Ive been going to LA Hair Design for several years and have received excellent treatment with hair styling and my eyebrows.Laura explains the procedure and cost very thoroughly. Im extremely pleased with Lauras services and I will be going back.

Everytime and never even a slight disappointment. She is amazing with everything she does. She has got my hair to what Ive wanted for years! Also, has worked with members of my family doing permeant makeup and even that turned out amazing! Definitely trust and wont ever go anywhere else!

I came in with eyebrows that needed help thank god Laura is well educated in her profession that she rescued the previous disaster. I was so impressed that I got my eyeliner done yes she did awesome job, I feel beautiful and I look younger. Now I’m in the chair having her do her professional look on me lov lov it.

Although hair styling is the main job done here, a specialty is permanent makeup. Laura can do eyebrows, eye liner, lips, and more. Her work is very good, and there is very little pain involved. She said she also teaches others how to do this kind of work.

Not happy with the additional price she charged when I went back. Went to her for a correction.Laura did not inform me of this at the start. Will not be going back.

I paid $500 for permanent eyeliner in it looks absolutely terrible I went back 3 times and it still looks terrible she never answers the door you stand there and wait and wait and wait terrible service My sister got her eyeliner tattooed on for a $160 upper and lower and its absolutely beautiful. The owner super nice but service is terrible its too light its too thin its got breaks in it. It has no definition Then she wants to charge me another $75 because its been almost 2 years what should have been done right the 1st time and she kept cancel my appointment

LA Hair Salon, owned and operated by Laura Alexander, is a very reasonable high end salon. The way Laura treats every single person that walks through that door is like they are the Queen or King. She is the best in the business by far.

She has her own idea of how she wants eye brows, doesnt listen, argues, & ended up making mine crooked/very unsemetrical. The shape isnt flattering to my looks. My right eyebrow a whole quarter of an inch farther from my nose than the left & arched up higher. Almost as to give me a permanent raised eyebrow look. I had my lips previously done before seeing her. (By someone else) she complimented me on them a few times & took a pic. I think she is claiming that as her work.

I have been getting great hair cuts and expert advice from Laura for 20 years. I have also been very happy with her product recomendations. Her prices are very reasonable, for the quality of service and professional atmosphere you could easily pay twice as much at other salons.

NEVER GO HERE!!! My 12 year old daughter was taking here by her father. When I saw her I was horrified. She wanted her light brown hair to be lightened and then pink added, she now has four different shades of blonde/orange and green throughout her hair. When the owner was shown the picture of what my daughter wanted she should of said I cant do this and that she didnt have the color pink but instead she destroyed my daughters hair. When I went back to talk to her all she cold say was I did what I could under the circumstances. Its your salon and youre the professional DO YOUR JOB!

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE! I took my fiances daughter there to get a keratin treatment for her birthday. She was so excited and this was her first time she was ever going to have her thick curly hair straightened, just for a little change. I paid for the 3 months worth of keratin treatment, the more expensive choice. Her straight hair lasted only ONE DAY!! I called and asked for my money back but instead the owner wanted me to bring her back in and do her hair OVER AGAIN instead of giving me my money back! Then when that didnt stay longer than a day AGAIN, she re-did her hair for free a third time. After that failed again, I asked for my money back again. Instead of being professional about it, she tells me that I am stressing HER out! She goes on to tell me that she doesnt need the stress right now and tells me the reason is beacause of her health conditions and her family member is in the hospital a lot lately. What does that have to do with customer service and treating the customer right??! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT BOTHER WITH THEM.
