Love Barre3 and how strong I feel. Each teacher encourages and empowers and all of the staff are so wonderful and friendly. I started when I was a few months postpartum and I now feel like I’m in even better shape than before I got pregnant. I highly recommend to everyone but definitely can say it has been amazing for me as a new mom.

This April will be my 3rd year attending Barre3 classes. Make no mistake the workout is tough, but the instructors are excellent and share modifications to make it your own. Not only am I stronger, I have better balance (especially important for those of us over 60) and more confidence. The staff is welcoming and encouraging as are the folks who come to classes. Never boring, each workout is new and the music keeps you going (the sound system is amazing). Thank you for being there Barre3!

I love Barre3 Fayetteville! It is a great low-impact full body workout. I leave feeling stronger and more limber, refreshed and even relaxed. We have had a great experience with the childcare. I have 3 kiddos and usually don’t feel comfortable leaving them with just anyone, but the barre3 staff are so great! I love the accountability of registering for individual classes during the week. It makes working out a priority for me so that I plan and schedule it. It makes it a little bit harder for me to think, “oh, I don’t feel like going today...” I have saved a spot in the class and they know I’m coming! ;)

I cant believe its taken me so long to write a review of this studio! Barre3 has made such a difference in my life and health. We are so lucky to have a high-quality exercise studio here right in Fayetteville. Its also a warm, positive environment that keeps me on track with my health goals. The wonderful staff in the Play Lounge take such good care of my little ones. Without this child care, I dont know if Id ever work out! Quick warning for new clients: you should reserve your spot in advance, just to make sure you can get into the class you want.

Barre3 is the most relaxing way to get a good workout. Youre in a positive environment full of encouragement and support. The teachers are upbeat and will challenge you, but also encourage you to take breaks, take an option, and take the best care of your body! My 2 year Barre3versary is in April, 2 years in love!!

B3 has become a staple in my workouts and helps me feel connected, empowered and stronger.

Im a few weeks away from the one year anniversary of my first barre3 class, and I cant imagine going more than a few days without being in the studio now. I can honestly say the instructors genuinely care about how Im doing and how Im feeling in and out of class. I feel welcomed and at home at barre3 Fayetteville, but more importantly I feel challenged, and I have seen myself grow because of that.

My first time trying Barre and I loved it. The staff at Barre3 were extremely friendly and the place was super nice and clean. Will totally take a second class now that I know I will survive.
