Place went out of business and now I have no way to cancel my membership. They are still taking money out of my account

Typical gym (if youre wanting to work out solo). It was clean, there was a decent amount of equipment, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that I wish they incorporated more group classes into their schedule.

I liked the staff. But the fees are ridiculous. $78.00 for membership and 280.00 for 2 sessions a week with PT for 3 months. I decided to cancel after adding it all up and realizing I could join another gym for $1.The owner called to beg me to stay and didn’t cancel when I sent my letter either. So now I’m going back and forth to get my money back even though I cancelled within the 7 days. Very disappointed.

Not over crowded always clean everything you need

Their close-knit staff and members create a family environment that you miss at most gyms. They have the friendliest gym staff in Fayetteville hands down. Theyre also an exceptional business to work with for business collaboration purposes. I highly recommend joining. You wont regret it.

Love Kellys classes and have gone to several private training sessions with her She is amazing and really works with your level Private training is extra but well worth it! Gym price is very good and great location Close to my house Open 24 hrs so you can go whenever it works into your schedule One side of gym has restrooms and small locker room for woman and other side is for men I highly recommend going 💪💪

Good gym for the price. Lots of classes and personal attention. Descent equipment, some needs repair, but there is enough variety. If you don’t connect with your trainer, speak up and switch. I hear so many people quit if they didn’t sync with their PT but they never just ask for a different person. Lots of trainers with various styles, so get the person that suits you.

I like this place because its 24 hrs and a good price. There are a few updates thst need to happen, but its s classic gym and close to my house. I actually have a PF membership too but when I want to get in and out by myself, I go to Results.

Results is a nice gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. The thing I like most about results fitness is that not only is the staff friendly but the other customers are friendly too! People who come here in generally concerned about working out to be health and get in shape rather than body building. It is not too crowded! Great place to work out!

Results fitness is a great gym to be apart of, the staff is friendly and takes time to talk to you and ask how youre doing. They have a great variety of machines, and plenty of space for abs. Ive been going to this gym for a couple months and havent had any problems.The one thing that I suggest is Results puts the instruction on the machines, some of them dont have any instructions and when I first started I didnt know how to work some of them. Otherwise I love going to Results, its a great gym to be apart of!

Open 24 hour, small gym, with all equipment one could need. Reasonable priced.

Amazing!! Very clean neat facility and I loved the atmosphere. Everyone is extremely nice and the music is also great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym. They also have great personal trainers who really work with you!! Awesome place!!

The workers in the gym were always helpful, no matter my request; therefore I would give them five stars. The equipment is decent and the place is clean. However, as folks have posted prior, signing up is easy and the worker who presents the contract makes it sound that cancelling is similarly easy. The problem is that it is a real hassle to cancel the contract via certified mail and notified letter. Having said this, I should have read the contract much more carefully rather than trusting what the worker stated.

I have been a member of this facility for over two years now. The staff are friendly and courteous. The Monday and Friday classes are awesome with a great instructor. My overall experience with the gym has been good.

Ive just started here at Results Fitness and I love it here! The environment is friendly and the facility stays clean. Emmy at the front desk really looked out for me, the staff is very helpful and understanding! I highly recommend this gym!

Just received my refund! Took awhile but they made it right.Staff appeared to be nice and friendly, place clean. However I changed my mind about personal training within 3 days of the 7 day window. They were quick to take my money but have not refunded it 2.5 weeks later. My experience is the same as others have stated. I did not find staff helpful in refunding money.

The gym is okay and receptionist is helpful, wish I could say the same for the trainer who was supposed to give me a free training session.

Great local gym, 24 hours so it works around anybodys work schedule. Have never been to a gym where everyone was as nice as they are here, people will offer to spot you, and no one judges anyone. Would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get in shape.

Bought a Groupon from them for unlimited classes & a personal trainer. When I went to register, the employee didnt know anything about the Groupon & wanted me to pay a $60 registration fee. I told him that was more than the Groupon cost & there was nothing mentioned in the fine print about a registration fee. So he called the owner who also didnt know anything about a Groupon being posted for either location & she was only willing to reduce the registration fee to $30 & not wave it. I decided to leave & had the Groupon refunded. So they would rather take no money vs some money when after I stated I would sign my husband too if they waived the registration fee. Sooo disorganized! No wonder the gym was empty. 🤦🏾‍♀️😠

Very friendly staff with all the machines you need. Very clean and always get in a good workout. Rates are lower than other gyms for multiple months.

Run down gym that cancels more than half of their workout classes. Equipment doesnt work half the time. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the male staff spends most of there time harassing women who come in. A friend used to go there and had to stop because of the creepy male staff. Dont try to cancel your membership they will loose the certified letter you send and then threaten to send you to collections. By the way CHRIS IS A A$$ HOLE!

This gym totally misrepresented itself when I joined. Six months later I tried to cancel my membership and they told me I had to send a certified letter to cancel. I sent the certified letter to their address and it came back to me as no one by that name at that address. How it that possible? Needless to say, 5 months later their still charging my credit card and Im still a member. There is no way to cancel this useless membership.

Nice fitness facility, great staff with personal training and multiple fitness classes. The gym has free weights and Cardio equipment. Great Fayetteville family fitness facility.

This gym is running the biggest scam. You can sign up without a hassle but when you want to cancel they tell you that you have to send a letter via certified mail and that they will cancel the membership 30 days AFTER they receive the letter. I am outraged that they are trying to get another months payment out of me. I will make sure to spread the word in Fayetteville about this bootleg gym! Their equipment is OLD and they do not offer much for their $19 membership price. I am gladly leaving and going to another gym that does not try to hold you hostage should you need to cancel your membership. They should be ASHAMED of themselves. I am not worrying about it because they will soon be out of business as the word gets out how they do business. Just terrible.

No wet area. Gym allows you to sign up with no hassle but not same when you get ready to cancel. The gym puts obstacles in the way to prevent you from cancelling your membership. Went in this morning to cancel and told they wont accept the walk-in cancel. You have to go send certified letter from post office. However take NOT - no certified letter required whn you sign up and for themm to charge your credit card monthly.

Joined for the treadmill and exercise bike to utilize when iclement weather prevented me from walking outdoors. Most of the TV moitors on the treadmills never worked. This was the case for two years. One of the two bikes had the same issue. Also, when utilizing the restroom, you felt nastier after having to use them. Bottom line: If looking for a gym that doesnt value the customer and is fine with out-dated and antiquated equipment, this is your gym.
