Love coming to this location. Ive never really had a problem with the staff or anyone. Only problem I see is the mask mandate. You constantly see folks walking around without their masks and the staff never says anything to them. Just as soon as my stepson and I walked in without one.....we were stopped at the door and told that we could not enter without one. They should provide masks upon entry for their MEMBERS!! Hell they could even make a planet fitness mask and sell it. We had to walk around the shopping center to find a mask.

I have never had any real issues when I go late at night. Its always cold as ice in there so thatll determine how long Ill stay. Enough parking spots, decently maintained.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms are in good form when Ive been here. Wait times for equipment are usually not a big problem. Masks are required; most have them on when walking in, about 75% wear masks when walking around the gym (including myself), and about 30% wear masks while working out (I tried this, but with some equipment and especially the treadmill, wearing one was super difficult).

Not sure why I have to be Wearing a Mask to enter, but then you can walk around and exercise without a mask on. Totally dumb. Being a Sheep at its finest.I give it 2 stars for Being Clean and organized, Deserves a 1 Star if the employees there are Forcing a Mandate when it isnt even a Law or State Required to be wearing a Mask for Entry to get inside every other store or Gym.Will be cancelling my membership later and I havent even been signed up for 2 weeks. Planet Fitness is not a gym for people who take their fitness seriously.

I came to PF for an interview. Now I want to be at the gym all the time. It was sad that I had to turn down the offer for something that paid more because the staff is absolutely wonderful and the amenities are beyond what I remember getting from gyms in the lower 48. The price is really good too!

Planet fitness isnt bad in general but this particular one isnt good. Tons of the machines are broken, one of the urinals has been down for 2 months. Its like the money we pay isnt being used to maintain the place at all.

This is terrible. Theres not variety of equipment/machines and the few ones they have are always broke. If you come here youll need to wait until someone finishes to use them because all of them are broke.

Its super important for you to use the PF app because this place gets busy. Im a Black Card member and have access to massage chairs and tanning booths which is so essential after a great workout. You can purchase a lock 🔐 if you forget your and plug-in headphones 🎧. The bathroom lockers (not full-size) have USB port to charge your electronic devices. Always clean!

The staff at this site is always so kind and helpful. I like that the health and wellness of members is important to ALL of the PF staff. Social fitnessing (distancing) is being practiced and sanitizer is available which is good for the time we are in (pandemic).Today was my second visit since becoming a member and it was easy to navigate through facility and any questions that I had regarding gym practices or equipment were answered.

Amazing workers the lower level and very helpful but has terrible management! Watched this girl wait an 1hr at this morning for an interview at a tacky job and that’s ridiculous. Was told by an ex employee that they can’t sit down their entire shift at a entry level low quality job. Their management lacks leadership skills and basic professionalism! I’ve over heard countless times by this manager with black hair, basically telling customers off at the front desk. If u want a quality gym with management you can trust go to fitness connection! They are always nice, have well maintained equipment, and is truly a gym worth paying for!

Got ready to go to the gym, worked it into my lunch break and everything. Misplaced my mask and couldn’t find it. Went to the front desk and asked if they had one available (their website says they have masks available) and the front desk was extremely rude to me. Wouldnt let me go work out even though 70% of the people walking around did not have masks on. If you’re going to require masks, then you should have some plan in place of mistakes happen. I’m about ready to cancel my membership even though I’ve been going here so long. Several people even walked out while I was here without masks on. They single people out, and do not hold up to a “judgement free” zone. It’s obvious why it’s not as busy as it used to be. Extremely clear why everyone is canceling their memberships.

A little irritated that the “mask” mandate isn’t being followed properly. Have been coming here for about a year no one ever gave me a issue with not wearing a mask. Came in a few weeks ago they asked me if I had one, told me I needed it just to walk into the building which doesn’t make sense. But the people telling me I can’t workout unless I have one wasn’t properly wearing the mask to begin with! Down below their noses or mouth. Then they walk around the gym and pull the mask off to talk to other members? How can you mandate something but not even follow the rules? They want you to keep other people safe but we can’t even sanitize our hands bc every station the sanitizer is out they said it was a battery issue, but how is the light blinking red? How can I properly follow guidelines when the gym can’t hold up the standards? Spoke to management and all I was told that if I don’t wear a mask my membership will be terminated but yet her employees don’t wear their mask the correct way! At that the same equipment has still been broken for over 3-4 months but I get charged maintenance fees so I wonder where that money is going too.

Is a good environment but the mask requirements are not being enforced. Once you pass the front desk no one wheres a mask.

