The two that did my toes and nails did an awesome job. I gave 4 stars because the one chick kept talking to my nail girl almost the entire time in their language. I felt like there was very little interaction with the paying customers.

Ugh. First of all, I got a pedicure and gel manicure the day before Mothers day. They were busy all day which is understandable and expected. But I don’t feel they cleaned very well because I ended up with a plantars wart on my foot after. Honestly I should’ve known just by looking around that it wasn’t very clean. I’ve been to the doctor for two liquid nitrogen treatments since. It was sooo not worth it. My nails looked okay. I was cut twice during the removal of my finger nail cuticles. And then they only lasted about 3 days before chipping, even though it was gel polish. Im not coming back.

The young man that did my nails must have been just starting out he did not understand what I wanted and my nails when he got done the Polish on them was bad they have already chipped. I only got a regular manicure nothing fancy but I still paid a lot of money for a manicure and a pedicure I hope he learns to communicate better with his customers.

I always go here.. its close to my job, I can usually get in and right out.. they always fix my nails they way I like,& want... There not expensive.. there jus the right price .. I would recommend this place for anyone...

UPDATE: I returned to and asked for a refund. After having to argue for 10 minutes they agreed to give me a refund if they could take them off. (Which was fine because I was going to pay another shop to take them off and re do them)I had an awful experience getting an acrylic set. I felt rushed to pick my colors. She didnt push my cuticles back or even use drill them off like other places have. She made them super thick so she had to shave off alot which BURNT my fingers and still left them uneven. Some spots are thin and some are still thick. There is no gradual grade from cuticle to tip, its a blunt ledge. She messed up the Polish and it looked splotchy after I asked her to fix it so I had her cover it with glitter to try to help it. She only put one stripe of glitter down the middle and didnt put a top coat. Oh and my fingers still had nail polish on them that didnt get cleaned off. I was supposed to get a pedicure as well but after being there for 2.5 hours I had to tell them I didnt have another hour to stay. Ive never had a bad experience anywhere else so I didnt know how to handle the situation. In hindsight I should have known she didnt know what she was doing as she the other workers seemed to keep giving her tips but I couldnt understand what they were saying to know for sure. But that agervates me more because if they knew she was doing a bad job why didnt they step in? All I wanted was a relaxing day and instead I ended up crying in the car on the way home because Im pregnant and hormonal and wish I would have stood up for myself.I will say that my mom would give 5 stars for the massage and the guy that did her nails. Hers looked great.

Called for an appointment Lady was rude but I chalked it up to language barrier. Got to my appointment and every chair was full and waiting area was full Waited til after my appt time and others were called back. I said I had an appointment and have other commitments tonight. She said ok. I scratched my name odd the sign in log and left. Lost a customer for sure. Would never recommend them based on poor customer service and lack of caring

Normally I get a gel manicure and they do a fairly good job, but I have been wanting to try the SNS. I don’t recommend going here for SNS. It is thicker then the acrylic that I did years ago. My friend couldn’t believe how thick it was. They also made 3 of my fingers bleed.

Today was the 1st day ive ever been here and the guy who did mine was amazing my pedicure was on point, filed, clipped no skin or callous left and my nails were straight and it was legit the best leg and foot massage for just a basic pedicure I ever received! I highly recommend checking them out for pedicures! My toes look great too! Definitely 5 star pedi material!

I love that they are open on Sunday and I love that the prices are low. The quality of the service you get depends on who works on you. Literally just got home from having a pedicure. Theres polish on my cuticles and the bottom of my feet now have big places of skin peeling - they were dry but not peeling when I went there.

DO NOT GO!! Today was my first ever time going there and it was terrible and the manager was terrible at what she did. The nails are different lengths.The filing was is terrible when you ask for something they do the complete opposite the nails fall off in about a week. There are screaming children in the back and if you call back to figure out what’s going on, you will get cussed out. Worst service terrible language and they judge the customers as you are right in front of them.

My daughter got her nails done there. They all came off within a week. The first one within 24 hours. She’s had them done before at different salon and they lasted weeks and had to be soaked off with acetone. She said she won’t be back.

$50 for a gel pedi and the polish came off within 5 minutes of leaving due to the gel being too thick and on the skin.Edited to add... ended up with a MAJOR infection in my big toe and had to be put on 2 antibiotics...

Not clean! Using dirty tools for pedicure! I had to demand that they use brand new clean supplies and instruments. When I did that, they acted like I had asked for a million dollars. They should be inspected by the health department!Also they dont have many options for nail color and their display of nail polish is very dirty. All of the bottles are dirty and grimy!This place should be thoroughly evaluated by the health department!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not even 5 minutes after leaving and my gel polish already came off. The tech was very sloppy and cut my foot multiple times. The chair was very old and didn’t work and the tools were not clean.

DONT GO HERE! Currently at the nail salon now. I got a full set of acrylics. First off , 2 of my nails are crooked and were filed horribly. They man that did my nails did not do a well job in painting my nails. Theyre uneven and not opaque. He moved my phone to paint my nails at another seat and cracked my screen. I have gotten my nails done plenty of times and never have had an experience this bad. Do not recommend.

I recently got a pedicure and manicure. Now I have an infection in my toe bc they are not clean. Also 2 of the nails on my fingers we’re filed weird and look crooked now. It took almost 2 hours from start to finish bc they kept having to leave me to gather their kids, who by the way we’re playing with the pedicure tools which is probably why I now have the infection. I used to like this place but it’s definitely gone downhill. Don’t go here!

I got a full set yesterday and you can already see gapping at the bottom of the nails. Also, their prices are listed as a full set is $30 however the woman charged me 35. I did not get anything fancy, plain white tips and clear bottoms; no pink, no color. Sister got a pedicure, she said it was great.

Always newest colors and great, friendly staff! Try the new SNS dips with matching gel or regular polish.

Very rude. I walked in and no one even acknowledged that I walked in to the salon. I had to walk up to the lady (who had a customer) and ask if I had arrived too late (they close in one hour). She just replied An hour wait! I looked around and there was only one other person waiting for service. I figured that was my queue that I wasnt welcome.. I would not recommend simply because of their lack of customer service. Looked unkempt as well.

Went here a week ago today. Since that day I have had a toe infection in my big toes from a pedi. I also kicked out in pain during my pedi from the man digging into the top of my toe where my cuticles would have been but he had already removed them. My toes hurt after the pedi but I didnt think much after til I got home. I wont ever go back here. Ive had several pedicures in my life and Ive never gotten a toe infection. So, that leads me to believe they must not clean their tools.

Salon was way too hot, the tech took ages to do the fill in process, and was still extremely sloppy with the gel polish. I’m not happy and do not plan on returning.I plan to file a complaint with the department of cosmetology because my finger is now infected. If you had an experience with dirty tools or anything of the sort I suggest you get online and file a complaint with them as well. This is completely unacceptable.

Nails look look just okay. Customer service is what you would expect from one of these salons, not great. However, when getting my full set almost every nail was glued to my skin. Now prying the nail from the skin is painful and has broken the skin under many nails.

Never pleased with them. They have undertrained staff doing work. Go elsewhere!

I went to this place because the one just behind it gives me the creeps (like suspected human trafficking type creeps) only to realize theyre owned by the same people. These places seriously need to be investigated!

I always have the best experience at this nail salon.. theyre the only place around my area that get my nails the way I like them..
