I’ve been going to Jordan Ware for years and I frankly do not trust anyone else with my hair. Her cuts and colors and conversation are immaculate. I always give her total creative control and I always leave so happy! 11/10

Jordan Ware is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is constantly pushing herself to continue her education to bring the best to her clients. She is beyond versatile and can cater to each individual client’s needs. Going to her studio is like going to a little oasis as she pampers you and makes you feel like a queen. Jordan Ware is amazing! Ive been a client of hers for 5 years and would never trust anyone else. She was the first person I let dye my hair, and shes cut 8+ inches off my hair multiple times. I love every experience and always walk out of her chair so happy. Her hands are magical!

Jordan Ware has always made me feel comfortable in her chair and absolutely beautiful & confident leaving it.Her continued education shows in her work. She KILLS it in the balayage department. And the passion Jordan has for the industry shows with her clients. My oldest cried when she corrected her color because it was exactly what she had been wanting finally.And my youngest daughter thoroughly enjoys the mini pamper session she gets with a cut. Jordan is someone who cares about your hair health (guys that’s a thing, ok haha) but also you as her client.

Sherry is the best. I drive almost 45-50 minutes to have her do my pedicures. It is so worth it though. She does the best pedicures Iv ever had! Love her. Also truly enjoy her company. We have really great conversations.

Jordan Ware couldnt be more incredible with colors, style, cuts, and education. Oh and incredible neck rubs and a gorgeous scalp massage while rinsing.Get you a stylist who can do it all...and have meaningful conversation .Its practically therapy but for your hair.

This was my first time visiting Sherry at Salon Concepts. I was extremely pleased! I went in with the remnants of a horrible set of acrylics that I got while on vacation in North Carolina. I had deep grooves in my nail beds from the other Tech digging in with his e-file. I had one nail that was completely cracked all the way through to the nail bed. All of my nails have layers of nail that was just ripped off. She really took her time, explain to me the whole process, was very gentle with my sore nails, and gave me some good advice about how to care for them until theyre back to normal. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Sherry!

I have only been to this location a couple of times to pick up my Stevies Beauty Boutique items and have found the space to be incredibly clean. The staff are helpful! There is still social distancing in place, but I dont mind and I think the building would have been that clean before.

Amy Strotman was absolutely wonderful!! The set-up at Salon Concepts was great, Amy had her own suite with a door so it was private, quite and the typical odors associated with a hair salon were missing and it was wonderful! I highly recommend Amy at Salon Concepts!

Dawn did a great job as usual making me feel comfortable and welcomed. She cut my hair to perfection and gave me a nice wash as well. The store itself was very well kept and had an inviting atmosphere. Walk-ins are welcome and they try to accommodate you.

I just got my hair done here and I will probably never come back. The color I got was great, but the service was terrible, I left with one half of my head wet and the other half dry. I got brown on my blonde roots and there are blonde spots where the brown was not applied correctly on my roots, there is brown all over my ends now too, I got shampoo in my eye from the stylist being too aggressive while washing my hair. My scalp hurt terribly when I left. I was hit on the shoulder with the brush pretty hard too. Randy was way too aggressive with my head and I’m not even tender headed but I left in a lot of pain. Will never come back here.

Came here to see Jordan Hoffmann for my sons back to school cut and got my hair cut as well. Shes great with both kids and mens cuts, I loved the hot towel treatment and her suite is always clean and comfortable.