Don’t Recommend This Place At All. The Only Person That Helped Or Tried To Help Me Was A Girl Named Jayla, Which I Appreciate. They Claimed To Have “Frozen” My Account Months Ago, But Have Been Continuously Taking Money Out Of My Bank Account . When I Called To Ask About It The Very First Time (Which Was $21) They Claimed It Was A System “Error” & It Would Be Refunded . Today 7/27/21 They Took Out Another $95 Out Of My Bank Account With No Explanation ! This Is Something That Planet Fitness Does Often. When I Called To Speak With A Manager, For 1 It Took Her Forever To Get On The Phone As If She Didn’t Want To Speak With Me , As If Having $120 Stolen Out Of My Account Isn’t A Big Issue ! Of Course When She Finally Answers , She Has An Attitude But I Do As Well , Rightfully So Because I’m The One Having MY Money Being Stolen Out Of My Account! Ofc She Couldn’t Give Me A Straight Answer Because They Do This Often & Probably Get Away With It . I’ll Be Disputing It With My Bank To Ensure I Get MY MONEY Because Planet Fitness Definitely Can’t Be Trusted !

I go two different Plant Fitness because of school can someone explain why equipment in both fitness are different?

Ok so its not really negative or positive just an observation. Now that the gym has opened back up there are so many people and that means lots of payments, right? So why are there so many broken or half broken pieces of equipment at the gym? With all those people and myself included we pay $10 or $20 a month and $40 a year. So where is all that money going if some of it isnt being used to fix things? Also if you visit the Skibo one any afternoon to evening Mon-Thur then dont expect much of a workout.

There are no classes and no trainers. All while they have a app but to get workout classes you have to pay more even if youre a black member. Which makes no sense because when the gym is fully open its no extra fee for classes .

Their tanning bed light bulbs have been sitting next to the entrance as you walk in for easily 2 months now. The current bulbs are completely shot in the tanning beds and do not even get warm or give you a tan. Interesting being the fact that every time I come in to the location the employees are all standing around talking... seems theres been more than enough time to install the new lights and they just don’t care to.

This place has everything for you fitness needs. The staff is great there too.Always clear which is great too. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and it’s been great. Also they have so many locations which makes it easy to workout when I travel to different cities. Planet fitness 2019.

This is the cleanest Planet Fitness I have ever been to.The Staff was friendly.They had all modern equipment and hydro massage.Super clean locker rooms.

The two employees working this morning are completely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent of running a gym without a manager. I had an issue and instead of letting me speak to a manager, because supposedly there isnt a manager on Sunday. I ask what they do if there is an issue with no manager they said we call the police if someone tries to put their hands on them. I said police??? Someone putting hands on you??? Where did that come from, no one has threatened you. Then she tried to say it was an issue we had yesterday. Well no wonder this guy supposedly acted the way he did because of the way this gym is run like a circus. Then both employees turned their backs and refused to handle the issue or contact the manager.

I love planet fitness and also I hope to found new friends here for workouts together

A great place to get a quick workout in. Staff was friendly and environment was great! Not to mention the hydro massage, the greatest thing ever! It isn’t as awesome as a real massage but it’s a great alternative!

I am a customer of planet fitness in Florida, and I love my gym there. I was expecting the same level of cleanliness here, but some of the machines were dirty specially the cardio area.Social distancing and face masks are not mandatory here, so if you mind this, dont come.After 5 p.m it gets really crowded, I worked out at noon and it was almost empty so you could actually enjoy the place.The staff is friendly enough.

Equipment is available and not crowded. Happy they went back to 24 hrs.

I went (12/16/20 @ 12pm) and forgot my scan card at my house. The three employees that were there couldn’t help . I gave them my number and name even my ID. They told me to call my home gym where I did my member so they can ask for my number scan. I been to different PF places and even to this one and didn’t have problems but today I didn’t and none of them couldn’t do a thing. Poor customer service and those three employees don’t know what they are doing and didn’t help at all.

Only Smith machines so no free barbells, and that stupid alarm goes off every five seconds. Im done with this place, Im canceling my membership in the morning.

Overall the gym is great, but there are clearly signs that say everyone must wear a mask while working out and I clearly see a lot of people not wearing a mask while working out.

Bring back the 24hrs... its so packed now because everyone wants to get their workout in before closing... its easier for us to spread out when its 24hrs and we are not all trying to get in at once

Besides some of the equipment needing to be replaced, it’s a good gym. It’s crowded at any given time. The hydro massage is lit. If your back is in knots from those nights on Holland DZ, u better hop on that thing.

They made me to go back for mask even that half of the people in the gym didnt have it. Equipment is used and some of them dont work, showers dont have hot water or you need to wait 10min for it.

