They suck dr.muscle head was absolutely no help went in for sore throat and other symptoms couldn’t get my prescription cause they never sent it over ,couldn’t get a dr note for missing work …. Then went somewhere else and got a strep throat swab and come to find out i have strep throat

Dr. Coker is one of the most real, and honest Drs I’ve ever seen. They always get me in very quickly and it’s a very efficiently run office. Great location & service.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Coker for around 10 years. He’s the most amazing doctor I have ever had.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I was told over the phone, when scheduling an appointment for my sick 2 year old, that they could see me without his insurance card since he has ARkids. Then, after driving 30 miles to bring my son here, they tell me they wont see him without the policy # or ID card. To make things worse, I spent an hour on the phone with medicaid and got my sons policy number, but they wouldnt take him as a walk-in because his appointment had gotten canceled. So, they punish my sick 2 year old son for their offices mistakes?! I will never come back and I recommend that nobody comes here if they treat sick children like this.

Dr. Coker has been my Dr for many years. Dr. Coker and his staff go above and beyond their job requirements, to make sure youre taken care of. So thankful for all they do.

He is an amazing, empathic doctor. Doctors make me nervous, but he never fails in calming me down.

Well i came in for a walk in this morning and have been sitting here for over an hour and havent even been asked to fill out intake papers. I had to miss work cause im not feeling well and decided to get checked out but was told to sit down in the waiting area till someone got to me. Still waiting.

At first I thought that Dr. Coker was amazing. He took care of all my medical needs. But then as the years went by the care declined and waiting time to go back and see him got worse. The last I saw him I waited and hour and half before I got called back. Then I waited another 15/20 before I got to see him. When everything was all said and done. It was a 2 hour process. Talk about your whole afternoon ruined. So needless I switched doctors. Sad part is, is that I can over to the urgent care and get care quicker than I can if I need to see him. Plus the hours for this office is inconvenient.

The staff was nice, but the doctor who saw me walked into the room without a mask on, then put one on but didnt cover his nose, then pulled it down to come talk to me face to face. Spent ten seconds to decide I needed a referral, then placed a referral to the wrong doctor.

Was my first visit i was impressed they were the whole staff i would recommend. I was anxious because Id had same Doctor for close to 5 years. Dr Coker is a wonderful Doctor glad he was recommended to me. I will continue to go there. Many blessings to a wonderful staff nurses and Doctor. Thank you very much.

Absolutely the best! I moved here years ago and found nothing but clinics. I hate having to explain myself to different doctors all the time for the same issues. I found Dr. Cokers office through my insurance 6 years ago and havent left. The doctor and his staff are amazing! I recommend him to everyone that I know.

Cant find a way to get to an actual person on the phone to ask any questions. The automated messages keep routing me nowhere. None of the options meet my needs. My daughter was seen here and the care was pretty basic- not bad or great. The tech that took vitals was friendly as was the receptionist. The nurse practitioner was pretty cold, but gave us the positive strep diagnosis and sent us on our way.

We are working in the area and my husband had to go to this location. We highly recommend it. The staff was nice, friendly, efficient and great to work with. The doctor Donny Coker ( has arms the size of my thigh and Im not a small girl ) was extremely nice and attentive. Got us in and out in no time flat. This location would be our go to spot if we lived in the area.

Have had no issues the three other visits and no fees were collected. I showed up early and checked in. I was told I had an outstanding balance and I said I said I didn’t think I had the money on me. BEFORE I could say let me go back to my car I was told I had to reschedule. I said they’ve not collected before. I was told to go to an emergency room!!!! For an ear infection! What a waste of resources! And poor customer service. The previous positive visits were wiped away by that one woman’s attitude and shortness with me.

Dr. Coker is a Great physician one of the Best Doctors Ive been around and he is very friendly and has a good personality

They will take your copay in cash then bill you nearly a year later about an outstanding copay. Wouldn’t recommend

I had good relationship with this clinic until I was rescheduled because my visit was going to take too much time of Larry/Donny Coker.My visit was after I was attacked and assaulted and I wanted to follow up on a CT scan, get x-rays and make sure I was going to be okay. I was going to turn to Coker for help for the trauma I was experiencing.Instead of helping me or guiding me in the right direction the office manager came into the waiting room before I even got to talk to a nurse or Mr. Coker and took me into her office and told me my visit was going to be too long. The office manager cancelled my appointment.If you have general complaints then this clinic will (likely) work for you. If youve experienced a traumatic event and are looking for help then save yourself the trouble and find a clinic that cares.

