I love the directness and honesty of the nurses and medical staff there. Nurse Latonya… I hope I got the name correct… anyway she was the prep nurse prior to my seeing the Nurse Practitioner, Precious. I am telling many who need health care and can’t afford it even with their insurance “coverage” to consider going to a Walmart health care center. I got my consultation, annual physical and lab work at a very affordable price. The coolest thing is I do not have to look for a surprise Bill in the Mail telling me my portion of the cost to cover out of pocket. I’m free from additional bills. Tell friends and family to get with the program and get their health on track at an affordable price. Dental and vision and mental health counseling available too

The office staff went above and beyond to help me as a walk in, Dr.Anderson has been an excellent experience for me. I take care all of my medical needs there, Im very grateful to have found this facility.

I think Walmart Health is a great resource for those who do not have health insurance or cant afford health care under their current insurance plan. I went for a regular check-up and general labs the cost was inexpensive. The care of the staff was great. I attempted to return to the same location and the telephone communication was awful - that is the reason for the 4 stars. It was a long hold time; I got disconnected after being on hold for awhile. The Doctor left me in the room and no one returned to the room. I felt rushed and if the doctor was attempting to make money off of me by recommending lab work. I had to call for my lab results after several weeks. I am not sure what happened, but it was a drastic change from my first visit and encounter. I would still recommend Walmart Health. The clinic was clean and I believe the quality of medical care is above standard; just have an ideal of what type of service you need and what type of customer service to expect.

I’ve visited the Newnan location numerous Times for regular check ups but today I chose to visit this location due to just me needing a quick employee drug screening. The staff was very attentive when noticing that I had been waiting a while for my appointment. The front staff went back to verify that I will be going back soon and informed me of any issues an delays while I waited.The process was very fast I was in and out in less than 10 minutes once brought to the back. I Will definitely return to this location in the future.

HUGE shout out to Ms. Precious Hooks, NP and the physician on duty for streamlining a major process for me when the ER couldn’t. I will absolutely be back for any future medical issues, and I look forward to setting up dental work with this practice as well! Thank you so much for all of your help today, I have no words to truly express how grateful I am.

Amazing!!! The staff were very polite and professional. They make you feel welcomed immediately. I was in a lot of pain and unable to hear properly when I arrived. After being seen I was able to hear and was in a lot less pain. NP Dale Bowers and staff went above and beyond!! I will most certainly use this Walmart Health in the future if needed.

AVOID THE DENTAL CLINIC. Waited 4 months, 2 wasted visits including a dentist no show, 5 reschedules with wrong appointments dates and times… all to clean just 1/2 my teeth. 2 AA female hygienists there are EXTREMELY toxic, ghetto and incompetent. Their response to miscommunications and inability to provide care is “I don’t know” “I can’t answer” “nothing to do with me” “that’s between you and the call center” and loud trash talking patients on and on in the hallway to justify and defend their inadequacies to the beta male dentist.Just because the services are cheap, doesn’t mean you compromise on quality, standards and respect.

You are better off going to a more professional service. I paid for a vision exam on July 5th and was told to they would call me when my contacts came back. One month later, no call back. I paid $45.00 for my vision exam. Then, to make it worse, when you call to speak to an optocian, they don’t call back and say they are busy. This is the 6th time I have been trying to contact them via phone and in person. After I get my contacts, I don’t plan on returning.

My daughters regular dentist office is shut down until Jan due to the coronavirus. Happened to find this place that recently opened. Staff is super friendly, everything is clean. I was impressed with the professionalism and superb care my daughter received. They offer a few different services for affordable prices. Wait time wasnt long either. Would definitely recommend:)

One of the worst and longest health visits Ive had,staff was bunched up by the payment area upon entering ,laughing amongst each other and staring,the health provider did not know payment information during appointment,I was left in the office for a long time,a/c blowing cold.& practice that I came for was stated out loud instead of kept confidential. ( I could hear information through screening room)

I had a swollen eyelid and needed to be certain it wasn’t pink eye so I begin searching for a close Urgent Care. I’m a Walmart employee so the first one to pop up was this location. I walked into a clean facility and a pleasant receptionist. I had an appointment set within 15 mins of my arrival after coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out in about 30 mins with my prescription ready in ten mins. I must admit, I was impressed. I thought I’d spend my afternoon in the ER but now I have free time to heal this stye.

I traveled a good distance for them to tell me that the dental office was closed. I didn’t get the common courtesy of a call or email. There already aren’t appointments made in abundance AND walmart health is not common in surrounding areas. I’m so disappointed, I didn’t even try to make another appointment.

This has been the BEST clinic that I have experienced to date. I love NP Precious Hooks and counselor LCSW Kimberly Perkins who are both so awesome !! Everyone in the office from the moment you step in is a joy and it has been an extremely pleasant experience each and every time I visit. Very compassionate and willing people who love what they do. Very affordable and offers payment plans. I am very surprised at the level of service Walmart is now providing for its community and I am well pleased. I will be keeping up with them and I’m looking forward to my next appointment with LCSW Kimberly Perkins and my future check up with NP Hooks !!! Awesome Awesome Awesome Team !!! I am extremely grateful. Self care has been the BEST experience of love.

I only set foot in there , I didn’t get to be taken care of because of their honesty and care towards me. I’m writing this in tears , Tears of joy , I thank you for saving my life by turning me away last Monday. My asthma was acting up , upon arrival there , I was given water to drink , then came 2 or 3 person don’t know if they were doctors. But they told me because of how I looked with my breathing they knew I needed MUCH BIGGER HELP.. they were so right .. I hard a massive asthma attack. They recommend I get an ambulance to Piedmont , but I made my wife drive me there. Although they didn’t take care of me .. it’s the honesty for me ... see others might have want to try do something on their own but clearly they are EXTREMELY GREAT at their job ..Thank you so much for saving my life , I’m very very great full I can’t wait to be served by you all .Again Thank you ..

Website states that they take walk ins. Got to the clinic and was told they have no openings for walk ins until Thursday.What???

Took a covid test sat and test said negative... had results with me. Set and appointment to be seen because I wasn’t feeling well. Get to my appointment dr won’t see me because I took a covid test on sat. I have the results of that test and it is negative. I’m here to find out what is wrong with me and to get some medicine. They told me to go quarantine?? For what??? I don’t have covid... clearly dr on duty isn’t that bright. Complete waste of my time and I have health insurance. No fever or nothing. May have pneumonia and they wouldn’t even check me out.

Made an appointment for today. When I got there they told me the provider that was supposed to be there was not in the one that was there would not take my insurance that I would have to pay cash.

This facility is brand new, clean, and the staff is super efficient and friendly.

Nurse Lucy is herself and wonderful. Dr. Precious goes out of her way to take care of patients. I love this place. . I will come here from now on. Also...the lady at the front desk is very sweet...didnt get her name.
