Centers are currently closed for 2 weeks due to positive virus tests. I left my message. Ron called me back rather quickly and I am still awed by the compassion and kindness of him. He not only helped with more than I expected he provided contact info for resources he thought I might need down the road.

I moved to Boone County and that a little bit of trouble getting my deposit paid down along with my actual bill for the month so I went to the Community Action Commission and I had a pretty high disconnect notice and they paid the entire disconnect amount!!!! So very grateful and blessed that I found the Community Action commission to help me get back up on my feet thank you CAC I greatly appreciate it I would refer them to anyone that might need help!!!

Older lady was noce answered my questions and even though the website doesnt mention they close for lunch a younger blonde woman interrupted our conversation by getting in my face and yelling bye so rude. They are supposed to be there to help people but treated me like scum on the bottom of her shoe. Plus the website needs to state assistance is only available on certain days

Made appointment. Showed up on time. They didnt have me on the list. Receptionist was nasty and she and the case worker had a little party, laughing and having a good time, totally ignoring me. I left after waiting a long time for the party to stop. It didnt.very rude.

Northern Kentucky Community Action is a great non-profit organization thats mission is to help families out in a time or need or to make ends meet on a regular basis. They helped me out in a time when i needed help the most.
