Great park to 🚲 bike riding, and walking

We had a blast! My sister is new to the area,invited us up for my niece birthday party,slides were down unfortunately. I geuss on labor day weekend is the last time they are used until next summer. The ladies at front desk were very RUDE!! So the five stars are based on the pools and the cleanliness of the facilities....

WoW! Impressive gym, pool and overall facility. There is a private owners dog park, catch and release ponds - plenty of open space to enjoy your day!

A great place for the kids and families. Masks were required indoors but not out by the pool.

Best community center Ive ever been to in my life. Very clean. The center is not new but it felt new. Not state of the art or modern new just new enough. Like a pair of white shoes you have had for years and people still ask if they are new. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of activities for the family. Worth every penny of my HOA dues. Pools are clean. Library, Basketball court, weights, cardio, pool table, air hockey, puzzles, cafe, water sides, diving boards.

My family pays upwards of $400+ in HOA fees just to get turned away when going in to swim today. I get it. They have a portal, where you have to make a reservation, but it’s absolute bs for people who pay hoa fees to go to the community center and utilize it. Stop using the excuse “we are at max capacity.” Yeah okay, like Covid is going to spread under immense heat, and in chlorine waters. Staff is highly unprofessional, and not to mention they’re rude as well.

Lots to do, lots of classes, lots of groups. Moving there in July.

Parks in Anthem at Merrill Ranch are great. So many walking trails. Dog parks are very mice.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The facility is excellent! Different now with COVID but you can schedule if you are a member.

Disappointing, and distasteful experience. Staff behaves as if theyre guarding the nuclear arsenal. Staff are disorganized, heavy-handed, oppressive, alienating, and inhospitable.Each visit, is akin to an FBI investigation because invariably, staff cant find [my] name or require additional information or needs to verify info. This is absurd because we always have the requisite Community I.D. card. Yet, theres always some issue preventing us from making reservations.Interaction with the staff is such a repulsive, time consuming experience that we often decide against going to the Community center.We are human beings, homeowners, and members of the Anthem Community.Last two visits, staffs implicit message to my family, indicated we were NOT welcome.

Water runs on a pump that takes time to reactivate if you dont mind waiting otherwise its enjoyable for younger kids

All I wanted to do was walk inside where it was cooler and get my three miles in for the day. Yesterday I was told I could do that and when I went in this morning at 6:45 three people were just kind of standing around working and refused to let me do it. the building was empty otherwise. I understand covid is a problem however with a mask and social distancing it should have been allowed.

Its awesome has everything! But we need to work together to bring people together and make new friends! More interaction, more functions together!

Because of COVID19 they aren’t letting us bring friends and family members to the pool that is funded through our HOA fees!!!For years I have spent Hundreds of dollars on day passes and punchcards for friends and family members that stay with us seasonally to use the anthem Parkside pool. Not to count the on average $250 a month in HOA fees that fund this pool.They are not letting us pay for day passes or punch cards or bring our friends and family members to the pool even during the heat wave because of covid19 restrictions.

Its a great place! I go there 6 days a week to work out. Its a clean and inviting place. The staff is so nice. They have many activities each day and excercise classes.

Absolutely love the pool area and gym great benefit to living in the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly premises are immaculately maintained, clean and inviting! Cant wait till the water slides and diving boards open for the kids! (and kids at heart 😉)

The facilities are nice. They could use a facelift for the majority of the staff. For the most part they are overstaffed and rude. Not consistent with the rules. They have a side door that is not usable to check in at so you have to go through the lobby to check in, make sure you wear a cover up because its the rule! If they were to use the side gate it wouldnt be an issue. Pool is awesome and the kids have a great time.

Theres so much good to say about this place that I actually regret clicking to do the review right now! Ha! The website is good but to go in person is the best way to see all it has to offer. Literally looking to buy and stay forever... and this wouldnt be an option without the center.

The pool is amazing, great for adults and/or kids. Lots of space, like a mini water park. Huge basketball court, exercise equipment, meeting rooms, and locker rooms. All kept up, beautiful environment.

Big beautiful pool with regularly scheduled water aerobic classes! Multiple other fitness classes to choose from and and exercise equipment. A large gymnasium and picnic areas around a catch and release lake for fishing. What more could you ask for?

Staff is super nice and very helpful.

Place was amazing but there was one staff member in particular who was very rude especially for my first time. I recommend going but if you wanna play basketball and have fun head towards a different gym or a park

I like this place so much that I am moving here. The amenities are great, though the HOA monthly fee is naturally a little high because of them. The people were friendly and helpful.

I love being part of the Parkside family. I feel my family is safe here. Plenty of activities for the family.

Really nice living here so far, only concern is community center is not getting any bigger and pool areas are small. The community is growing constantly and wonder if another pool will be added as it does get very crowded.

Very snubby staff. Lovely grounds and pool, but they were not cordial to me or my family because we were not residents of their community. We were ready to pay for a full time membership, but oh well.