Ive been seeing Dr. COKER for a couple of years and he and staff have been phenomenal. I have had no problem . I love that they work with me instead of making me feel stupid. Dr. COKER is one in a million.

The doctors are fine, but the billing department has been horrible to deal with. They kept telling me I owed $20 co pay. I paid this, twice, but still they threatened to send me to collections. Im paying for a third time today... There were other issues too, I will never go back here!

Terrible. He will leave you sitting in the room for an hour. Not sure why they even have appointments if they don’t stick to the time.

He is literally the best doctor! He truly cares about your health issue & very nice! If I could give him 10++++ I will! Im so thankful that Ive found a doctor who cares!

After a long search for a Dr. that would listen to ME, I am so pleased with the attention I receive from Dr. Cocker. He truly cares about the issues I have and what conditions I suffer from on a daily basis. I cant thank him enough.

Our entire family goes to Dr. Coker. My 47 year old husband and my 9 year old twin boys communicate easily with him and he is great with my health needs as well. Im hard to please! But Im very happy with Dr. Coker.

I love Dr. Coker and the nurses. But one of the ladies up front is very rude and disrespectful. She tries to diagnose your issues. I was told because I was having lady issues I needed to go see my Obgyn, she wouldnt set an appointment. My whole family goes to Dr. Coker, but one of the receptionist needs to go.

If I could I would give this place no stars. First off, Dr Coker does not believe that fibromyalgia can actually cause pain. If that alone isnt bad enough, his head nurse cant leave her drama at home. She likes to bring it to work and apparently it effects how Doc does his work that day. They have given out wrong results more than once. Just all around uneducated and unethical establishment.

Update for anyone interested:Because I complained about this, and left this review, even though I made it very clear that it was not Dr. Cokers fault, I called this morning to have a prescription filled and they completely refused to. Even though its been right at a month since I last saw Dr. Coker, and I havent had time to get in to see another doctor yet, as Im on a wait list, they absolutely refused. Medication that I need. Most unprofessional clinic in NWA and now will have to go through the process of reporting all of this to the state medical board.Heres my previous review of a visit here:The most unprofessional dr visit in my life and it is in now way Dr Coker or the nurse I saws fault. They were both wonderful. Dr Coker wanted me to get a shot. The front desk receptionist came running back and flung my door open without knocking while I had my pants down and the nurse had to try to cover me while she ordered me to come to the front desk and pay for the shot before I got it because I was self pay. I am now sitting in my car bawling and writing this review. I cannot believe I paid for such an awful experience. Beware. Definitely beware.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY AT A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Greg the nurse has ABSOLUTELY NO BEDSIDE MANNER. He is SO RUDE!!! I have the flu and he treated me like scum on the ground. I was throwing up in the room and asked for a cup of water, and he wouldnt even let me have that saying it could make me worse. I just needed water to WASH VOMIT OUT OF MY MOUTH!!! AFTER his rude self, the nurse practitioner Kristen was also very rude and not understanding. Greg came in to do the flu test and didnt even warn me that he was putting it up my nose, WHICH SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!! As my friend was getting me water, Greg was ARGUING WITH MY FIEND IN THE HALLWAY!!!! Arguing in THE HALLWAY IN A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT WITH PATIENTS AND CLIENTS IS SOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. I am so sick and this experience just made it 10000x worse because I have felt so belittled and still sick in my entire life. We left without even getting the results of the flu test. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!I would like to say that the receptionist was very helpful, and has nothing to do with the behavior of Greg and Kristen.

Agreeing with previous review. Office staff extremely unhelpful. There isnt an RN on staff either just an LPN and RMA both of whom acted like they had no clue what was going on and both rude rude rude. Was also charged for a blood test that I didnt approve! Will take my healthcare elsewhere!

If I could rate it any lower I would. Went there for a flu shot and nobody was there to give it. The staff was very unhelpful and uninterested on top of everything else. What kind of a clinic doesnt have a nurse or somebody that cant stick you with a needle?
