I like the stylist I had. My hair after chemo came in curly and used to be straight so I had no idea how to cut it. I asked the stylists opinion and she did a fantastic job. She wasnt scissors happy so my hair didnt get too short but just enough off to make it look good. Really happy with this place

I called before I went and was told to call when I got there at 10:05. I called and was asked to hold on while they took care of the two men before me, I was on hold for 8 minutes while 2 other men came in and were now in front of me also. I finally walked in and told them that I was still on hold, didnt get an apology from the receptionist, but did get one from a stylist. I did get a good hair cut, thank you!

I was a first time customer at Great Clips and had a very good experience. The girl who cut my hair was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job of figuring out what I wanted and what I might like. It was Sunday afternoon and there was no line or wait time. My total time in and out was about 15 minutes. The price was 14 dollars for the haircut which was reasonable for the experience that I got.

Today we came in the older lady in the front station to the right cut my sons hair, despite his lack of enthusiasm for a hair cut! She absolutely has given him the best hair cut he has had. Even with the crying and tired 2 year old that didn’t sit still! Thank you so much for being patient! We will most definitely be back!

Honestly the best great clips Id ever been to. I dont have crazy hair so it really shouldnt be that hard to cut. Every other great clips Ive been to has screwed it up one way or another. But this one has been great every time. Ive had 3 separate stylists cut my hair and each time has been good. Great conversation during and everything. I was surprised but Im very happy with my experience.

I was hesitant to come since its a cheaper place, but Ive taken my son here several times and they always do a good job on him so I decided to try it. I was very pleased. Im so pleased I did. The stylist did a better job than my usual salon.

Everything expected at a Great Clips. Stylists are friendly and welcome customers with a smile. They are good about making sure your cut is as requested.

Good experience. I had no wait and the stylist was kind. I would have liked a little more scrubbing on my scalp during the shampooing. The stylists that werent busy were talking about past customers, I felt that was inappropriate while they had customers. Overall it was a good experience and it was quick and great price too!!

The reason I like Great Clips is because they keep track of their customers hair patterns on the computer. When you go in they said well last time we use the to another one and then we kept the colic trimmed and then just had the sideburns buzzed up they knew exactly what they did last time they knew exactly what we wanted this time. I even asked him I said well what would it look like if we went a little shorter and they had a little composite View and I didnt like it so I didnt go with what I wanted I went with what they had originally performed in the past. And dont forget the tip people please thats how these people make their money I mean standard tipping 20% if you like the job and the haircuts are $14 for just an adult haircut so thats really just $0.28 but of course I think you should leave anybody across the table should leave at least $2 to the stylist at a minimum if not five if you really really like the haircut. Lets help these ladies and gentleman pay their way through school they did have to go to Beauty School remember.

The girl who cut my hair did an amazing job!. I had never been here before and just stopped in. It was busy but I didnt wait for more than 5 minutes. I also liked that they had a screen to tell you where you were in line. I will be getting my cut here from now on

My hairdresser was amazing. She explained everything to me and she really knew what she was doing.

We checked in online at 9:20 this morning and there was already an hour wait; if you want to get in quickly, check in right at 9! The wait ended up being maybe an extra 10 min, so not bad. Shelby did a wonderful job cutting my daughters hair. This was the first time in her 15 years that she had her hair cut short and was a bit nervous...Shelby took the time to answer our questions and made sure she knew what my daughter wanted. She also said we can go back within a week at no charge if it isnt short enough...with my teen, thats very much appreciated!The only thing I really didnt like was the other lady there had Shelby stop in the middle of the haircut to ring up that ladys customer so she could go in the back to inflate 2 balloons for the 2 little kid cuts shed just finished. We had other places to be, so that extra wait was a bit frustrating, and it just wasnt fair to us or to Shelby. Other than that, it was a positive experience, and we will probably return for the next haircut.

I have always been very happy with the service I got. Some people complain about the wait time, but all barber shops, hair salons, etc., are going to be busy at times. Even on some of the busier times I had to go in, my wait time was not major. The one suggestion I would have is at certain times maybe more stylists should be working (which could already be the case and I just do not go in at those times). I will continue to come though as long as I am in the area.

This location is hit or miss on how good the service is and cut. I have gone a few times and had great service and a great cut, however the last few times I have gone to this location I havent had the best service and wait was very long. I have since moved onto another location.

Checked in online. Said 45 minutes. Got here in 40 minutes. Still waited for another 25 minutes because one of the girls felt it necessary to simply sit at the computer with 8 people in line.

They always treat you great the second you walk in. Their check-in app is amazing and has almost always nullified wait times for me. Just walk in and they are ready for you. Ask for Alex here if you can. I by far consider her the most skilled stylist here.Im very particular about how my hair is cut and she is the only one that has gone above and beyond to satisfy me every time and strives to better my style each time by adding to her notes in their computer. I hope for my sake she never leaves but know she will move on to do great things.All in all definitely recommended! Id travel 30 mins to this location if I have to.
