Chemically Dependent is in a great location, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and rustic! I am super happy with Ashleys talented services. I had a horribly grown out pixie cut, due to the shutdowns, it wasnt maintained and achieved mullet status in no time flat!! Ashley took the time to look at the pictures I brought, and explained what would and wouldnt work with what I had going on...she gave me just the cut and style I needed to begin growing my hair out again! The shampooing will always be my favorite! So relaxing!!

I love this salon! Ashley is wonderful and I would not think of going any where else. She is reasonably priced and listens to what you want and offers great suggestions as well. I have never had a bad experience with her or at her new salon. I would recommend her and her new salon to everyone.

Aahley is a wonderful person inside and out and does great at her work as a hair stylist and she knows exactly what shes is doing I love her and enjoy her work each time I get my hair done I get so many complaments and always refer her .... I would not go no where else but there and her salon is beautiful and relaxing and she will do what shes got to do to get you in and she will help other stylestylest if they need it ... I purchased two Groupon vouchers for $49 each with Katherine from this salon. I booked an appointment with her to redeem these two, one was for myself and one for my mother as a gift. I was early for the appointment and she called me about ten minutes before to let me know she would be 10-15 minutes late because of car trouble. I have had car trouble before too and did not want her to be uncomfortable so I asked her several times if she wanted to reschedule. I insisted that I would not be upset at all if she needed to fix her car or find a ride before our appointment. She told me each time that she would be there, but she would just be a little late. She even replied one time and said I dont want to reschedule, I just want to get this over with. So me and my mother waited an hour and still no show. I called her again and she didnt answer, so we left. She still has not returned my call. Im really disappointed and shocked with this customer service. I have never had such poor service from a hair salon or any other business. This unprofessional and rude treatment makes me never want to try this salon again. I used groupon in the past for other services and never had any sort of issues like this. I am grateful that Groupon made it right, but the salon and hair stylist did nothing at all.

My daughter and I had back to back appointments with Katherine. We found the salon through Groupon and its Facebook page had high ratings. Katherine was rude from the time my daughter called to make the appointments. However, wed purchased the Groupons and went forward. Ten minutes before our appointment, she called and said she was having car trouble and would be approximately 20 minutes late. We offered to reschedule more than once during that conversation as car issues are stressful and it wasnt a problem for us to come another day. However, she insisted shed be there and would rather just get it over with. She was the only person working at the salon so we left and returned 20 minutes after our appointment time as shed asked. The salon was still closed. 45 minutes after wed been scheduled we called her to see if she was coming. After an hour, we left. The complete lack of basic customer service from this stylist and, in turn, this salon, is ridiculous. If Groupon hadnt fixed the issue, my daughter and I would have lost not only the time on our day off that we did, but the $100 for the salon voucher as well. Im incredibly sorry that we believed the few good Facebook reviews that they have. And people need to be aware that they are not at all the company they represent themselves to be.