I wish there were negative star ratings available.I froze this account when Covid-19 Pandemic hit.The franchise began charging my account account again without notice. I called to have the charge reversed due to my continued lack of using the service and no intent to use it while the Pandemic continues. The assistant manager and the general manager both refuse to provide this customer service.Dont invest here!

I wish the deadlift, bench press/inclines werent always taken, but besides that they keep me consistent

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I were working out when a scene broke out in front of us that included a group of Asian people and a worker. None of them were wearing masks and they were being pretty rowdy as they worked out. A worker said something to them and they seemed to quietly disperse after that. Shortly after, another worker comes up to my boyfriend and I and tells us that we need to wear our masks when not working out or we will be asked to leave. My boyfriend was watching her walk over to us because she kept looking at us from afar and it seemed someone was pointing her over to the area we were in. And she did in fact walk straight up to us and was very stern when talking. Mind you, I typically wouldnt be upset by this because I agree in wearing masks. But my boyfriend and I were in the corner of the area actively working out and were in no way impeding on anyone elses personal space. She then goes around and starts to politely remind others to wear their masks. Adding phrases like oh, I know youre working out, I got your back, its just a reminder. Nowhere did I hear her again say if you dont wear your mask, you will be asked to leave. It was extremely off-putting and I honestly think we were being racially-profiled.

They take money from your account even when you cancel your membership and get orders to go to korea! This is exactly why i cant stand planet fitness besides all the other multiple reasons!

Honestly really great, clean facility. I just wish they had free weight squat racks and benches. My lack of knowledge was more based on that i didnt check before hand or i wouldnt have made an account.

Clean place to workout, great massage chairs, tan beds and total body enhancement thingy. Very nice staff.

Its honestly a fine gym. However, they have failed to changed the hours back to standard 24hr/365. There is absolutely no gain in safety by cutting the hours short. Myself and every other shift worker havent been able to workout on the regular due to this issue and continue to pay the full monthly membership. Im not sure who issues the orders but its too bad they dont just go back to normal hours.

Love Planet Fitness! I was a member while living in Massachusetts as well. I wish they would open one in Raeford, NC. Fayetteville is 30 minutes away.

I was on vacation here from Jacksonville, FL. Hands down, I would move here just how nice this planet fitness is. Not to mention, I lost my headphones accidentally, came back, and the nice people recovered my headphones. Thank you! Highly recommend my experience.

Love those massage beds, #11 my favorite. Everything clean with a pleasant vibe. The two staff members working on Sunday morning August 16th 2020 @ 7:30 am should be commended! Such pleasant energetic workers that was actually working vs. the ones I always see standing and leaning. Plenty of parking and plenty of diversity. Get up and out and do your best because Planet Fitness is a judgefree environment:)

I was worried about gyms since the virus, but planet fitness has taken it to the next level in a good way. the machines are distanced, and cleaned by staff constantly. There are sanitizing stations all over the gym so that you can wipe down machines and your hands. Great gym, friendly staff!

Tanisha is a great trainer. She is positive and motivates me during all the sessions. She lets me know when I’m cheating. She is attentive to what my goals are and always has a plan to work in that direction. She is great at multitasking to help each individual in the class. So Planet Fitness must be in the scam business now. Through out this entire time. They have claim they were not going to charge anyones account because of COV-19. With out any official notice, they charged my account. After talking to them, they refuse to refund my money. I have no intention of using their services because of our status with COV-19. Failure to communicate with the customers and stealing their money is truly the wrong way to conduct business and I will make sure the entire world is aware of your scam to steal customers money knowing they can not use your services under these conditions.

Wont allow me to cancel even though I made it very clear when I signed up that I would be canceling it shortly after. Staff either doesnt understand their policies or lies about them. They will not answer my calls so I have no way of communicating with them. Not accommodating to service members.

Your experience here is only as good as the effort you put in. Seems to stay pretty busy but not overly crowded. The hydro massage is great & overall it seemed pretty clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful although I will warn you, most of the stuff they sell here costs more than a membership (they sell a lock for $11.00!)

Visiting here in Fayetteville. The females at the desk were not helpful, friendly or accommodating. This gym is set up totally different as the one I actually belong to. I was really surprised, because at my home PF, everyone is so nice.

The staff here are not friendly. Instead of saying hello or good bye to customer in and out, they spend time on chatting with each other. This morning i came to work out and the guy who scan my black card uncarefully due to talking with his coworker saying that my card show no information. He ask me to call the planet fitness for the barcode. I say that i came here for a month without problem. I ask him to scan the card again. He did and told me nothing shown on and turn the screen toward me. I saw the card working good with all my information on there. I ask him to have a look carefully. He did and told me “that’s it, you can go” without saying sorry for the convenience. It seems a privilege he gave me. No, i pay every month guy. This is a big planet fitness but the service you guys do is small.

