartments, when we do light work outs in our living room, the floor gives and bends. No i know its supposed to a little but it seems to be alot for a light work out. We have so many light switches that do absolutely nothing. We have tried plugging in something to every plug and flipping them and nothing happens. The entry doors are to not be confused with a security door of any kind which is an interesting thing because thats were most of our packages are put and our mail. And if the package isnt placed there it is placed out side of your door, which is promptly taken or stolen. The parking is abismil, i work third shift so when i leave for work its parking for days but when i return at 530am whwn others go to work, they are all full. Sometimes i never see a car Move! We moved into what they said was a newly newly renavated model. No thats not a typo it is what they said. Now if this is brand newly renivated, then I am an old man. Maintanece is fantastic with what they have to work with and i have no real problems with management, but this is a little high of a payment on rent for something like this.

I moved into my apartment, in February 2012. I love it here! Love living at Weaver Farm Apts. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They have bingo games every month for the tenants, with great prizes. I just won a, $100 gift card. Plus they have other small contests, throughout the month! If youre looking for an apartment, come to Weaver Farm! Any time Ive called or have gone to the office, I have been treated with the utmost respect. Heather and Randy do a great job running the office. And the maintenance staff do a top notch job. If youre looking for nice place close to everything Florence has to offer, Weaver Farm is the place for you!

I been living here for a year I have never had any problems. Management is really good.

I have live here for 3 years now and I love it. The Maintenance is pretty quick with repairs and needs of the tenants. Angie and Nicole have been nothing but very helpful and are probably some of the nicest managers I have ever met. Ever time I walk in to pay rent they always are smiling and greet me. They always ask how my family is doing. It saddens me to see people write negative reviews about them and the other employees. The prior review about someone leaving the door open is my building and to comment about his remarks he has complained about EVERYTHING and has got into arguments with a few of the other tenants. If you do not like it here then move......... Everyone in my building has gotten along until you moved in.. Anyways with that said plus who wouldnt enjoy walking into an office and have two good looking ladies talk to you..... Great place to live.
