They always do a great job! i love getting my eyebrows done here. yes it hurts but they always look great when it’s all done & it’s well worth it. i prefer to get mine threaded over waxed because i think threading shapes your eyebrows more precisely but that’s just my personal opinion

I have patronized this place on several occasions and I’m normally satisfied. The professionalism and customer service has drastically declined. I was “greeted” with cold, hard stares from three employees. I should have turned around and walked back out. This turned out to be a horrible way to “kill time” The entire atmosphere is extremely uninviting. At checkout, the employee became visibly annoyed while pretending to enter my name into the system ( a practice I never understood because you are required to sign in prior to receiving a service). Simply put, don’t ask for a customer’s name if the task of inputting it into the system is too daunting! As customers, we are the reason why the business is in existence to begin with. Show appreciation and respect toward your customers! I’ll never return!

One of the most precise eyebrow job Ive had done in a long time and reasonably priced. Although the customer service was less than ideal. The woman who took care of me never once smiled or said a word to me other than my total and how to hold my hands for the threading and made the whole experience very awkward.

After getting my eyebrows done here 3 times with good service. I came in on Monday to get my eyebrows cleaned up not shaped. She left me with scars and my eyebrows were not cleaned properly she took too much hair off after I said I wanted just cleaned eyebrows that were thick. I overpay for the horrible service I got when I could have done this at home. I Do not recommend this place, and will never come back. I need a full refund and I could rate this a 0 ✨ I would. Lady talked on her phone in a foreign language while doing my eyebrows. I thought that was unprofessional. Did an ok job but could have been better. I found a cheaper, better place.

The lady did not bother to ask me what I wanted. She just started as soon as I sat down and gave me pencil brows from the 90’s. I have to spend a year growing my brows out all over again. I finally had them the way I wanted them but now they are ruined.

First time coming here today as I am new to this area. The lady did a great job! I’ll definitely be coming back:)Walked in and didn’t have to wait. Fair prices and they listen to what you want done and are great at what they do!:)

Best $12 spent ever! Appointments are not necessary, I’ve walked in at all times and never have to wait more than 5-10 mins. Usually, I prefer to stick with one brow person, but all the women here are phenomenal and I know I will have great brows no matter who is working that day. I remind them each time that I like to keep them thicker and just want to clean them up and I leave happier than ever each time.

Amazing service and quality, been going here pretty much since they opened in the mall. They always do an phenomenal job, with great gratitude when given a tip. Which these ladies deserve they are in a specialty business where their skill is only found by them in this area. So 5 stars wish I could give more. Thank you ladies for being amazing. Both women are great and do amazing at their jobs. Would trust either to do my brows lip or chin anyway of the week.

Loved this place! It was super clean, friendly, and fast. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Will definitely be going back!

First experience:Went in symmetrical with stray hairs and my husband visibly gasped when I walked out and he saw them. Absolutely unacceptable service.Second experience: Went in with brows that were messed up from the first experience and the results were better. The lady was attentive to what I was telling her and didnt try to reshape them or anything but still nipped off one of my arches a good bit.Im probably just going to drive the extra 20 minutes North from now on and stop trying to make this place work out.

I would highly recommend their threading service. Today, I went for the first time, as a walk in, and had no wait at all. The staff was friendly and professional. I have very thick, dark, prominent eye brows, so one slip up is very obvious on me. Sona did an amazing job! I told her I don’t like mine thin; I wanted them cleaned up with a little arch. She did exactly what I said. For $12, you can’t beat it! This is my new, go-to brow place!

No frills salon but you will be highly satisfied with the end product. They are quick but high quality when it comes to threading.

There’s one woman who is amazing and then another one who just completely ruined my eyebrows! The shape came out terrible! I went to her the first time and she did bad but I decided to give her a 2nd chance and they came out even worse. But I will continue going there because the woman who is usually there earlier in the day does a fantastic job and made my eyebrows look the best they’ve ever looked. Warning: don’t go in the evening!

The same lady always does my brows and does them exactly how I want. I get them threaded and I always tell her I want them arched and trimmed and they turn out looking perfect. The best miracle brows i’ve been to.

I use to love coming here but the lady that did my eyebrows ( she was the younger one) did not know what she was doing or she was rushing. I noticed blood was coming from my eyebrows which then formed scabs. I don’t even get my eyebrows threaded anymore because of this experience. This was two months ago

I’m not going to lie I think the threading hurts worse than waxing but the woman done a great job. I got my eyebrow hacked off two years ago but when I came here she reshaped my eyebrows and made them look longer which made me happy.

I had heard a lot of about this place but was greatly disappointed with their service . When I checked after initial threading she had left so many small hair and when I told her to remove them she made the shape asymmetric . She is doing the thread she should be expert and knowing from where to remove the hair so it is symmetric. After this still lot of small hair were left and when I told her to remove them she was so irritated. Really unprofessional and waste of money . I will never visit again and would not recommend this place to anyone.only one word horrible .

The most recent experiences Ive have had at Miracle Eyebrow have been nothing short of AWESOME, and its because I go to the same person consistently. If you find someone you like, stick with them. This is my advice for eyebrow threading, in general. The person I go to is Chetna, and she is extremely talented.I come from a place of experience because I know how to thread, I have been getting my brows threaded for the past 18 years, and I am extremely picky about my eyebrows overall. Their unlimited package is great!I have rarely had to wait for more than 20 mins for a walk-in. The value is also very good for all of their threading services based off of other threading salons in the Cincinnati metro area. They usually have 2 people working to help with the flow of customers.

Feel the price is too high for just eyebrows. Sometimes I get them done too perfectly but not the same everytime.

Worst eyebrow place ever. The lady literally gave me bruises while doing my eyebrows and upper lips and told me I didn’t hold it well. She did a pathetic job overall and on top of that even expected me to give a tip on top of the over priced prices! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Annoying was, she was insisting me to pay more tips. She showed me other reciepts and said this is what all pay so you also pay $2, $4 tips.. First of all its expensive and on that she was demanding more. Paying tips depends on how much satisfied we ate and its entitely our wish and no one should force.I visited here once. I thought she did great job but after coming home, there was severe pain above eyebrows. When checked, my skin was cut..!! Its been a week and even now the scar is there. So horrible. I paid more tips for the wound I guess..!!She did not make the shape I wanted. Instead gave a lecture that this shape looks good on me.I wont go here next time. So so annoying..!!!