Hello just wanted to let everyone know how great the customer service is at the Fayetteville PF! Even in a situation where I left my phone and my pf card, they called my home membership office and tried everything they could for over 15 min. Special s/o to Mr. Fallon and the entire staff. Great facility!

I actually really like this gym. I like that theres no childcare element to deal with. I do think it could be set up a little differently to be more friendly to the inexperienced weightlifter. I wish they had a little place off to the side where women like me can just do some free weights away from all the guys. At this point, I use the cardio machines primarily but its a very clean and nice facility. I do think the floor plan needs to be redesigned however.

I have been using this location for several months now. Some of the equipment needs to be fixed as it has been unserviceable. Another issue with some of the equipment is simple.. replace the worn out padding. I was hoping with the expansion of the gym, these issues would have been addressed. Sadly they have not been changed. However, on the flip side, more room.Overall the staff is friendly and do enjoy short conversations when time allows.

The shower water always been freezing, had to talk to register many time, finally they said it was because “city water system” so they can not fix any of that! How funny is? I don’t think the citizens of the whole area get problem about shower water! The obvious is their water heater get updated or they have to pay some more money to the power!

01/14 was my first time at Planet Fitness and I loved it. Before I signed up for the black card, a nice girl gave me a tour of the facility. It seems so cool and its not scary at all. I think it helps to bring a friend, at least for the first few times.My membership is no contract. I do think it sucks that I had to connect my checking account as the form of payment, versus my credit card that I really wanted to use.Anyways, lets GET ITTT 🔥

Tinisha is an amazing trainer she makes sure I don’t cheat myself out of a workout. She motivates me to do better and give my all in every physical activity. I am so thankful to have a trainer like Tinisha.

This gym is pretty nice and has lots of fitness equipment. The free weight area is pretty small considering the size of the gym but they do plan on expanding which is good. The staff is very friendly and chill. There’s only a few inconveniences such as once a machine stops working, don’t expect it to be fixed until another month. The cleanliness is questionable as some of the machines and bars I’ve used haven’t been cleaned in a while. The dress code enforcement is inconsistent as I’ve been told I can’t wear a cut off sleeve top midway through my workout but I see people wearing the same one with lower cut sleeves the next day. Some days I’d wear the same top and not have anything said to me. Other days I’d be turned around at the door. So are you picking and choosing which days to enforce dress code? Other than that it’s a great place to workout when it’s not busy.

I like how they have locations all around the US. My issues with Planet Fitness, that makes me think they deserve 3-stars is: 1. The customer service wasnt very knowledgeable. 2. If you are coming from another one of their locations, and you happen to want to cancel your membership...they ask you to call your home gym for information they already have (all the home gym tells you, is the barcode number on your membership card - which you already have to have on you in order to enter the gym...), so you can transfer your home gym to their home gym/then you can cancel your membership from there. Then they need a reason why you are cancelling, like it matters. 3. They have an annoying bell when you drop weights/it goes off a lot - yet I havent seen the staff warn the people once, even after they kept doing it = whats the point of having a bell. I hope this all helps, and this is of course my experience/opinion.

Clean comprehensive gym for a reasonable price with no contract. Love the extra perks of a black card. The trainers are great too and help out getting you more acquainted with the equipment so you dont get hurt. Very nice and not intimidating at all.

Staff is great! The machines as whole work, a few are consistently down for maintenances. They state the maintenance man is busy at other locations (this makes it a corporate issue).

I went in to Planet Fitness for the very first time tonight. Josh was at the counter and greeted me when I walked in. I told him that I was interested in becoming a member so he took me around the whole facility and he explained each piece of equipment to me. I signed up and he took me through the whole process but even after I signed up he continued to help me. That is Awesome customer service and that is how you run a Great Business. Thank you Josh and I will make sure I tell everyone how great Planet Fitness is and how friendly the staff is especially you.

I joined PF two years ago and the decline in service has been slow but steady. At first working out there was quite enjoyable but the staff members have become rude and indifferent. I was informed that I either had to wear my sweatshirt or put in a locker but it cannot hang on any equipment. This seems silly because there are too few lockers as it is and I did not think it practical nor courteous to use one for just a sweatshirt. The manager said “we’re just now enforcing this policy” but the policy actually reads “no bags on the floor”. I think the staff should enforce the “finish your cell phone conversation in the lobby” policy as too many people are taking up equipment in this manner. I had high hopes for a positive change at Planet Fitness but the decline in customer service makes paying a little more at another gym worth it.

Shopped around for gyms and found this to be the best fit for me. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I think the price is great. I usually going during the week before lunch time so it is never busy when I am there. Great experience thus far.
